The fact that I’m from out of town and our vehicle broke down with very important circumstances that it was hauling fresh product that had to stay at temperature. Hannah in the service department was very attentive and understood the importance she was absolutely amazing as was the technician in and out the door in 45 minutes and repaired, I’m truly thankful I appreciate it and I can highly recommend Milton service department.

Booked an "appointment" for 730am. My truck was not looked at until after 2pm (I could have gone to work) I told them to replace the battery, my camera is acting funny. Passenger power window acting funny. Was charged just to tell me they needed replacement.yes I know that's why I left the truck there at 730 am. Got a phone call at 345 saying it was ready for pickup. $430 bill to get battery replaced (that I supplied) and to tell me what I told them in the morning.that window and camera need replacement. Pretty shocked. Never going here again

I have been too many car dealerships in my life, but never received such tremendously outstanding customer service as I have at Milton Ford. I needed tires on my Lincoln MKC in a hurry. I contacted all tire shops in Milton, and none could get me tires until next week. I contacted Kristen Bettio at Milton Ford Lincoln, and let her know what my dilemma was. She quickly and efficiently was able to not only get the tires I was requesting, but to have them installed on the same day. This dealership is the best of the best. I am an extremely picky individual, and Milton Ford Lincoln went above and beyond. After the work was complete, my vehicle was cleaned complimentary bottle of Lincoln branded water in my cup holder along with hand sanitizer. That's the Lincoln experience. One last thing, I had swirl marks on the hood of my black MKC, and to my surprise they actually remove them for me at no charge! Kristen Bettio is the best service advisor that I have ever met and have the pleasure of working with.

I was passing through Milton in my Ford F150 when I got the alert on the dash that a tire was losing pressure. I called Milton Ford & Cliff picked pick up, I told him my story he mentioned that the service department is closed on Saturdays however he may have a mechanic around back working on something that he could ask & call me back. I got a call back from Cliff within 5 mins & was welcomed to come on by. Within the hour I was back on road, great customer service! Thanks Cliff & Dewey!

I called them and i ask for service 5 times after some liar lady she told me yes we will order for u the part 3 months later nobody reach me out and I told her I have a call back on my car and when I called them they say we have no idea on what i am talking about 3 months

Very disappointed with this dealership. Purchased brand new car from them. Needs a new part and no one from here or Ford can tell me when it will be fixed. Been like this for nearly 3 months. No solution from anyone. No offer of a replacement car, no offer of financial. Lucky if get I

I was frustrated with the purchase as I placed the order in Feb 2022 with the item Co-Pilot360 Assist 2.0 I waited for the car for 9 months (October 2022) and when it arrived it did not come with that item which I am paying for it. The seller just told me that the chip is missing and that FORD will only install it in the year 2023 and did not give me a date. Also, in June 2022 I placed an order for me to change the wheel on the car and the seller said he could not include that in the order but I only received the car in October 2022.

Terrible dealership, made an appointment for an oil change, when I got there they tell me i could be waiting up to 3hrs. I asked what the point of an appointment is, I was told that is just to get your car in. I would NOT recommend them at all.

Despite all the challenges that Covid has presented to businesses, Milton Ford Lincoln has found a way to deliver beyond my expectations. Professional and proactive is what they do! Well done Team.

Brutal service price for oil change doubled in 6 months. Told it take 9 litres of oil which is not true as does 150 takes 7-7.5 litres but charge for 9

I stopped going to the ford dealership in Milton years ago but now Milton Ford has new owners, it has impressed me so much that its the only Ford dealership I use now. Sale/Service staff is great to deal with. I have bought a car and truck there with in a 12 month period.

Horrible experience dealing with sales and management for a brand new vehicle I ordered. Beware, the team here does not care and customer service is non-existent.

Think twice before bringing your vehicle at this dealership for service. After owning vehicles for over 35 years, this place provided the worst service and customer satisfaction experience I ever received. I've been trying to get a warranty service performed for over 6 months, dealing directly with the Fixes Operations Manager John Bettio since June. I've been lied every time he speaks to me, saying that he would call me back later on that day or the day after which never happened. I'm the one who needed to call him back 3-4 weeks later. He always try to put the blame on others. My vehicle finally got in to get the repair done on Sept 20th, got it back in the 23rd. The problem has not been fixed. Contacted him again on September 26th. He told me that he had to check with his team and will call me back later. We are now Oct. 1st and I never heard from him. If you want to do yourself a favour, bring your vehicle at a different dealership where they will take care of you and your vehicle.

He was very friendly and assisted us in choosing the best option and was very proactive. The finance department was also very helpful in expediting the closing. Need customer service. Better to disclose contract and vehicle features at front while purchasing or leasing. At the end I got surprise of $4000+ In price and less features which I expected.sales just tell me about package (302,501,502). My vehicle got delayed 15 month and at the end $4000+ price (dealership told me ford raise its price but where is contract which I signed while purchasing) so what’s the contract means

I am new to Canada and was looking to buy my first Car, for which I have been to many dealerships but non helped me the way Mr. Riaz Khan looked after me and got me 2019 Ford Fusion without any hassle, haggle and stress. It was such a great experience that I will remember all my life. My Ford Fusion is in excellent condition and delivered to me as per promised.

Where do I start?

Lie #1: I was told I ABSOLUTELY must take my end of lease vehicle back to this dealership to have the safety completed before the vehicle being transferred into my name.

Truth: You can take a vehicle to ANY D. O. T licensed mechanic/dealership to have this safety completed.

Lie #2: I had a slight vibration in the brakes while braking therefore needed to machine the rotors in order to pass safety.

Truth: Slight vibration is NOT a condition of safety according to the 98 page MOT guide for safety inspections.

These people wanted my vehicle brought back to their dealership in order to make some $, thought I’d be like most people probably and nod my head yes yes yes, absolutely not.

The admission of GUILT was when I explained these facts to the service manager (part owner) and he immediately removed the charges from my bill.

First and foremost. A salesman should know what they are selling.if he is suggesting ford.ca for information I wouldn't pay a penny to have a chair for him. A knowledgeable salesperson is an asset for any dealership. If someone showing up your dealership they have a dream in them.try to fulfill those dreams.as a dealer you may be selling just another car but for a buyer it is their dream come true. Make the car buying experience a great one. Let people appreciate you by giving a good service. And make Ike it memorable for years to come. Think beyond race or first impression. To the salesman.grow up my friend.your attitude never will work in this field. I probably can sell more cars than you with my basic knowledge about cars

Had a great experience. Everything was explained in detail. Communicated well and worked with my budget.

Not recommended! Saw two credit enquiries. I understand the first one when buying and everything went smooth at that point. But seeing another one when I got my vehicle was a total surprise.

Weren’t professional on themselves giving updates on my booked vehicle. Had to call many times to stay on top. Throughout many conversations they defined many of their own policies and procedures which no other dealership or even Ford acknowledged existed.

Not regretting my buy but they do impose and force you to make a buying decision. For anyone who cannot decided under pressure, I would suggest you to think twice

I've been a customer of this dealership for 4 years now. Everything was ok until this last service. This time they broke the wheel lock key and they didn't replace it. They made me buy a new set and when I asked them to install them, they didn't have time for that. I understand that they are busy, but the service advisor should have been less condescending and should have tried a bit to find a solution.

Would give 0 stars if possible they sell more trucks than their allotted and cant deliver, their managers know nothing about selling cars or how to deal with customers. Ordered my truck on jan 2021 still no update no vin nothing and they beat around the bush. Hopefully mine and about 70 of my customers i brought in come soon or else next time around we will

Farhan Khaliq was awesome, from the time we stepped in, to the time the deal was done. He made the process easy and explained things thoroughly. Even the delay of delivery was expected because he was upfront with that, and kept me in the loop of the status of delivery.

And I like how when we entered the dealership, we were made to feel important. Not how some other dealerships I walked into, I felt getting sized up.

Gallinger was the third dealership I walked into, and the vibe the moment you walked it was great! And true enough so were the people.

Liars. Went for oil change, was told brake pads are less than 1mm and it is dangerous to drive. Would cost $500 to replace front brake pads and rotors. Declined the service. Replaced pads myself. Brake pads had 30% life left.

The new management at helm these folks are going places and fast. Looking forward to my new ride and strengthening my bonds with the new sherifs in town

My son recently bought an vehicle from Gallinger and we had a pleasant experience. The sales team was upfront, honest, and courteous. They had a large collection to chose from and good prices on offer. Sema, our salesrep, was helpful and very patient throughout the process.
