Whenever I visit Millway Medical Center I feel pleasant. Thank you for your patience, professionalism, hard work and commitment to excellent medical care. Competent, sensitive physicians like Dr. J. Zuchelkowski and Dr. B. Grzegorczyk are the prize of medical profession.

Will never pick up the phone. Leave a voicemail. Will never return the call. I think its a ghost clinic

This clinic never pick up their phone! Specialist can never get through and their answering machines are full and you can't leave a message.
My question is does anyone work there? The office staff are creating a very bad reputation for the doctors. I would not be surprised if they are erasing messages

I can relate to all negative reviews, as I too had a poor experience here, even if I was happy with my doctor. The staff at reception have very poor manners, a condescending and rude attitude - I have never been talked to in such a way. Too unprofessional for me.

The doctor is very good however the front staff are absolutely the worst, unwelcoming, unfriendly, unprofessional staff we've come across anywhere. Not suitable for any sort of interaction with anyone in the public.
A family member recently had an appointment here and the experience with the front staff was awful.
The manner in which the front staff interact with their patients is absolutely unacceptable in any setting, let alone a medical office.
The one lady, short blonde hair, didn't get a name, was verbally abusive towards my family member. She wasn't doing her job at all, talking to other staff about unrelated non work items, while there was a lineup of patients waiting to be processed and seen. The blond lady, instead of asking politely to repeat a name, shot back in an aggressive tone "maybe you shouldn't mumble when speaking to me" in polish.
Something has to be done about this. I'm surprised anyone of them have held down a job for any amount of time acting in such a way.
Plenty of reviews with similar negative experiences with the front staff. This is a great way to lose patients, maybe this is part of the strategy.

Doctors are good but unfortunately they have to work with such a unprofessional staff. Horrible service. Lack of organization and receptionists could be very rude. Not recommend.

Receptionist acts absolutely Discusting towards people and is very verbally agressive. Also never picks up their phones.

Can't get appointment. Doctor Jan is gut and helpful. Stay away if you can. If they can't treat people with respect maybe they should look for other job (receptionists). One star because can't give zero.

The receptionist (short hair with highlights) is very rude. Has no manners and no respect.
This type of behavior is hurtful and causes stress for the patients.
There are so many complaints about the office staff (front desk) here and it looks like there is no management at all, no one cares or knows how to deal with rudeness, inappropriate and unethical employee behavior: (

Very rude not professional receptionist
Dealing with sick, frustrated people should be more professional with empathy.
Patients doesn’t come to see receptionist they come to see a doctor for help. But that lady at the front desk do whatever she can to make your your life Miserable.
Obviously that person not supposed to work with people
To be clear doctors are amazing!

I have been a patient at this clinic for 8 years. Initially I was on the waiting list and then months later I got a phone call that I can come as a patient.
I am really pleased that the office stuff is respectful, organized and on time. I think sometimes they are very busy and overwhelmed by too many phone calls, while we are waiting to talk to them. My family doctor understands very well my health issues, and in the past years all medications worked very well on me.

Most horrible and disrespectful establishment, especially the secretary's are the most dishearted people there. People don't waste your time they don't care about you or your family's.

Only one star but suppose to be zero! Every time I called put me on hold for more than 30 min!
