This place is amazing! Dr. Rice and her team are very professional and patient, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. They provided professional treatment while also comforting me as a very nervous parent. I have full confidence in them, love this place!

Dr Rice has been seeing my cat since she was a kitten. She performed her spay surgery as well as her microchipping. As a nervous first-time pet owner, I couldn't ask for a better vet. Dr Rice was very gentle and great at explaining how to care for my cat.

My cat was diagnosed with the life-threatening FIP disease, and Dr. Lam's expertise and dedication made all the difference. Aside from cost. The team is great. They are prompt to respond and follow-up and very understanding and patient accomodating staff.

You will find the most patient pet medical team here. Doctors are very experienced. Fair price, no overcharges. After heard that my cat was seriously ill and I didn’t have time to visit during the clinic's opening hours, a lady who picked up the calls squeezed a time for me right in the afternoon. Appreciate that. They do care about your pets!

Staff was very welcoming and friendly! You can easily tell that they are very knowledgeable and caring. Would definitely recommend!

Valerie is hands down, one of the best Pet Groomers I have ever encountered. She made my 12yr old Shihtzu/Russel mix (Bucks) look like she was 2 again. Amazing work and attention to detail, keep it up!

Definitely the best clinic I’ve ever been. All professionals there are amazing and they show great care for their furry patients.

My dog was always stressed on other clinics and when we take him to Dr. Rice she makes sure he is comfortable and relaxed during the consultation. It definitely makes my drive from Aurora to Scarborough worthy.

We've been seeing Dr Rice for years, and she's been with us through new puppies and beloved old friends, kittens, cats, we all go see her in my family. I never feel rushed, they'll work with you if you're on a budget. Dr Rice helped my daughter understand what her new cat's heath would require, a schedule for future vet visits and vaccines, what was important and what was optional, and was so patient.
They are not the cheapest vet around, but I feel that the amazing care and service is worth the slightly higher prices.

Dr Ross looked after my dog Grand for his entire life. Grand had a very long life for more than 15 years. Dr Ross and his co workers were very friendly, patient and professional. Prices were also very reasonable. We appreciated them a lot.

My dog has been taken care of by Dr. Lam for more than 10 years, literally since he was born. Dr. Lam is amazing, never push us do anything that is unnecessary. We are very happy with the services she has given to our dog. The groomer Valerie is amazing as well. She did the grooming for my dog last Wednesday. My dog got an excellent trimming on the face, thorough cleaning of the whole body, no itching spot on the skin, nice nail cut. All in all, wonderful, much better than Pet Smart or other small pet shops. Thanks Dr. Lam and Valerie!

The only clinic where all the receptionists, doctors and vet techs are all kind and knowledgeable. It really helps when your pups are both rescues and require a lot of patience. Thank you

Used this clinic for our kitty while we lived in the area for a year. Dr. Rice and the rest of the staff are very nice but the clinic is on the pricier side.

Reason for leaving the review: I was told to settle out a balance of $0.30 today when I called and told them we had moved. Thirty cents!

EDIT: the clinic called and apologized for the $0.30, I did appreciate that and have increased my rating to 4 stars now.

My dog has anxiety and a hard time trusting people especially a vet. At my previous vet they told me I had to up his dose on anxiety meds to calm him down as a quick fix in order to do what they needed to do. I was very pleased when I met Dr. Rice because she was able to go through with the same procedures without adding any extra medication to my Shih Tzu. She took the time to allow him to become comfortable with her before going forward with the examination which made me feel like she truly cared about my dog. The assistances at front desk were also very welcoming to make me and my dog feel better about his visit to the vet.

Came to the clinic as walkin for my dog. Zarbia was vhelpful and nice, really good customer service and Dr. Rice was also nice and gave really good information. Highly recommend

I was recommended by a friend and now I’ll likely never take my pets anywhere else. All the staff, Dr. Lam and Dr. Rice were amazing during my visitation. They were kind, caring, patient and made my pets feel comfortable at every step of the process.

Would not recommend to anyone that loves their pets. They are all smiles and pretend to care for your animals but it’s all about money for them. They will try to charge you for unnecessary things. My husband been telling me to find a new vet for so long and I didn’t listen. Finally I realized what he was saying and found a new vet that actually cares for my dog the right way. It’s way too much to type all the things they suck at so read the other reviews for yourself and make you own judgment. Don’t be fooled by all the smiles and smooth talk. Greedy people!

My pet is here for a checkup and neuter. The doctor is very nice and very professional. I'll be here later for shots and checkup.

Professional and amazing team! In annual vaccine appointment, doctors are very dedicated to examining the whole body including weight measuring, eyes & ears check up, heart pulse listening, fur checking to ensure no flea. If you love your pet in an anxiety free atmosphere to have their annual vaccination and thorough check up, I strongly recommend this place.

Friendly receptionists, skillful nurses and professional vets. This clinic is also clean and spacious to follow Covid requirements which allows in person visits. Highly recommended!

Don't come here if you want a vet clinic that takes your pet's health seriously, as they would rather talk your ear off with poor excuses and then never get back to you after THREE weeks of avoiding your calls and not following up on the ones they did pick up for all the while your dog has an ear infection.other than their negligence, they also have poor mask compliance as when i went in the receptionist did not have her mask on and the technician with the excuses barely had hers covering her nose which made me extremely concerned and uncomfortable considering one of the excuses she used was "our staff was sick" and how close she was talking at me.would not recommend to anyone that loves their pet.

The Milliken Bridlewood team has been kind, supportive and helpful to me and my orange tabby cat, Furbi.

I brought my cats in for their shots and was very surprised at the friendly staff! Everyone was so nice and I got to see my cats get examined by Dr. Lam on video. They seemed a lot happier here then at previous vets.
They also give you the prices of everything! Very happy to have found a vet clinic with such great service!

It's very slow service and very expensive price. I went to many different Clinic to see my dog's broken foot, this is the worst experience ever. What they told me about the prcie on the phone is so different than the actual price. They told me on the phone that I don't need give my dog sedation to taking the x ray and that's why I went there. BUT when I came, they told me my dog needs sedation and they don't know how to change the splint so I have to come back another day. They are not professional as well. They need take 5 views of the x ray. Normally, the clinic only needs 2 views and they are able to tell if my dog is healing. I think they are just wanna take more x-ray so they can earn more money. The staff there was nice and friendly, but the price is not worth it at all. Their price is even higher than the emergency hospital. They charge the sedation for more than $130 and the emergency hospital only charge me $75. And the price for change the splint is higher than the emergency hospital as well. In the end, they did nothing and charge me almost $100 for consultation fee If they are professional, I don't mind they charge more than other Clinic. BUT I think only because they are not professional so they needs to take 5 views of x ray to see if my dog's feet is healing. After that, I went to an different Clinic immediately, they charge me $225 in the end for 2 views of x ray and consultation fee. And they told me my dog is healed already.

I’ve visited this clinic three times with Dr. Rice, she is very friendly and professional in helping my kitten with vaccines and routine checkups. I’d recommend this clinic.

I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Nice staff and doctor. I feel so bad that I didn't transfer my puppy to here earlier. They provided detailed quotes to all the treatment and services and other possible costs. We visited the clinic on Friday because my puppy is very sick. Dr. Rice discussed all the possible options with me. No pushing and pressure. And I feel absolutely easy to talk with them about all my concerns. Hope my fur baby will regain his energy soon.

I recently brought my Chesapeake Bay Retriever to this clinic for not eating for several days. I am beyond grateful for the staff here! As most animals are when they aren’t well, Duke was very scared of people at this time but there was no fear from the doctors and staff. I felt welcomed and felt they cared not only for our doggy’s well being but for our feelings when I was afraid to think what was wrong with our boy! Our Doctor didn’t rush into expensive tests. I didn’t feel they were trying to rip me of my money. We set out a plan diet.medications to rule everything out.
Turns out our big boy had cancer and as sad as this post sounds. We had to put him down.
If you are looking for a clinic that cares. That thinks of the animal before making money then this clinic is a must come to. Hands down! They took their own time to give us a cal to check on our boy. See how he was doing and even sent is a card personalized after our big guy passed. Although our journey with this clinic was short. They were remarkable, well educated and Mannered.

Dr. Rice is an amazing, knowledgeable, gentle and kind lady. She always puts the needs of your pet first and will be straightforward with you. Shes wonderful for answering any questions you might have wether you're a current client or not. Definitely recommend!

One of the worst phone etiquette I've ever encountered. First I was immediately put on hold, which is normally fine; but I had my phone on mute and was about to take it off to respond to the secretary, but was hung up on. I had to call again. And again was immediately put on hold. If I can wait a minute on hold, at least give me half a second to respond when taken off hold.

Then I asked about getting fortiflora, and received nothing but interruptions, impatience, and general unhelpful advice. Who else would you turn to for advice for a pet's medical health, if not a vet?: (

Hint: next time someone has a question about vet services; rather than "go get a prescription" consider offering your own. After all, this is what you offer.

Staff is nice and helpful. Place is clean and good. Dr. Lam is young but professional. Dr. Lam and her staff is kind and patience to give my dog injection today. My dog enjoy the time with Dr. Lam, even my dog dont want to leave. Price is reasonable. Dr. Lam can speak Cantonese very well.

We have been going to a nearby vet hospital for years and they were unable to cure my dog's multiple episodes of chronic ear infections. When my parents finally decided it was important to seek a second opinion, we made an appointment with Dr. Lam. She examined my dog very thoroughly and took a swab of the infection in the ears (neither were ever done by our previous vet). After examining the type of bacteria that caused the infection, she prescribed an antibiotic that completely cured my dog's chronic ear infection! I felt terrible that my dog had to endure so many ears of suffering because of poor veterinary care, and I'm so glad we went to see Dr. Lam. She also helped to control the skin allergies for my dog and cleaned her teeth. Everything was done with top notch care and lots of explanation to guide us through the process. The staff members are also friendly and caring, I highly recommend this hospital to all pet owners!

The original vets whom started the clinic were excellent. When they retired and sold their practice to a younger set of doctors, I noticed a huge downturn in service, ridiculous pricing and poor care for my two (one of whom I adopted from the clinic). Working in a veterinary clinic, it's to be expected that some of the animals who come in will not be friendly, especially if the animal is in pain, etc. Moreover, those animals are more likely to lash out, bite, scratch, etc. The vet and staff acted as if they didn't know how to deal with these unfriendly & upset animals. They treated both of my animals with little respect and charged me for procedures that I actually had to preform because the staff was too scared to touch my animals. Like, really? One of them was raised in your clinic. I wouldn't recommend them because of the lack of experience, professionalism, ill treatment of the patients under their care, and unfair pricing. Do your research and find a better place.
