1 star is too generous for this company. Not once has the phone been picked up when I've called them, and voicemails don't get answered. When you send an email and finally get a response, Kathryn is rude, unhelpful and doesn't answer your question. Customer service is zero, and I don't actually know what my money is paying for. I'm planning to join my condo board just to try to get rid of Millcreek as the management company.

Pretty much as bad as it can possibly get when it comes to property management. Not responsive, barely follow up with requests and are literally always late on delivering paperwork. I will be working with our board to replace these guys immediately!

VERY poor customer service. They don't return phone calls or reply to emails. They send correspondence with past due deadlines and do NOTHING to help you resolve issues. They overcharge and under deliver. If I could give a zero rating I would! They are terrible. I'm joining my condo board just to have them removed as the property management company!

I have been trying to give this place my money since October 2019. Legitimately ZERO customer service and ranked top 3 for worst companies I have ever encountered in my life. Phone messages ignored, I’ve mailed them a personal cheque with no response, emails unanswered. If you are buying a condo and Millcreek is the property management- run for the hills.

I don't typically write reviews unless they are positive. However, if I could give a negative star I would. I feel the same as all these reviews.no calls returned, don't care and they will even laugh.
Dealing with Millcreek taught us a valuable lesson. We were green behind the ears when we bought our first condo. So we learned to check out the management company when we bought our second condo and it is fine. Whether we like it or not the management co. Is sort of a package deal when you buy into these situations so best to get along. Best decision we made was to sell. We left behind a really nice place but the price of the stress was way too much. Hopefully with these reviews Millcreek will take some pointers. Homeowners deserve at least that much.

Have been a condo board member with them for 4 years, and an owner of one of the units they manage for 7 years. They are a pleasure to work with and the current office team is very quick with responses and friendly. I like that they are a smaller management company and that our interactions are more personal

We have had so many issues with Millcreek. They're truly so hard to reach and don't seem to answer their phones ever. Seems to take ages for them to respond via e-mail and usually when they do they're all for themselves and not their residents in their units. We've been ticketed for parking at our place so many times, was even 5 times in 2 weeks! Yet we've lived here for so long. This is all organized by some lonely man who doesn't even own a car himself! I see him all the time walking around all the cars with a massive camera taking pictures with nothing better to do it seems. I don't think he has a job or family, so perhaps boredom has got the best of him. There are never any parking issues here either, other than what he creates. Ignore this company and ignore their workers, just like they do to us.

Extremely bad property management company. Hard to reach, rude, and unfair. We've been living at their 50 Howe Drive Condo Complex for 2 years; our vehicles within the last half year have been ticketed by them several+ times. As well as they ticket other people too, even when badges are up and displayed. Since we've been here for 2 years now, there's NO visible issues with parking or lack of spaces available. This is all run by a bored lonely old guy named Farooq who doesn't own a vehicle, or have a job, and has nothing better to do than take pictures of everyone's cars here. It's ridiculous and there are so many people here trying to get on the board so we can put a stop to him, once and for all.

This company is an absolute abomination. First things first, look at all the negative reviews they have. I've never experienced such a low energy property management company with such an outdated business in my life. I've been in real estate for a long time and find that they are very unhelpful, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Maybe they need a reminder that their role is temporary and based on election.

Please be aware of this property management and their backwards bylaws.
I came home on Nov 29 to a leak in my ceiling. I reached out to property management right away, and they sent out their restoration company. It was determined that the leak was caused by the upstairs unit. However due to their bylaws, I was held responsible for the cost of the repairs. I do not agree with this bylaw, this by law lacks empathy and logic. The unit that millcreek and their partners determined has caused the damage should be the ones responsible. To make matters worse, the leak has been so prolonged that my ceiling is now covered in mold in which millcreek is now also holding me responsible for. I have asthma and I'm allergic to mold. So now, I have been living in my property with a huge hole in my ceiling that is covered in mold that is effecting my health.

Millcreek has been unresponsive and uncooperative. Matter in fact, neither myself, my insurance, their restoration company, and the owner of the unit that caused the damage has been able to reach millcreek since dec 3.

A story was on the news and I have also reached out to the MP and MPP of this riding due to this lackluster experience from Millcreek property management.

I have inquired for reports of the damage and estimated cost with no response back from Millcreek.instead they sent their restoration company out unannounced to me "to do work" when I do not even have a report from them to know what actually needs to happen/ what work needs to be done and cost.and of course, no word from millcreek.this is unacceptable.

Where is the accountability and responsibility of property management. After doing research, my experience is not the only one and this property management needs to be held responsible for their lack of care and attention to its clients.

Lastly, the bylaw that states that the damaged unit should be held responsible for payment and not the unit that caused the damage is barbaric and backwards. I should not be responsible for an ongoing issue caused by another party.

I cannot stress enough just how terrible this company has been. They replaced our long-serving building manager and after that, everything went horribly downhill. Customer service emails will go weeks or months with no replies - sometimes with never a reply. Repeated follow-ups mean nothing. Our AGM was 5 months late. We are 6 months backlogged on financial statements they owe us. We do not have an operating budget for this year - we were never provided one and they won't acknowledge my emails asking for one. Services for our building are being paid months late (cleaning, landscaping, ploughing). We have had only 2 condo board meetings with management in a year. They are pathologically negligent.

We had a meeting to discuss our dissatisfaction. We asked them to agree to performance targets. They have missed every single recurring target in that agreement since then.

We have sent them a registered letter to state that we wish to terminate their services and to remit paperwork and records that we require. They refuse to acknowledge the letter or to remit the paperwork. This will cost us thousands to draft these documents from scratch if they don't reply. Taking them to court seems like the only option we have available to recoup these costs if it comes to that.

Stay far away. You'd be better managed by yourself, even if you have no knoweldge or experience. Bad service is better than no service. They deserve zero stars.

Worst property management company! There is a reason why they are only able to attain an average 2-star rating. They are unconcerned about the issues presented and either very slow to fix the problem, or they ignore altogether. If I was to provide my clients with the same level of "service", I'd be out of a job. If you are looking to hire this firm, run the other way. Truly disappointing!

I had a veryvery difficult time for several days attempting to contact this office by telephone. No one ever answered or returned calls. I did however have an exceptional customer service with them in person after being forced to go the their office, to speak with someone They went out of their way to assist fantastic support.

These people are a joke. They provide little to no service and repeatedly deal with any issue by emailing home owners to tell them that they’ll raise fees. Customer service doesn’t actually respond to calls and accepts no responsibility for anything.
Our fees go up yearly yet I don’t see anything drastically changing other than their fees and they fees they pay the landscaping company (owned by the people who built the condo units - surprise surprise!)
I’m actually going to sell my home because I’m so sick of havin g to deal with these people.
