We, a group of about 30, showed up last night without warning (don’t get mad, it’s a long story!) at Milestones on Paramount. Not expecting such a large group, they had limited staff which is normal for a Monday. Our server was Michelle and the manager was Ashley. Those two women served our group, and everyone else in the bar with absolute professionalism, speed and grace. They were fantastic. I’ve always loved that location which is why we chose it, but last night they were beyond exceptional.

Loved the service we received at this location. My kids and I love it. Trying new menu items. Would prefer less pesto and goat cheese options but that's just us. Will still return. My kids 3 all under 12 love the ambiance lol. Thanks for the great dinner.

The service and food was exceptional. I appreciate the attentiveness of the staff as well since a guest on our group had celiac and they were very accommodating to ensure the meals were prepared with caution. The desserts were also top notch. For the value and service I would absolutely go there again as everyone's dish was delightful!

I had steak tacos, and my husband had the ribs, chicken, and shrimp dinner. We were so happy with the service our meal and how beautiful it was inside this restaurant. My steak was so good and cooked perfect, it was just a little spicy for my liking, and I was honest by telling them when I asked them about our meal and they gave me a free dessert. Wow, what service! Thank you, milestones.we will definitely be back.

I have visited a few times and witnessed them treating their staff poorly and not assisting when someone asks for help. I’ve witnessed a worker injure themselves and continue working through pain because no one is able to cover them. There is much better restaurants in the plaza that I’d recommend over this establishment. If I could put 0 stars I would.

If I could give it a 0 I would. The server, Lisa, was wonderful. She tried hard and asked her manager to come over at least twice.

I ordered a blue rare steak with mashed potatoes and veg. EVERYTHING was ice cold. I was told they were remaking my meal, but when it came back less than 5 minutes later it was still cold.

My partner could see the manager standing at expo. She didn't bother coming over.

Lisa then said the manager was taking my meal off and offered a gift card. I declined the gift card as I have no intentions of going back.

That was when the manager finally came over. She still gave me a gift card, I think I'll donate it to some organization. As I won't be returning.

Again, Lisa was amazing. She tried so hard to accommodate. But the managers laziness was completely unprofessional.

This is a great place to go on a dinner date or family gathering. The food is really delicious and the service is really good too. Decor is nice and there's no TVs in the dining room, which kind of makes it more intimate.

We had the wagyu meatloaf and the ribs with the shrimp and we each had one cookie and those were amazing!

Definitely eating her next formal date night.

Love this location. Food is delicious and always above and beyond expectations! Amanda was our server and took the time to connect and make our experience memorable and amazing! Definitely deserves recognition. She is a true gem!

Absolutely terrible. I took my mom here for a birthday dinner and we were hoping for a nice dinner, however it was anything but that. The restaurant wasn't even busy, but they could not even deal with the 4 tables (including ours), and a single party of 20 guests. We ordered 2 cesear salads to start which came about 25 minutes later. The salads were awful with next to zero dressing and very dry kale. Gross.
About an hour and 15 minutes of waiting for our food, our waitress came up to our table and said that there was a problem. With that we left. We went to Kelsey's which was really busy. However, we were seated, served and eating our dinner within 20 minutes. Thank you Kelsey's for saving the night.

Tried to put last night for dinner and a movie. Restaurant was nearly empty just before 6pm but we were asked to sit in the lounge. After 1 hour and 15 minutes we had to leave without dinner or miss our movie. Kitchen staff was having trouble keeping up with the couple of tables in house and they were turning tables away apparently.

Been to this milestones several times and its always great. Tonight was an off day and we waited a long time and got served cold food with an overdone steak, however the manager looked after us and had the kitchen redo our meals quickly. Everything was delicious and we were comped our meals in full. Thank you Milestones for making it right. Very satisfied.

Excellent Service
We had a wonderful meal and an exceptional server named Brontë. She was friendly, professional and extremely competent. Brontë knew the menu well and patiently assisted us with our dietary needs.
This type of service makes one want to return. Definitely will go back.

Excellent experience for our anniversary dinner.our amazing server Kayla allowed us lots of time between drinks and dinner courses to really enjoy our time on the patio.great deals between 3 and 6 on drinks and some appies.our favorite portabello mushroom pasta was good as ever and we were surprised to get a gratis dessert as an anniversary treat.thanks to Kayla and the kitchen staff for a scrumptious meal and a thoroughly enjoyable time

We had a great time. We thought we were underdressed as Milestones is always are date spot (originally planned on a pub kind of date night) but we were welcomed with no dress code. After a horrible experience at a pub across the street (C&E) we had to change our plans thinking the night was ruined but the waitress was amazing and turned our night around! Great food, drinks, and staff. Thank you

Service was ok but the food wasn't as good as it was in the past. Barely anyone in the resturant. Milestones has gone downhill in a hurry

Excellent service. Had a great time celebrating a birthday. The food was perfect, service was even better. Matt served us and kept us entertained it was a pleasure to meet him. Covid policies are clear you can feel comfortable that they are taking all precautions to keep everyone safe. We will be back.

Had such a fantastic dinner at Milestones Red Hill. We were greeted by Alicia who introduced us to the new COVID precautions that Milestones has implemented. She is a friendly, welcoming face to this location. Our server Steph was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable about the menu. Provided us with suggestions on both the drink and food menu, including their new featured drinks. She went above and beyond to make our date night memorable. Our food came in a timely fashion and was delicious! Highly recommend. Will be visiting again.

We had drinks and dessert last night! We had great service (Matt was our server), drinks were delicious and the white cheesecake was superb. Can't wait to dine there for dinner soon.

Just went for our second visit in 2 days! They were closed due to the pandemic and we are SO happy they have patio dining again! Sue is phenomenal! Had her serve us multiple times and its always a hoot! She's so personable and funny and really looks after her customers. Calista is great as well! Joanne and Chantel are amazing managers! Always taking great care of us. We have been to other locations, but Redhill is home to us:) Thanks SO MUCH for the special desert guys! We will be back very soon!

Well maintained, and friendly staff. All SOPs are followed very closely, which made me and my family feel very safe when dining.
The decore is very elegant/chic.
Finally, the food itself, is absolutely delicious, had the Asian chicken bowl and it tasted amazing; additionally it's very well and cleanly made.
Would definitely go back again.

Food was amazing and staff were on their game and very friendly during the first night back at patio season. They started with complimentary edamame - and the restaurant owner/manager even did a complimentary champagne toast with all the guests on the patio to celebrate the long awaited opening of restaurant patios due to the recent covid lockdown. It made us feel special and we will definitely be coming back due to the wonderful hospitality of this location!

Today was our first date out since the lockdown. We were served by Valerie. She was AMAZING. Very sweet and super service! She is a fantastic server and made our night out perfect. Thanks Valerie <3

So happy that your Milestone location has opened. We received lots of appreciation for us returning. Alicia and Sue looked after us like we were queens and even received a complementary appetizer and a toast with bubbly that was really nice. See you sooner than later!

Unbelievable experience! We have been MANY time before and tonight’s dinner was a definite reason to return. Even with all the Covid restrictions we have never felt more comfortable. It was obvious that they were training new team members and the care and time they were investing in them as well as the customers experience at the same time is to be commended. Our server Sue was incredible and super friendly. Just watching her was a work of art. She has an incredible ability to read people and adjust her demeanour to suit the needs of all her guests. We were offered a complementary appetizer by the general manager which was delicious and our meal was extraordinary. Though the “experience” was from everyone outdoors, the “comfort” and display of the food was exemplary from the kitchen. Amazing work!

We have been to this restaurant several times before, however tonight it exceeded our expectations. Our server Stephanie was amazing. It was my birthday dinner and they made it feel extra special. All of us throughly enjoyed our meals and we would order the crispy Brussels sprouts again.

We went out tonight first time in a long time and the waitress phoebe was amazing she always got what we wanted and she always came and asked us if we were alright definitely will be back food was amazing thumbs up great job

1st Patio experience for the year, and the level of service, cleanliness and overall ambiance was wonderful… Portion sizes were bountiful and well-priced, with frequent, steady service-thank you Matt for your lively and friendly service, you enhanced our dining experience even furtherwill return in the very near future!

Had an amazing dinner on the large and beautiful patio at Milestones Red Hill.was a great return to some normalcy. Our server Phoebe was fantastic.

Love love love the Redhill Milestones! Food is always great! Their sweet chili chicken bowl and California spring salad with the shrimp skewers are amazing! Sue at the bar was so friendly and quick to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend:)

This is an amazing experience, hike and view. Please be mindful of sticking to the trails and obeying signage though as there have been recent changes to the ability to actually wander in the water. We mistakenly ventured out after speaking to another guest as opposed to chatting with the City of Hamilton staff at the onset of the walk. The falls can be viewed from the bottom trail as well as the top and are beautiful and it is my understanding that you can go in the water further down the river but not at the actual falls anymore due to many rescues and injuries, even though there are lots of pics of people in them. If in doubt ask the City or bylaw people onsite as they are very helpful!

Was a wonderful dining experience. Very good Covid protocols and the food and drinks were excellent. Our server Matt, was friendly and very efficient. We will be coming back. Was a lovely evening out.

Seeing Kyle again was awesome! One of my favorite. His sister Kalista served us and was a wee gem. The GM Joanne took the time to drop by for a personal table touch. Absolutely fantastic. Milestones is the place to go if you have allergies. They always take great care of me.

My husband and I visited your restaurant on Friday Oct. 23 only to be told they didn't open until 4pm. I responded that the time was 3: 53 pm and the front door was open. The young lady that approached us holding a hygiene bottle and a cloth could of offered us a seat at the bar or seated us on your patio till your restaurant officially opened in 7 min. We decided not to wait standing out front and had dinner and drinks at Fionns restaurant across the way. We were surprised in these times that your business could afford to turn customers away.

Great experience at Milestones tonight celebrating a belated anniversary with my wife. Service, food and cleanliness was top notch!

Excellent service and food. We went for our anniversary and they treated us to free dessert. The staff are friendly. The COVID19 protocols are excellent for indoor dining.

This has to be one of the best Milestones I have ever dined at. Food was excellent as well as the service. Will certainly return very soon.

Perfect place, perfect food, perfect staff. Definitely my place to go whenever I'll visit Albion falls.

PS fish tacos are the best I've ever tried, a mushroom soup was lovely starter, coconut shrimp and sushi bowl were really good.

We stopped in on a Monday evening to celebrate my wife's birthday. All of the staff were very attentive, and everything was clean. The menu had changed since we were last there, but we found items just as flavourful. My wife ordered a dish without reading through the ingredients. It wasn't until it got to our table that we found out that it had seafood. She ordered another dish, and the manager came out shortly afterwards to make sure that the new entré would meet our needs. They never charged us, and had the new dish out in a short space of time. The waitress (Calista), the manager (Lance?), and the hostess (sorry) were all great!

Had a wonderful experience. Food was great! Very timely service. Friendly staff. Good cleaning/sanitization practiced by all. Would definitely return.

First time at milestones, and it was amazing! Lex was superb and deserves the highest praise for his excellent demeanor, professionalism and recommendations! We will definitely be coming back here again.

Hamilton Paramount Milestones Restaurant: We wanted to get a good dining experience in before we get hit with a second wave of covid and waited long enough for Paramount to open, so went there. They appeared to follow protocol, the staff was friendly and food was perfect. I tried to answer the Survey at the bottom of the receipt that the waitress circled and try as I might, the survey doesn't even exist? Milestones may want to clear that from automatically showing up on the receipts and having the waitresses circle them as though it were a real option.:)
