Excellent experience here. My cat needed surgery and my regular veterinarian was away for several weeks. Dr Sandhu and his team took us in right away and the next day my kitten was in surgery. She's doing extremely well and considering this was very last minute I was treated as though I had been a long time client and was certainly not gouged in any way for price. The staff were extremely helpful and informative. Excellent technician. All around wonderful experience)

Dr Sandu is great, be sure to get him as the vet for any major procedures.the staff is phenomenal too, make me feel very comfortable leaving my little buddy there

Very friendly staff clean and they break it down what's needed and prices a must for new fur parents or older fur parents.

They were willing to help save a newborn wife cotton tail rabbit missing ear, scratched up but alive. Most places I had called were going to put it down but they were willing to try. Forever grateful they got back to me and are trying to help.

We love the staff and all the doctors. They are very accommodating amd caring with our pets. We always recommend then to friends and family

Always honest about care for your fur baby. They were able to squeeze me in last minute when we needed our pup seen quick! We were seen and given a diagnosis and started treatment all within the same day!

I've had nothing but good experiences here, they have looked after my dog multiple times and he's always made a healthy recovery after. Thank you for taking care of my best friend when he needs it the most.

Needed a vet to see my dog and exray ASAP and they accommodated me. My vet was unavailable due to staffing problems. I have now changed vets and am very happy with the results from Millen Road Animal Hospital. Great team of people. Thanks again

I have been taking my *pocket pets* here for a bit now, my hamster and a few of my rats! The staff is always so nice and the Dr keeps me informed with what is going on with my animal and the next steps for treatment. Their pricing is very decent and I would recommend them!

I recently got a puppy and took him in for a puppy exam and a fecal test. I was told if I didn’t receive a call after his sample was tested he was all good. Days following my puppy had diaherra and blood in his stool. I called asking for an appointment since I thought it was an emergency. They told me they had no appointments available but I could bring in his stool to get it tested. When I arrived and gave my information, turns out my puppy had giardia. And I never received a call telling me he had tested positive. Giardia is serious in puppies, especially if left untreated. Not to mention it can be passed to humans. If I hadn’t gone in to ask to get more stool tested I would have never been told he had that certain parasite. Will not be returning.

A very honest, caring and reasonably priced vet. We have taken our cats here for years. Would never go anywhere else.

You reply to my post i know more from the reveiw than when i was not at the clinic, vet never said anything about milk and all that stuff only about the calcified fetus. But i understand it is online and you have to make your clinic look nice and professional. I still will not recommend you guys to anyone and you guys only have a star cause u need a star to write the reveiw. The reception was good so the the star for the reception. Worse vet hospital i ever went

My puppy swallowed a quarter and we had spent a LOT of money diagnosing him and getting treatment with our regular vet in Grimsby. He ended up needing surgery and we could not afford $4K for it. I called around to a lot of places and with Covid, either they weren't accepting new patients or didn't have the time to do it soon or it would be too expensive. I don't know what the normal cost would have been, but when he heard what we had already been through, x-rays, bloodwork, scope, and induced vomiting's, he gave a really good deal on the surgery and was compassionate to our situation both financially and emotionally. The surgery went well and my puppy has fully recovered. The staff were friendly and answered all my answers and frantic calls the day following the surgery. They are amazing and we are switching to them full time. He even came out and talked to me before the surgery and after took time to explain everything in person. Excellent!

Went for an xray i was able to see the xray until i get home and receive it through an email, vet told me my litter was not calcified for the age and no explanation or recommendation for the issue, vet just wanted to let you know he he was out the room, was charge for exam but he did no exam done just the xray which was different price. I would not go back there as the vet was does not seem educated, i left the service with so much questions.

Dr. Sandhu really seems to care about the pets that are brought to his practice. Was really pleasant to speak with.

My dog bear goes there and always has the best care.bear suffers from huge separation anxiety and they know what they're doing to help calm him down.

Pushed me for services that were not required, and didnt really seem to care about the health of my cat, she needed immediate antibiotics for an infection, yet there had to be 3 days of waiting and tests to look into it when the antibiotics would have helped right away or just been playing it safe.now her kidneys are not doing well.thanks!

They don't charge an arm and a leg to help your animal, and they work with Hamilton animal servivces
