So disappointed with Mills Motors.
On Jan9/24 brought my vehicle in for rough running and missing, after diagnosing # 5 cylinder was misfiring and reading codes PO305 it was due to sticking valves and suggested removing heads to clean carbon build up to a tune of $5000.00 plus HST.
At that point I refused service and got a second opinion.
The garage I took it to scan and report that #5 cylinder was misfiring and upon further investigation found cylinder #5 had a weak voltage coil and multi cracked spark plug.
After replacement with new parts and some preventive maintenance measures for carbon build my vehicle runs awesome.and not here $. 5000.00 Mills wanted to charge.

Careful sales staff will screw you over if there buddies want the vehicle.was down to signing cash deal then a friend of sales rep said he wanted it so they pulled my deal back and sold to his buddy.trust is a real issue.

Mills Motors motto of "Whatever it Takes" does not hold true. My initial purchase of a Sierra AT4 truck was good, however I have been trying to discuss a trade in with 2 different sales team members over the past 3 months, both take my details and promise to contact me back within a couple of days, which does not happen. After repeated email and phone call follow ups on my end, its time to move on to a different dealer. Extremely disappointed in their service/sales commitment.

My car was fixed perfectly and I got it back spotless inside and out. Wendy in the collision center should get a raise! She's the best!

Great people all around at Mills Motors. The help they provided to purchase my old truck for top dollar, to finding me my new truck with all the options I had hoped for. Brian, Don and the entire staff I dealt with at Mills were top notch!

When my new truck arrived there was a small cosmetic issue that had obviously taken place during shipping. They ordered a new part and had it replaced within the first few days of me picking it up. If you’re looking for a new GMC or Buick, I would highly recommend Mills Motors.

When I attended an appointment that was made for me, Nick had called in sick and no one knew I was coming. I spoke to the finance manager who stated he had a deal for me but was working with the bank to get a better rate and would call me back with it. Essentially it’s been over 2 weeks and I have never heard back from anyone about anything after applying for a vehicle.

I have been a customer of Mills Motors for a number of years. I have purchased several vehicles from them and been dealing with the service department since I purchased my first vehicle with them.

Kyle and the rest of the service team has always gone out of the way to make sure my issues are resolved in a timely manner and that I have been kept informed along the way.

I would highly recommend them. The entire staff is friendly and courteous.

I don't normally write reviews but sometimes when you get exceptional service, you have to give credit where credit is due! I called Mills Motors after feeling defeated having already spoken to 2 other mechanics. I happened to connect with service advisor Jeremy - as a female calling about my vehicle it can be demeaning and I was expecting the same attitude I'd gotten with my first calls! That did not happen at all - he was pleasant, courteous, and very patient with answering my questions. He actually listened to my concerns and offered helpful advice without being condescending - what? ! Mills Motors you have a great employee in Jeremy - Not often these days do you connect with a knowledgeable, friendly, helpful person but I'm glad he picked up the phone!

Nice people, nice clean place, nothing special though, don't go above and beyond just do what they have to, but the work is done well so I'll be back and recommend them

I had a ingine light come on and my remote start didn't work so I went to the dealer to see if they could fix it. After 6 hours, they said it was the gas cap, i had a oil change and a gas cap for 370.00. A couple of weeks later the engine light was back on so I went back, this time it was the gas tank filter or something. 350.00. The engine light came back again, now I spend over 700.00 dollars for a engine light. That tells me that the diagnostic at 153.00 couldn't find the problem twice. There was no problem, i fix it with some injector cleaner in the gas tank. MILLS, YOU JUST LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. NEVER AGAIN.

I’ve been coming to the dealership for years. Bought two cars, from them and always had them serviced.

High ratings for the sales team and Hana always found them super friendly and helpful.

The lower rating is this year seems like some of the service slipped, had a terrible interaction with the chat team after trying to book online multiple times and not able to do. Luckily Hana was pasted on only some of my notes and sorted me out and provided amazing service or else I would lower this to 1 star.

I really hope it goes back to being as easy to book at deal with in the summer when I book again!

I've been coming here for years (with a Cruze, then a Verano, now an Encore), and, taken on the whole, it's a decent place. Today was an exception: I had booked an oil change appointment online a week ago for today. I received a number of text messages indicating/reminding me about this appointment. I dropped by on time, as one would.

The gentleman who let me in at the shop was none too friendly or helpful - he seemed he couldn't care less. I was told that there was no appointment in the system and that the texts I received weren't confirmations but notifications that I had 'put in a request' for an appointment (but that unless someone called, I was out of luck). Since no one had called, I was told there was no room for help today. Isn't the point to call before the scheduled date to confirm, not after I already left work early to come by and be turned away? What's the point of booking online if it requires a follow up phone call?

When I asked if I might ask the desk, inside, to book me a (new) appointment, I was told not to bother - someone would call me to book one (?). The whole system of using online booking has me confused and wasn't too useful or efficient in this case.

EDIT: A woman at the desk did call shortly after to discuss things, which was after the fact but was appreciated. It was more the feeling of being a nuisance for showing up that threw me off.

Best place to buy a car, got out last SUV from Al, he is amazing and always answers our questions. All staff we dealt with is courteous and friendly.

Sharing this great experience buying a truck from mills motors 3 years ago, as I always get my vehicle serviced here at mills, recently I was having some noisey front end, Called mills and got in within few days of my availability, mills motors mechanic Mr Rain found out the problem and fixed it right away and perfectly, I always take my vehicle for oil changes since I bought and I am always welcomed by the manager Mr Jim Gibbons.he is kind and very respectful person, I always get welcomed and treated very respectfully by mills sales person Mr Raminder Dugal as he spends time and efforts for another vehicle I was looking to buy, very clean shop and garage, Mechanic Mr Rain advised me for further appointments for service. Very honest adviser.

Mills Motors today showed 5 star customer service helping me get a light bulb changed with same day service with my service advisor Shawn. He went above and beyond to help me out. We have always dealt with AL Clark in the past as he has always been there to help my family with the purchase of our new GMC vehicles. Highly recommended Mills Motors!

The service shop at Mills was amazing. James Dent was accurately able to dignose the leak from my Acadia and fix it promptly. It’s been a few weeks now and there absolutely no leaking. The service was fast and very reliable. The lady at reception had an uber to pick me up as soon as my car was ready. The service advisor Kyle, was very friendly and has great communication skills. Highly recommend this service shop for all your needs.

Came in today to order a Sierra 1500 Denali, was told by Steve Brandreth that you don't have any trucks in stock and that all trucks are sold and wont be getting any in 3 months, even where I saw 2 DENALI trucks up front. He did not introduce himself or asked me any questions as if he was not interested in doing his job. He did not even bother to show me any trucks. Totally unprofessional!

My wife and I went in to see Cruz MacDougall recently after my fiancé purchased a Terrain from Mill Motors in 2015. He was very attentive and knowledgable, and I felt that he wasn't just looking out for the dealership's best interests but also our own. Cruz went over our options for the budget we were working with, offered up his office to care for our two children, and quickly got us into some vehicles for a test drive. We went to other dealerships but they couldn't match the service, and options, offered by Cruz. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a positive and professional car purchasing experience.

P. S. Our 5-month old had smiles for day when staring at Cruz. He's a people person through and through, and even the little ones can sense that!

General service is good on straight forward, like oil & lube, however more involved requests miss the mark on correction. Correction assumptions are made without contacting/verifying the concern with owner leading to unsuccessful resolution to the concern.

Allen treated me so well and I will be sending anybody looking to buy his way in the future. I could have bought my truck in a number of places but I drove out of my way for Allen because of the way he treated me. Thank you Allen Clarke.

Al Clark and Dave from the parts dept went above and beyond in the customer service department. When I told an old friend Al that I had a 2008 Saturn Astra that I needed clutch parts for, he just smile and gave a little laugh and said “have I got the guy for you”. He connected me with Dave from parts. Dave found the correct parts that I needed in a timely manner and even stayed after his shift was done to accommodate my drive from the airport to allow for the pick up. I was going to purchase a new vehicle at Mills. We put an order in for a custom build, and then communication dropped off significantly. I had to ask two or three times to have questions answered, and some weren’t answered at all. I ended up waiting 3 months and after a very poor, difficult to understand response, I cancelled my order.

Once the order was in, I feel like they didn’t care anymore about the customer.

I appreciate the challenges presented to the manufacturing and distribution process as a result of COVID-19, but that doesn’t excuse the poor communication. This is the reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one.

Al Clark is a top-notch sales rep for Mills motors that I have done business with many times and have sent Al friends and family to buy GM vehicles off of too. Mills motors and Al Clark keep up the great work
