Brought the family in for brunch. Easy parking. Attentive service and delicious food. Dietary restrictions were.all taken care of!

The greatest that Toronto has to offer. Phenomenal atmosphere whether inside or outside on the beautiful three level patio. The entire place is newly renovated to give it a modern sleek look. The food is incredible, nice selection of beverages including unique beers and wines. The service is extraordinary. And The Miller is a well known goto for all sorts of celebrities. You never know who you might run into at The Miller on Yonge. You have to try it. I love this place! I rate Miller Tavern 5 out of 5 mustaches.

Everything was BEYOND expectations! The service by multiple staff so person at the table was served at the same time, their attention to details, the menu, the presentation details, everything was BEYOND what positive feedback we had heard. The steak dinner for 2 and Prime Rib for 2 was just perfection, the truffle mac and cheese, the drinks both virgin and alcohol infused, the phenomenal service and quickness of being served. It ALL made a GREAT night SO • MUCH • BETTER!

Foods pretty good, after the Reno the atmosphere is amazing. This would totally be our families go to restaurant, however it's just too pricey. The bill would be probably 30% less for similar food somewhere else.

Always a great atmosphere but the food is over priced. Getting the afternoon special is a good deal but the regular prices are a little over the top for what you get.

Business lunch, very convenient location near 401. Free parking, enough space outside. Good price for fresh food and excellent service!

I visited this place on Canada Day and I heared about its expensive menu and drink but I wanted to give it a try. I oredered fish and Chips and I became food poison and it ruined all my long weekend. Also, I called them next day to remove this food from their menue and prevent other customers from being food poison but they do not answer. AVOID THEM, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH

My recent birthday dinner at this restaurant was fantastic. The staff made it extra special by surprising us with a complimentary dessert, complete with a candle - a heartwarming gesture. The NY striploin was the star of the show, cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. On the other hand, the top sirloin didn’t quite impress us as it lacked a bit of flavor. Nevertheless, our server’s professionalism and attentive service truly elevated the evening. In summary, it was a memorable birthday celebration with delicious food and great service, making this restaurant a worthwhile recommendation.

Nothing bad to say about this establishment. Excellent food. Excellent service. Awesome experience all round

Honestly the most expensive and worst Top Sirloin I have ever had, not cooked properly and was extremely tough. The pavlova was some how amazing though?

Attended a Holiday get together in the private dining room. Excellent & attentive service and the filet mignon was very good. Overall, a fabulous eating experience.

I had lunch recently. I ordered the 'Roast Chicken Club'. Can you believe for $25 this sandwich is a scoop of chicken salad and not an actual piece of chicken? I can't understand why this restaurant doesn't say on the menu 'roast chicken salad, club'. Nobody like being being taken and a scoop of chicken salad for $25 is exactly that - NO THANK YOU! The service was good, the atmosphere was meh (under construction). I found in general the prices were very high for what you get. Buyer beware!

A Cozy Oasis in North York's Summer Patio Delight! Miller Tavern has become my go-to destination in North York during the summer, and their patio is hands down one of my favorite spots. It's a true oasis away from the bustling city life.

On our recent visit, we ordered the seafood crunch, Caesar salad with shrimp, steak, and a burger, beer. Each dish was prepared with care and bursting with flavor, leaving us thoroughly satisfied.
The staff was incredibly friendly. The portion sizes were fair. Despite the excellent quality, the bill for our family of three, including tips came to a reasonable total of $230+.

Overall, Miller Tavern continues to deliver on its promise of exceptional dining experiences. The cozy atmosphere and abundance of greenery on their patio create an enchanting setting. Great place with terrific upmarket atmosphere. Most of what we had was exceptional (crab cakes, onion soup, salmon, desserts) but my steak was dry and tasteless. Took me about 10 minutes to attract a waiters attention so I could at least put some salt on it. Not what you'd expect of a $600 meal (without alcohol). I'll probably give it one more try.

I do not normally post bad experiences but today’s experience was so bad I had to post my displeasure. I’ve been to the miller many times over the course of decades and always enjoyed my time there. My last visit before today was prior to their renovations and quite frankly they would have been better off closing their doors permanently. While the decor was nice, the food was terrible and highly overpriced including their drinks. In addition the staff was outright rude including the manager. They refused to accommodate splitting the bill after we were told it earlier it was not a problem and was argumentative. The staff completely missed the mark in service and attitude. We felt like we were inconveniencing them.
I will not be returning there again.

Ordered four steaks at 50.00 each. Three came out perfect at med rare. The fourth was over cooked med well.

I sent it back, 8 min later which doesn't sound like a long time but when you're sitting just waiting it's an eternity.

The waitress brings back the steak and said the chef says its cook perfectly.

WIAT WHAT

I look at her and said, look at the other three steaks on the table that's how they should be cooked.

She leaves to get a manager. Another nine mins pass. Everyone else at the table has now finished their meals.

The manager comes back very rudely says "we put it under the light and it's cooked perfectly". At this point I can no longer show him the other steaks as everyone else has finished eating

I told the manager I should the waitress the other three and they did not look like that.

He was very rude and short and said here. Here is another one that is less cooked.

That steak was rare and not enjoyable I had two bites.

They took the steak off the bill thinking that would satisfy me. Incorrect. It's not the money that was the problem. It was the service and attitude received from the manager.

The waitress forgot several item's. Maybe because she was flustered from the chef and manager I dot know.

We went for a birthday and told them when making the reservation. Even added an extra person to the reservation. They were able to add the extra person which was greatly appreciated, but the fact that we were there to celebrate a birthday was overlooked.

Miller Tavern use to be a great experience. Love the atmosphere, ambiance, decor. However yesterday's birthday experience pails in comparison to days past.

Went there Tuesday night for a dinner with my date. I picked the spot because it was romantic and I had a good time before. This time, not so much.

Ordered two apps and two steaks (a NY strip and top sirloin). They completely forgot about my date's app but that was ok, we shared mine and I didn't want to make a fuss. The steaks arrived as we were finishing pecking at my crab cakes.

When the steaks arrived, the top sirloin looked like an overcooked filet mignon. That's exactly what it was. Dry and just should never have left the kitchen. When asked about it, both the manager and the waiter insulted our intelligence by insisting that that was just the "eccentric" cut of the chef. So they offered to get us the NY strip instead because they said that that was just how the top sirloin looked. I'd highly suggest that the manager just Google what a top sirloin looks like.

Because the steak was going to take a while to cook, they offered to get my date an appetizer while she waited since my steak seemed OK (it was mediocre at best). So we asked for the app that never came - the scallop ceviche. This thing arrived almost immediately. It was clearly not prepared to order. The sauce of the dish had already started to get dried up around the glass it came in. It looked like it was prepared in the morning, stuck in the fridge and then just thrown at us on ordering it. For a 20 some odd dollar app, I'd expect it to be made to order.

The other NY strip finally came. It was equally as mediocre. The experience was anticlimactic. When the bill came, I was shocked to see that they didn't compensate for any of the screw-ups. They replaced my date's top sirloin with the more expensive NY strip amd charged for the app that my date was offered while she waited for them to make another steak.

I debated not giving a tip at all but decided not to pull that card and be classy about it. This will be the last time I go there. I have recommended 3 friends to go there this past year. I won't be recommending it to anyone ever again.

This date was supposed to be the date that rekindled an old flame that my date and I once had. You guys made it into a complete farce. For $260, including tip (would have spent more but couldn't bring myself to order wine when they could even get our orders right), I wish I went down to Barberians. They treat me right there.

If you read this far, I would highly recommend going somewhere else if steak is what you're in the mood for. This place hasn't a clue what the different cuts are.

The crab cakes were admittedly above average. However, that could also have been me just being super hungry.

Been going there for years. The seafood is always good. Service is good. The private dining rooms are good for private or corporate events. Slightly over priced.

We’re went with my husband for the anniversary.we were enjoyed the food, drinks dessert and music. The service was great. We Would definitely return for an occasion.

Sterile. I keep trying to like the Miller, but it just lacks character or any sort of vibe.

The restaurant is incredibly nice and well thought out. I was not impressed by the food. It was average at best and should have been better given the prices. I'm pretty sure prime rib shouldn't be served well done. I think they have trouble finding good staff to work the kitchen.

Great atmosphere for group hangouts. Beautiful patio, clean space. The smell of greenery was definitely pleasant!

Food is pricy for how it’s is presented and how it’s cooked, nothing too special! I got sirloin steak and to be honest wasn’t impressed as it was too rough (didn’t finish 50% of it) and my choice of side - house salad was bitter.

That said, we enjoyed the service. Our waiter was kind and genuinely tried to make our dining experience pleasant.

Overall, I would come back here for hangouts with friends, but not particularly for food.

Truth is - it’s hard to find big hidden patio spots in the area, so if quality and presentation of meals can improve - this would become a 5/5 spot with no hesitation.

Food was delicious and service was great. The burger and roast were delicious. We sat inside but the outdoor patio looked cute. Will return and do recommend.
