Thank you Milton Chrysler for our new truck. Special thanks to Ivan he really help us decide on what truck to buy, by providing us all of the option with the financing and giving us info we did not know about the trucks. He answered most of our questions even the simple ones. It's also nice that the whole time we did not get pressured to sign right away. Happy with the truck and happy with the service we received from Ivan and Milton Chrysler.

I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. My recent experience with Ray Dunbar, a salesperson at this dealership, was unprofessional and unethical. My family and I had scheduled an appointment to view a specific vehicle three days in advance, but upon our arrival, Ray informed us that the vehicle had been sold the previous day. When we asked why he didn't inform us of the sale and save us from a 150km trip, he simply replied that he hoped to interest us in another vehicle. This type of behavior is unacceptable and unbecoming of a reputable dealership. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership or their affiliated KIA dealership located in the same plaza.

Been buying my vehicles from Milton Chrysler since 1990 and always will. Tony the service Dept manager is the best he takes care of his customers above and beyond Company business he treats you like family. Mile on the service desk is no different he does a great job.

I just purchased my first new car from Sean. The entire process was smooth and simple from beginning to end. Sean went above and beyond. He didn’t try and sell us anything we didn’t need/request. He was very kind, informative and supportive. My fiancé has bought a few cars from him and has never been disappointed. I highly recommend Sean Gibson!

Very disappointed with sales people. Was sold an extra item that has since been denied. Also very little contact from the Dealership on there part to correct the issue.

Purchasing a new Dodge Ram at Milton Chrysler Dodge was a very pleasant experience. Sale consultant, Ray Dunbar was a pleasure to deal with. It was reminiscent of a small town dealership experience; friendly and informative staff and no pressure at all. I would certainly recommend to my family and friends.

We are thrilled with our new 2022 Jeep Gladiator we just brought home. The truck handles very stable with smooth ride considering front and rear solid axles. The diesel sounds amazing with the 8 speeds.

Won’t even give it a star! 2 bad experiences. First- walked around the shop and yard, no help, finally after 10+min asked someone for help. Spoke to a sales guy about pricing on a truck, he said there was no room for movement, the truck had been there for about 6 months, I said thanks and left. A week or so later and I see the price dropped by about $4000. Second, walked around the shop and entire yard for about 10+ minutes, spoke to another potential customer that was doing the same thing he never went back inside, he ended up just leaving, 2 sales people looked at me during my walk around the yard and said nothing. I Went back inside stood around for 5 minutes before finally asking someone for help. A sales guy came out and was not interested in helping me, had zero personality and acted as though I was inconveniencing him. I Asked him about a few vehicles, he showed me the vehicles, didn’t ask if I wanted a test drive.we went back inside and very briefly talked numbers, numbers didn’t agree so I left. All in all I’d say zero customer service, I’d never buy there nor service my vehicle there. I guess, gone are the days of customer service!? For the record, on both occasions I was ready to purchase a vehicle!

I'd like to give this place 0 stars. I brought my car in for service with an engine error and for an oil change. They called me to tell me what needs to be done. I told them to give me 10minutes to make decision on what to do. I called back 10 minutes later and spoke to one of the guys and told them to do the oil change and then order the part of the engine warning work.they did NOTHING.i picked up the car at the end of day and they had done NOTHING. I brought my car in a 2nd time for the oil change and engine error again. They did the oil change, but NOT the engine error part. I brought the car in 2 more times (so 4 times in total), they kept my car all day (so VERY inconvenient for me) and again they did NOTHING with my engine error.
The 5th time I had booked again and also asked them for rental car (since it's insanely inconvenient for me not use my car since i use it for work to go back and forth between sites), they called me in the morning to say that they couldn't accommodate me.so I was late for work more than 2 hours and wasted my time for the other 4 times. Plus my engine error has remained undone for months. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLEAGUE.

Service is very fustrating. Have tried to have truck repaired three times now and always returned for lack of part or qualified technician. Hope to be more successful in the new year and they finally get it right.

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience here. Everyone at the dealership was very kind and welcoming. I purchased a brand new wrangler through Sean Gibson and he was amazing and so helpful from day one till the I drove off the lot. I've never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle! I'll definitely be sending all my friends and family to this dealership. Thank you again Sean.
Edit. Ive had my Jeep for 6 months now and I still speak to Sean occasionally. He always comes by to say hello when I’m in to get an oil change. They really treat you like family even after you’ve bought the car.

Last year I was in the market for a new bigger vehicle with the addition of a new family member. Sean Roberts was the gentleman I dealt with, he was so accommodating especially given the fact that I lived 6 hours away.
He was a pleasure to deal with.
I am even more impressed by the fact that they have sent me birthday cards.
