Today morning I went to buy a set of highlighters in this shop. When I reached home, opened it and found both the highlighters were damaged, one was fully dried up and the other’s point was soo rough, I couldn’t use either of those. Evening I went to the shop again to complain about it, thought of getting it replaced by other highlighter but the shopkeeper there was soo rude, he didn’t even listen me properly n told he cannot do anything about it, we cannot refund or exchange. Such a unprofessional behaviour I have never seen. I just left both the highlighters on the counter itself. Never going to visit this shop again, nor will suggest others to go there.

Love this place. Have been a customer for decades. Always pop in when I'm in the neighbourhood for that special beverage.
