As a contractor, good tool makes a huge difference on the job's quality.
Went there at the closing and the staff let me in, no rudeness.

It’s great. I work at a body shop so I use Milwaukee m12 and m18 impacts and they have what I need at usually the best prices. Staff is great too!

Even though I had a bad experience with a nail gun I purchased through them, they were very helpful in sending out the gun for repair. And even once I got the nailgun back from the manufacturer, it wasn’t the same and I was still able to return the gun to get my full refund.

Terrible service. Called before I went to the store explained a warrenty claim when I got to the store they were ignorant and not wanting to help at all.

I purchased a Dewalt Tool belt with Suspenders, I'm DIY installing my fence at home, and the suspenders ripped off their mounting loops. I took it back because it was only a week old, and they looked at me like I had six heads. Said they would talk to their rep, and get back to me and that never happened. Would Recommend buying from Home Depot instead because of easy returns. You get hassle free returns for one year when you use the Home Depot MasterCard.
