Very busy spot but great burgers. Also, the bartender was entertaining and was on his game with what everyone needed at the bar. Cheers to the bartender

I am going to be pretty forward with this review. Food was average at best and service was nonexistent. I would give 0 stars if I could. Nothing spectacular with regards to the food…fries were cold, sandwiches were average and way overpriced. I will say being an airport location the price did not surprise me as I am used to paying for overpriced food and drinks at airports but this was pretty bad. Our server Karen was the biggest disappointment. Karen was more of an order taker than our server. We had to flag her down multiple times to get things we needed and not once were refills offered. She didn’t even ask us if we required anything else at the end of our experience.

Prior to sitting we asked to see a kids menu. We have a 7 year old and wanted to make sure they offer a kids pizza or chicken fingers…which they did. So we sat and made a point of ordering our sons meal ASAP. We ordered chicken fingers. When we received the bill we noticed we were charged $20 not the $4.99 that was advertised. When we questioned it we were met with attitude and a very argumentative server (Karen E Chk Number 8365). I was told we ordered an adults chicken fingers. I corrected the server and said I ordered chicken fingers for my 7 year old son. I was told I didn’t specify that we wanted a kids chicken fingers. I then said I didn’t think I had to, my son is 7 and obviously an adult meal would be too much. I was also told by the server she didn’t want to assume. I told her she did assume by ordering the adults menu and didn’t ask us if we wanted the kids chicken fingers or adult chicken fingers. It was so easy to ask. If you don’t know 100% what the guest wants then you ask a question or two. At this point we weren’t frustrated so much with the wrong meal item, it was the interaction with the server…where is the customer service. There was never an apology or even an attempt rectify the situation. We were just met with attitude and a server who just wanted to argue the point with us. I paid my more then overpriced bill and as stated earlier not even a hint at an apology for the mistake. She proceeded to finish the payments at the table and left prior to the final payments going through. Not even a thank you for dining with us or anything…not even a goodbye. This was the first time dining at this restaurant and quite frankly it will also be our last.

I ordered the "blue cheese burger & fries"
. $55 for cold fries and a dry burger with a stale bun. My wife ordered "Chicken fingers & the same fries. She liked hers better than I did apparently. I would recommend a hard pass.good thing this restaurant is at an airport with lots of first time customers.because it will be their last

Food is not bad and the ambiance is good, but beer is ridiculously expensive. No price on the menu for beer and I now understand why. I was charged $13 before tax for a pint of draught Cobblestone stout. The same sells for $3.50 a can at LCBO. This is 3.7 times the retail price! This cost me just shy of $17 for a pint. This is ridiculous.

They were very busy and seemed to be short staffed but they all did the very best they could! The food tastes great and I didn't miss my flight or anything so zero complaints

Excellent travel cuisine. The bahn mi fish taco was delicious! The Montreal smoked meat sandwich was stacked. Poutine had smoked meat too and chopped pickles, giving a vinegar crunch I loved it.

Very good spicy ceaser. Friendly staff. Lots of options but I'm not here to explore different things, I like a spicy ceaser.

It's in Pearson International Airport. Therefore, the clientele is very transient. The food and service are, I would say, average, but given that thos location is in an airport, I should be a little easier on them. Nice place to kill time when stuck in Pearson Airport in Toronto.

The staff could not be more friendly and helpful, and the food is good pub food. Welcoming, prompt, entertaining.

17.50$ for an omelet, used bacon bits as the so called triple smoked bacon. Will not eat there again.

Last time I was here was for cocktails and had a great time. Today I had the chicken & chorizo pot pie with the cobblestone stout. Amazing. The pie was piping hot and had a bunch of meat and veggies/pearl onions. The salad was fresh and not drenched with dressing. Server (Kristina) was super nice and attentive. Recommend! Ps, wait time was nothing! (I travel solo)

We stopped in here on our way to Yellowknife, and didn’t receive service after we waited and also asked someone. They said to wait, and then never came. So we left.

On our way back from Yellowknife, we wanted a beer and some food, and decided to try our luck. We got seated and everything was great. Until our server came. Christina was rude and clearly did not want to be there. We wont be coming back.

Did not like the food at all. Yucky. Disgusting. Servers suck, my server never came to check on me once after my food was placed on the table. Had to go the bar to pay.

Ordered a coffee with our meal, but the milk must have been old, so it curdled. That put me off on coffee, so when I told our waitress she offered to get me another, but I declined, assuming she’d just take it off the bill. Nope, still charged us.

Wonderful food experience, smooth beer. Amazing service the best.
Not bad on prices.

Our bill for a regular poutine, a smoked meat samdwich, and a eggs benny with 3 beer came to $120. The service was great. The food was the worst i have ever eaten in any restaurant. My daughters poutine was inedible. The gravy tasted like beef boullion and water. The smoked meat was dry and overdone. The eggs were overdone. The beer was good. I would never eat there again. After missing our connecting flight and getting stuck this topped off a horrible experience. The waiter was very kind.

Their pickles taste like biting into fresh, squishy yet crunchy pickled glaciers in the middle of Lake Louise in the midst of July on a perfectly sunny day, whilst sunbathing on the top of a mountain towering over a sea of clear blue water, surrounded by said glaciers. The moistness of every bite is mind blowing. Each bite is followed by the perfect blend of thick, salty, crunchy, tangy, juicyness. It was the THICKEST pickle I ever had the utmost pleasure of seething my eager fangs into. Saved my last pickle bite for as long as I could until I finished the rest of my meal because I didn’t want the juicy pickle to ever end. Best pickle ever so far. Korean chicken sandwich was pretty good too (asked for a pickle on the side). Please let us know the brand of pickles if you can! Thanks <3

Very fair and generous service. The vegie burger is reasonable, the beer and fries are good.

Went there just to wait for my plane and ended up almost too drunk to fly, the owner was very nice. I didn't eat but the food looked amazing. Hope to come back next march break

The food was great, although the service I received was insincere. I was with my friend and our server split the bill in half, my friend covered the tip for both of us in her transaction as per a prior agreement, and when I did not include a tip on my end the server spoke to me in an unkind manner asking “was the service really that bad? ” And turned around speaking to her coworker reiterating that I did not tip her, while all tables around us could hear. I find it very unprofessional to publicly announce the percentage of a customer’s tip in the middle of the restaurant, especially considering her service was the bare minimum.

Fish and chips were decent, beer as well. Very fast turnover place, seating may take some time.

A little noisy, food tastes great but the prices went up and the size decreased.service is amazing!
