I've been here twice now, and I have to say that service was really bad the first time and completely different 2nd time.

But the food has been amazing
I will be returning

Brunch plate are a big size, full of flavor, they also have meat substitute for vegetarians, service was awesome! Will go again for surw

Marina was my server and she really listened to my requests due to being pregnant. Marina was very cheerful and always checking on us! Thank you to the cooks as well!

We had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie during our lunch today. She was amazing. Attentive and knowledgeable.

Love this restaurant! Every time I go, my experience just gets better. Marina was an amazing server. She was insanely friendly and easy to talk to. She was on top of everything and was constantly looking in on us. Will definitely visit again!

I normally don’t actually review things but I am so beyond disgusted. I placed an order tonight for their chicken sandwich via Uber; for the sandwich to be fully raw inside. I am so repulsed by it I would never order anything from this place again. And if you do please do yourself a favour and make sure your food is actually properly cooked. So grossed out

This place is terrible don’t waste your time, the food took an hour to get to our table it wasn’t busy, service sucked, a person at our table had raw steak sent it back by the time it came back we were all done.

I very rarely write reviews, but this place deserve this negative criticism. I was standing around at the front desk for 30 minutes, all while the manager walked. Back and forth without asking if I have been served; 3 other people were waiting in line with me as this was happening. I don't recommend this place at all if you value your time.

I went today for dinner the food was so delicious, the staff are amazing, the bar area is really nice and clean!

Had an amazing night it’s been such a long time I got treated the way I want from a restaurant. I highly recommend! Food and services were amazing, food was so delicious. I smiled throughout and enjoyed every moment. I’m a very picky person but TRUST ME I HAD A GREAT EVENING. Of course I’m coming back!

Excellent ambiance with great food and great service. Definitely recommend other people to come by. Portobello mushroom chicken must try with The cookie for dessert.

Service was nice, we had an amazing waitress who was great. However our drinks took a while to come as did our appetizers. Appetizers we got were great excluding the calamari, main was alright, it was bland.

Had a wonderful evening spent with good friends and had an amazing server, Anita. She was fun, polite and was personable. Have to have the ballinis when you are there! Had some appetizers and ordered the butternut squash ravioli. It is a must try! My favorite dish at Milestones!

We had brunch and the food was good (excellent fried potatoes) and service friendly. The restaurant was almost empty so it felt a bit strange.

Always good food and service. Edit, Sarah is an awesome server. Unfortunately, we had to wait over an hour to get food. I ordered gravy on the fries with my dinner. None arrived. Asked for some to be brought to the table. None arrived. Meals, other than the gravy missing, were ok at best. I would not recommend the meatloaf, beet and goat cheese salad or the fish cakes (appetizer). Very disappointed tonight overall.

Nice place, churns up nostalgia and the ambience feels good. Too many options to get lost, not a bad things. However, price point is expensive compared to the portion served. We ordered 5 parathas for 5 people but may have ordered 2 more for a good filling meal. Mind it we had 2 seniors and 1 child who had small appetite. So I would certainly recommend reviewing the portion size for that price point.

Highly recommend restaurant for family and business dinner. Service and food quality is excellent. Staff is very professional and friendly. Amazing drinks, loved the old fashion and Bellini they make.

DJ night is a plus on Friday and Saturday. Amazing service, overall 10/10

I was there last night with my friends for the birthday party. We had such a good time together at the restaurant. Love their food, patio and ambiance. The servers are very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend everyone to visit.

We had a company lunch here. We had some appetizers which we got almost an hour after we arrived. Service was very slow! Food was good though and the place is nice.

Had an amazing experience, the staff is super friendly. The ambiance is very soothing with light music. Would love to visit again.

Went for a birthday 10 of us. Not busy at all food had no taste long wait dishes still on table and long wait for food and bill.we where there everyweek about 10 years ago and it was alot better and the manger said it still the same and no birthday cake no anything for the birthday person for dessert. I will not be going there again any time soon.now I no why it was dead

Great food. The service was very attentive. Food presentation was notable. Chef created a new dish for the special and asked us about it. The dish had wonderful combinations of flavours. Always cool when the chef visits your table looking for feedback. He even wrote down the recipe for us. We will be returning.

It was our 1st anniversary together ️ so my boyfriend invited me for dinner.
I was very impressed with the renovation at this place.
Not only the food and stuff was amazing but the dining atmosphere and the whole place was A+ I will always recommend it

The beet and goat cheese salad is a must; I order it every time. Tonight I tried a bellini and it was fantastic! Super friendly servers and no long waits. Great job.

Came in Thursday afternoon, the host was very pleasant (can’t remember her name) it wasn’t too busy so we were able to pick our table. Jessica was our server, she was absolutely lovely, she engaged in conversation without over stepping and made us laugh more than one! Drinks, appetizers and main were delivered in perfect timing, we didn’t feel rushed. All around it was a great experience!

Ordered the chicken penne asiago for takeout. Food was ready pretty quickly (less than 20min for pickup). Found it saltier than I remembered and the sauce to be watery.

The food here, I think, is very good. I enjoyed it! This is a great place. Great atmosphere. Good service & very friendly staff. Drop in. It's worth it.

Great meal, I had the pasta and it wasnt overcooked and I loved the sauce. Great drink menu and good atmosphere. Only downside was our spot was super warm so we weren't entirely comfortable.

I went there with my colleague and boss. I think there are two things that our waiter can work on. The first thing is, one of my colleagues asked waiter what's the size of the salad from the superfood menu, He told the waiter vegetarian. But the waiter did not get what he means. It seems to us this salad is the only vegetarian food. If the waiter has got what he meant, he could give some suggestions for him. But instead, he did not say anything. Another things is, another female colleague ordered tuna from superfood menu. According to the picture, the noodles in this dish is green. However, when the food come, the noodle is white. We asked the waiter why its white, he said they do not have the green noodle any more, so used others. He did not even apologize. It would have been nice to inform us while we order or when serving the food.

Food was excellent but service was poor. We ordered very quickly yet it took a while for the appetizer to come, and then we sat for another 15 minutes after appetizers were eaten before our meals came out. We also waited a long time for a straw and for our one child's scoop of ice cream. It wasn't a good experience.

Great food, good options for drinks and entrees, and seated immediately. A little cold in the restaurant but otherwise a great night out.

An OK place, nothing extraordinary. Meals size and taste wishes to be better. Doesn't leave an inch to be back.

Ate here a couple years ago and it was really great. I ordered a medium rare steak and I got it medium well. I pointed it out to the waitress and she handled it perfectly. I got my medium rare steak (which tasted amazing) and it was on the house. Great food and great service.

I was here around Christmas time, clearly they replaced the chef because this one has no clue what the difference is between his a** and his head.thank you for ruining family day for us.

Management:
If you truly are "sorry" then reflect it on the bill or at the very least you could have reflected it at the timing you took to bring out the second plate.

You ask how the service was?

30 minutes to bring out my plate the second time only to be rare, when I ordered a medium?

Then you have the audacity to argue with me that you took long because you wanted to make it perfect. For the love of God, just stop. It takes 2 minutes each side to make a rare, 4 min to make a medium.

I expected so much better from milestones. Never again.

The atmosphere and food is very good at this location - unfortunately our server was absolutely awful! We were seated and after our drinks were given, she didn’t come back for 20 minutes to take our food order. She took the order and left all the menus on the table and didn’t bring us any cutlery. Once the food came out (by other staff who were completely pleasant), we didn’t see our server for over an hour. Whenever we wanted anything else, we had to wave down another person who was nearby. It wasn’t busy, there were only a handful of other tables in the restaurant and we had 7 people in our party. When we asked for the bill, she dropped off the bill and the machine and walked away. I still tipped well because I felt bad that the whole restaurant would get a bad “house” tip just because our server was terrible. But as we were leaving, I saw some people I knew sitting at the bar and walked over to say hello, the first thing they said to me was that their server was rude.of course it ended up being the same lady.

It’s too bad, I love Milestones but this location just gives the whole chain a bad name. Will never be back here, should’ve read the reviews before I decided to bring people here.

Came for a birthday dinner this evening and was extremely disappointed.

Food was cold, waitness was miserable. The manager was nice however dinner was already ruined with the food being terrible and the long wait times.

I have been to Scarborough and Hamilton, as well as Burlington and have never been so disappointed in a location. I would never go back unfortunately the manager couldn't save. We also had to pay for our meals without anything but comp dessert. I'll take the drive next time.

I had an amazing experience here with the food, staff and ambience. I'd definitely return in the future.

If I could give it 0 Stars, I would.
Hoping to have a nice quiet "Date Night" dinner,) over two hours before our movie,) but the atmosphere turned loud.
The seemed to turn the music up at 5 pm, then the conversations turned into yelling/shouting matches. Our waitress spoke so quickly in what seemed "munchkin" speak.
Ordered non alcoholic drinks and service went even farther downhill. Then waited 45 minutes for a burger & fish tacos. The coffee & tea were long gone after the first 20 minutes. I was offered either a garden, Caesar or California salad instead of fries.
I chose garden salad, no dressing. When dinner arrived via another server who dropped in front of us and ran off without a word. Wrong salad, finally got our waitress who said we don't do garden salad. Basically told me I was lying or misheard. Floor manager arranged for a "special" garden salad to be made. Put it that we were an inconvenience. I said " you offer lectice, tomatoes and onions on your burgers? It's not rocket science to put them in a bowl and call it Garden Salad? "
She was not pleased, her body language spoke what her tongue didn't. The salad and coffee/tea refills arrived after our meal.
She didn't listen to "No Dressing" either.
We were offered a complimentary dessert by our waitress (on her). We ordered and found it was one dessert to be shared (2 forks).
Our date night dinner and movie took so long, we missed the movie we wanted and got the last seats to.our 2nd choice.
Two hours of an unpleasant atmosphere, almost toxic staff and a meal that was nothing to write home about.
First and last visit to Milestones Vega Blvd.

The recent makeover is well done with a more upscale feel. Menu prices have gone up although that seems to be happening everywhere. Food comes to the table nicely presented and portions are ample. Service is excellent.

Poor service, would not recommend. Milestone appears to be high end, however service was really poor, staff never checked up on us and food took really long for an empty restaurant.

The salad was a bit soggy and the main course was a bit too salty.however we ordered coconut calamari for our appetizer and it tasted great!

I was a little disappointed with my last visit to Milestones. I was part of a party of seven. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy but the service was exceptionally slow. I ordered the Steak Frites. The steak was cooked correctly but it arrived cooler than I would have liked. Maybe it was sitting on the counter too long. I did not like the Parmesan fries. I would not order them again. Overall the experience was unsatisfactory and I tipped accordingly.

Fabulous hospitality and the service team was second to none. The selections of appies was endless and tasty! Definitely will be on my return visit list.

This is one of the good Milestones. Although they are all part of the same chain, they are not all equal. I went in for lunch and was absolutely not disappointed. I had the special lunch menu. Soup was brilliant, steak was perfectly done and service very good. I had previously gave up going to Milestones after poor experience in Guelph and Cambridge locations.

Caution!
Apparently this location does not understand what it means to have an allergy.
Just finished breakfast. After explain about a dairy allergy they still used butter on my order. Apparently just an "oh that was my fault" from the waitress is going to make up for the Ill/sick feeling I'll have the rest of the day. They need to pay more attention to allergies, as some could be deadly. Extreamly disappointed with this. Very unprofessional and totally unacceptable.

For an early morning breakfast and a place with only a hand full of other customers in it at the time. This waitress still forgot to bring us 2 drinks we had ordered.

My steak was burn.mashed potatoes were dry, got three green beans one was raw $35 meal was horrible. We were with a party so we sat near the kitchen.the staff were sooooo loud and sweaing. I had my child with me the waitress dropped a plate, glass went everywhere. Our bill was $106.1st time there and wow so horrible.

Looks awesome inside. Great menu. Vegan and gluten free options are great. Happy friendly service!

Food was nice and atmosphere is good too but service was very slow even when it was almost empty. Seemed a bit under staffed.

Mushroom soup was tasty, but could have used mushroom bits in it. The bruschetta was not good at all. Lacking flavour, not crisp and the. Feta was "old" in a bad way. Service was excellent however.
