I'm a Legal Shield client that was matched with Susan E. Mumford. It's been over two weeks and not only has she not yet started drafting a demand letter, the only research she's done so far is incorrect. I asked for a demand letter against an online high school and three days after my phone consultation, she sent me an email writing that the school doesn't grant an OSSD. Which is untrue.

In her most recent email, she wrote:

"I’m sorry you are under the impression that the professional requirement of due diligence adhered to by all legal practitioners means that your matter is not being taken seriously. "

David Lees left my uncle in a situation where he ended up in default for filling a defense for a case where we had been over billed and let down by our supplier with faulty/broken equipment which cost us to lose thousands of $. Mr Lees never returned my uncle's calls until after the 20 day time limit was up. Good thing I found another lawyer at a different firm to file a defense for him before the time expired. Sad part is my uncle died and David Lees just paid the claim of $87000 without any fight at all and charged my uncle $2000 just for that. Terrible law firm that manipulates people and steals their $
