Drinks and service have seemed to go downhill the past few years which sucks because it was always a great place before to go to. Our waitress disappeared after I requested a new drink and we've been waiting on the check for 30 minutes.

Went for lunch with a colleague. I had the Chicken Parm, it was served hot, it was juicy, a good portion or chicken and pasta to compliment. Our server was both friendly and knowledgeable.

My wife decided to throw her mother's 70th surprise birthday here. What a fantastic restaurant. We had an entire section, a dedicated server who was just spectacular. Friendly, efficient and skilled at handling a large crowd. I don't think we had a single issue. We broke a glass and her first question was whether the infant was ok, and after we reassured her he was, she said "then it doesn't matter. These things happen" and rushed off to get a team who promptly cleaned it up. I do wish from a "party" standpoint they had some kind of party platter option. It was difficult to spread food around ordering when it was single plates of individual food. Would have been easier to just order a "party platter" per table, but that's my only criticism. And even with that, we did manage and had a great time. We were even allowed to bring in our own dessert. Just simply very accommodating for our event. Not only was she surprised, she had a fabulous time with friends and family and we all had a great time with her.

My son's steak was pristine and or apps were amazing. The Manager is dedicated to make sure everyone's experience is above and beyond.

I came to milestones with my family last night and I had the best experience! Rachel was our server and she was amazing! She was super friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations despite how busy the restaurant was. Not to mention the food was delicious! I highly recommend visiting this location.

I was so so excited to have my all time favourite dish from Milestones after so long! Unfortunately, it wasn't the portobello mushroom chicken dish I remember. I asked for extra sauce and thank goodness for it because there was little to no sauce in the actual dish. The spaghettini (a bit part of why I order this) was overcooked and the vegetables were completely raw. I bit into them and then ended up throwing them out. Thankfully there were still plenty of mushrooms and the chicken was good. But so disappointing, especially considering the dish is $30. I've never been disappointed by this dish and have ordered it over 20 times. This is the first time I've ordered at this location though. Still love milestones, but hope this was a one off experience! I always think of Milestones as a place with quality food, which is why it was disappointing.

The food was quite mediocre considering the price of the meal, tax and tip included, was about $130. We had 1 appetizer, 2 meals, and 2 glasses of wine. The service was excellent. I wouldn't make an effort to go back.

Horrible experience made a reservation for the holidays and when I got there they said there was no reservation and they wouldn’t accommodate and they were really rude about it and not helpful at all. Don’t waste your run especially during a special occasion. Would give zero stars if I could

Sub par and overpriced.

I had the smashed Wagyu burger with caramelized onions, on lettuce wrap with sweet potatoes.
Burger was overcooked, bland and dry. Onions were raw, cheese was overpowering and all compact to one bite. On top of all of that some mushy old tomatoes.for texture? 0/10 would not recommend but Atleast the sweet potato fries were crunchy and good so if you're looking for good sides here's the place for you.

Not a bad location with some good food and drink options. The service was ok too overall I guess as we had a pretty good first experience here.

I went to this location for happy hour. Everyone was kind and nice, the place was clean and tidy also the price for foods and drinks was really good.

Service is amazing even the plats it comes very full one of the server she was amazing and very helpful her name is Monica and I told her I have special allergy they make it wherever I want great service and great food, great worker

It was terrible experience of visiting Markham millstone. The quality of the food was terrible. It’s first time that we couldn’t eat our food. The grilled fish was uncooked and the Thai bowl was un believe able. We see a 1/4 of kitchen on our bowl instead of of small pice of chicken, the worst thing was the hair in the bowl. We didn’t say anything about it. The steak wasn’t that what we ordered. I’ll never come back here and I won’t recommend anyone to visit here. We told waitress and she just said I hope you didn’t have it and you should tell me first. How could I recommend when I didn’t try it. But to be honest the service was really good and she was available whenever we needs her. Btw they just gave us 50% discount on the steak and pice of the cake

A new nicely laid out restaurant, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived with only one other occupied table. The service was slow and the food was pretty bland most of us didn’t bother finishing our plates overall a disappointing visit for the price.

The interior is showing some sign of aging, needs repair and touch ups.

Happy hour menu food options are limited. But their drinks are priced reasonably.

Washroom is not clean so one star deducted.

Had a great lunch experience. Service was excellent and our food was delicious. Came out fast - which was great for our infant.

Ordered the Thai basil noodles and Chilean sea bass. Noodles were delicious, cooked well and portion size was great. The fish was also cooked quite well, crispy on the outside and buttery/melt in your mouth on the inside. The beans however were really undercooked and the rice/grain did not have any flavour. Other than that, great meal, great atmosphere and the waitress was very helpful and attentive.

Celiac-friendly
Came in for a late lunch. Had this grapefruit, yuzu, gingerbeer drink, the mushroom soup, and this beautiful salad. I asked for extra spicy pecans on the salad bc it didn't seem to come with enough. Everything was delicious. Great service.

The highlight of tonight was Monica’s service. She was an absolute delight and I can’t thank her enough for her hospitality. She is the major reason I’d come back or recommend the establishment.

Food was surprisingly good, I don’t eat often at chain restaurants. I will recommend to manage your expectations as they did not cook my steak anywhere near medium rare (it was more like medium well) and they didn’t ask how we’d like our burgers cooked. But for the price, I was happy with the food.

Staff really made this place shine, everyone treated you with genuine kindness.

Food was good, service was okay and could have been more attentive. Nice atmosphere and handy with it being right beside the Cineplex.

I brought my wife here on a dinner date and this location is significantly better than the Milestones on Yonge and 16th Avenue. The store location is a bit less crowded and more open. The servers were polite and professional. The menu seems smaller than the other milestones locations I've been to.

One of the best food we had in any restaurant in Markham. Delicious food. Great service. Nice ambiance.

They have big indoor and patio areas and different sitting arrangements for whatever you prefer. I loved their patio the most.and their food was impressively sumptuous and well presented

We've had Monica our server, she's awesome. Provided us with information on our order, suggested vino to go with our meal. Very friendly. Definitely, it's been great experience having person like her. We've loved our experiences. BTW, they do accept gift cards now.

Went in for dinner and dad the pleasure of being served by Mark. He was awesome attentive. We grabbed the fish tacos and they were excellent. If you are looking to fill your stomach before watching a movie. This is the place to go

Plating was great, food was hot.

Although my Seafood Spaghettini was not very seafoody.and the ingredient combination kinda threw me off.
The Pesto Chicken Pasta could use a bit more sauce.

Booked a reservation online. My only complaint is that the mobile webpage wouldn’t load—had to use desktop. I had the penne pasta which is a crowd favourite. For dessert I had the berry crumble which was lovely as well. Enjoyed this visit.

Havnt been to milestones in years, the have stepped up there game big time, everything was on point. Nee go to spot even thought I avoid them for years due to a very bad experience years ago. Definitely going back to this location.

Submitted a pick up order for several dishes for an at-home birthday dinner/celebration. The food was prepared quickly and the pick up process was fast and easy. The portions were large and everything tasted delicious.

Ordered from uber eats and was very disappointed.

The Thai basil noodles tasted like they reused noodles and over cooked the chicken. It tasted horrible and not like Oakville and Burlington locations

We came without a reservation and luckily got a table. They checked our vaccine cards and sat us. The service was a tiny bit slow but when the server finally came she was very friendly and good. The portions vs price ratio was quite generous and all the food and drinks was quite yummy. Will definitely come back. The manger came and checked on us several times. So all in all, it was a 5 star experience

Our waitress and the restaurant manager were very friendly but the food was terrible. All the apps tasted the same, they use the same sauce on everything. The wings were small and not cooked well. Very disappointing.

Great service, food and restaurant atmosphere. Highly recommend taking advantage of Happy Hour. Our table enjoyed the Sweet Chili Chicken Bites, Spinach & Artichoke Dip, the 1989 Burger with fries and their original Bellinis! Had the seafood spagettini which was quite good, especially with their hot sauce.

I came here with my friend a while back not expecting too much, and we got the spaghettini and the cranberry loaf sandwich with goat cheese (iirc). I was really impressed with both the taste of the food, the quality, and the service! The staff was lovely and the food really surpassed my expectations. Thank you!

Service is terriable and the cesar salads.was not what was listed in the menu.rip off of the amount of money where it was only romane lettuce and nothing or barely anything else on it.with the ingredients that was listed. I won't come here again. I mean seriously 12 bucks for just romane.insane

I really like this location of Milestone’s. They have a nice patio and a large indoor dining area too, perfect for having a bite before a movie (when the cinema opens up again). They have delicious appetizers and relatively affordable entrees too. They also offer a brunch menu which I love. Who doesn’t love brunch?

This is our usual Milestones, however, we had to order "to go" and when we arrived home we noticed the portion of food for the Butter Nut Squash Ravioli seemed half missing. The staff was very nice and the service was great, but I must say we were very disappointed at the portion when we opened the container.

On a positive note, the food was perfectly cooked and very tasty. NO disappointment there.perhaps that is why part of the ravioli went missing before it got to us.

I still recommend this location.just check your "to go" order before you leave.

Changed the menu. Not a fan of there new toned down selection. If you are going to reduce your choice make sure each item is great. Unfortunately average at best. We started with the spinach dip, I think it's from Costco. My Portobello Chicken dish was as salty as Ishmael returned from Hunting Moby Dick. The pesto pasta side was flavorless and grilled vegetables on the plate where as limp as a wet newspaper.
I know it's unfair to rate an entire menu based on a couple of dishes but as I said earlier if your only going carry 8 or 10 mains better make sure they are great.

A great place to meet up with friends! I’m careful about what I eat and love that Milestones has delicious salads and drinks that met my requirements.

Why are the food lukewarm only? Are you afraid I would burn my tongue? Instead of giving me a fresh batch of fries you refried them to make it hot, now I have some hot brown sticks in a bowl. I thought it would be just the fries but nope, same as the chicken and burger as well.
But I have to say the service was pretty good, it's the kitchen!

Waited for 1 hr when they had half of the restaurant empty. Food was cold and the portions were smaller then usual, compared to other locations.

First time here. Service was great, food was very good. Why only 4 stars? The dining room seating is packed in. Our table is right next to other tables like a fast food restaurant.

The first time with my friends was perfect. Yesterday I decided to go there just for a drink and a taco.between girls. The taco wasn't very fresh, and I spent the night sick. I'm still in bed, waiting to see if I have to see a doctor.so I thought I found a nice place close to me but the last night completely changed my mind! They called me one week after to say that the restaurant will call back. I'm still waiting after.btw 1 week after someone called me to ask about my experience.conclusion the restaurant will call you asap to speak with you. We are 3 months later and no one called me.

I got seafood poisoning from undercooked calamari. Some pieces were squishier than usual, and shortly after eating them I felt painful waves of nausea. I didn't get to sleep that night and threw up for hours. I had to be hospitalized to replenish my fluids through an iv because I couldn't even hold down water, not to mention trying to stop the violent vomiting. How a restaurant could mess up something so simple I have no clue, but it cost me a night of sleep and now I can't have anything but small quantities of water and crackers until I fully recover. I highly recommend you eat elsewhere, because this isn't the location's first time giving someone food poisoning by under cooking their meat. Very inconsiderate, and the customer service didn't make up for it in the slightest.

I visited this location last week. The food was great and all the servers were polite and friendly. Manager, Rob (? Sorry i dont remember his name) came by our table and asked us how everything was. He was awesome. I'll definitely visit here again A+

Was stopping by for some food. I really wanted a burger and South Street was closed. So I went to Milestones. Ordered the asain chicken bites, and the original burger and yam fries. The burger was bland, like it wasn't seasoned at all, and tasted dry, their was almost little to none sauce. For a near 20$ burger it was a disappointment I could get a better burger for less at McDonald's. Asain chicken bites and yam fries were very tasty tho.

Went with friends yesterday and overall the experience was disappointing. The food was ok but what spoiled the evening was the waiter with green eyes. He has this 'I don't care' attitude that was really annoying. I raised my hand to ask for something and he passed by me waving with his hand rudely asked me to wait. He came back to clear the table when one of us was still eating.and finally he just slide by and put a printed bill under my friend's plate. He didn't even ask us whether we need the bill and whether we are paying separately or not and didn't even bother to put the piece of paper in a sleeve. Needless to say we are never coming back to this location.

The food and the service were both good.

The fish tacos to my surprise were good. I would have liked there to be more fish in the dish but the slaw and the fish both individually and together were good.

The server was very nice and sweet. The food and drinks arrived relatively fast.

We ended up sitting on the patio which was really nice. Its got lots of options for varying degrees of comfort and sunlight.

The food was above average, however the table was sticky and service was slow and uninspired. My mojito was decent, however a portion of the Asian chicken bites was burnt and gritty. The Mediterranean chicken was OK but required additional seasoning and had the most amazing cheese that ended up buried in between the two chicken slices. That cheese added some savory and tangy elements as well as a rich flavor that the garbanzo lacked. All in all it was a low B, potential but execution seems to hold them back.

Very poor service from the serving staff. Food was good and kitchen staff who brought the orders to our table were pleasant and gave the only smile we experience today! Our main server, Karen, only brought our drinks and then disappeared from serving us. Ten minutes later when we politely tried to flag her down to place our food order she shouted accross the floor to another server "they are yelling at me, can you take their order". The 'other server' was clearly not happy about picking up an extra table and made sure we knew it. Karen never returned and we had to continue to flag down the 'other server', each time she clearly demonstrated her unhappiness about doing someone elses job. When trying to pay the bill, the 'other server' said she would get Karen to come over with the machine (credit card), though this never happened. When the 'other server' returned with the machine, it was the only time she said something to us and tried to engage in conversation (which we sadly have to assume was because it was time for the tip). Again - food was good.

The staff is just incredible! They turned an awful experience (technical issue because someone at their head office is too lazy to get a credit/debit machine agreement involving PayPass) in something extraordinary.

@Milestones: wake up guys! We are almost in 2020. This is unacceptable!

I have been to this location about 4 times and i will keep coming back! All the servers are amazing and the food is pretty good aswell! Its a very clean restaurant and has a great atmosphere! Shawn is also an amazing server!

I live right across the place at 180 Enterprise First 2 visits loved the place and service, came here for 3rd time raptors game 5, ordered a NEW YORK STRIPLOIN stake medium rare, freaking cold in a middle, it’s rare, seasoning is bad, 0 salt so they gave me salt to grain, huge peaces fall to meat that when I chew the meat it’s like you eating a stones. Left a plate whole with 1 bite and paid my bill and left the place, they didn’t even ask if anything was wrong with meat. At least get a proper cook so it worth paying 50$ for a 12oz stake. Not coming back

Food can be decent sometimes but the service is terribly slow if not absent. If you go in around 9-10pm you will wonder if they're already closed

Excellent service!
We went there for drinks and appetizers. I ordered Whiskey Sour (one of my favorite drinks) and the bartender did a great job. Not every place gets it done right. Appetizers (Asian chicken bites, Wham bam shrimp and Artichoke dip) were all delicious. I personally love their Wham bam shrimp which is done to perfection. The waiter (Christian) was extremely quick, professional, charming and on top of the game. I would say, big part of the credit goes to him who took the customer experience to the next level. This location (Enterprise Rd, downtown Markham) is highly recommended.

One of my most delicious experiences! We ordered the California burger with sweet potato fries, Brie & Mushroom Melt with caesar salad, grill cheese & fries and chicken fingers & fries. We started with warm artichoke & spinach dip with tortilla chips and Wham-Bam Shrimp, all very tasty! To finish the meal our bellies were treated to apple-rhubarb cobbler, ice cream samwich & chocolate caramel pecan gunache (?). All very tasty! Sarah our server is quite attentive & timely, fabulous Hollywood smile! The serving staff that helped with meal serving was excellent and pleasant also. I would definitely return to this Milestones location! Hoppy Easter!

Rarely ever too busy. Nice spot to get together with friends for a get together dinner. Ladies night deal is pretty nice since you get to have a little of everything and drinks

Went here Saturday night. Place was empty. Lots of seating. It was freezing in there. We asked for the ac to be turned down. It's only April no need for that. Waiter said they couldn't portions were small and not worth it

Went last night for a friends birthday. Our reservation was for 7pm. We ordered our meals by 730. Apparently they were out of prime rib, ok cool. Someone ordered French onion soup. Apparently they were out of croutons, wow. My steak came which was cooked to perfection, but my god now your out of steak sauce. Someone there isn’t ordering your stock very well.

I’ve been here many times and after my many visits I can confidently say I would not recommend this establishment for good service and high quality food. There have been two occasions where I have had major issues with my food, one being that I had found a piece of metal in my food. Another being that my food came 30 minutes after my friends food and it arrived cold as though my burger sat around for a while and my fries had fully been warmed to its centre. My last experience my server had gone off to talk with fellow servers and had forgotten about our table leading us to continuously approach her for requests like drinks and our bills and for machines. They tried to accommodate for their horrible wait times by giving free dessert but even that took another 20 minutes. Today was similar, we sat for two hours and not by choice. We had an amazing new server to get our initial orders but after that we saw three different servers every 20-30 minutes. Food was bland, sauces were over powering and outweighed the dish itself. If your on a time crunch do not come here, come mid day where people are switching on or off shifts and people are excited to leave or fresh to start. End of the late everyone gets lazy and forgetful

I came in with my husband yesterday for dinner, and our server was amazing he made great recommendations for us to try since it was our first time at milestones. The mushroom chicken dish was amazing! We will definitely be back soon:)
