Every patient has right to be dealt with in a respectful manner and to be free from physical, sexual, mental, emotional, verbal and financial abuse. To be dealt with in a manner that respects your dignity and privacy, and that promotes your autonomy and participation in decision-making.
This clinic utterly fails to provide a respectful environment to the people who are already suffering and need words of care from staff and doctors.
This clinic has Doctors without any professional ethics. Patients have to wait extended hours and doctors treat them poorly without regard to the pain and suffering. Dr Mina Hussain is particularly rude with patients. Please try to avoid seeing her at costs. Go to other walk-in clinics if possible at all. This is a clear sign of failing health system in Milton.

Horrible doctors office, didn’t feel comfortable with dr.latif went to her for years and she had no idea who I was until she looked at my chart, didn’t send requisitions until I called to follow up.couldn’t get an appointment during COVID, reception told me she was only taking phone appointments and when things finally opened Dr. Latif told me she was in office the whole time, she told me pretty much it was my fault that I didn’t see her through COVID lockdowns.wait times in the waiting room when I have an appointment was crazy long sometimes 45 mins to an hour after my appointment time.if I could give this place a minus on stars I would

She always listens and solves all the problems that I ever have. I don’t get the negative reviews as she is one of the best.
The only reason I am taking off three star is the wait time even if we are there with appointment
Today I called the receptionist and told her maybe I’ll be late just maybe and she told me if you’re more than 5 mins late than there’s a problem anyways I had appointment at 2: 35 and I reached there 2: 37
Before even I was there she mentioned a note that I am late
It was my physical test and I waited till 4 half naked in room just to wait for physical
My husband came in and talked to the receptionist about it so he was told that I came in few minutes ago OMG
When the doctor came in I told her I am waiting since a long time and she told me that there was a note of late WOW

Dr Bickram was our family doctor (mainly for my husband) for 10 years. He is empathic and he takes his time with patients. I had to accompany my husband for all his doctors visits in the last couple of years and he could not have received better care. Thank you for your dedication, Dr Bickram.

I followed my Doctor from her previous Milton clinic to the the Milton Health Centre because she's fantastic. Never had an issue with the staff - they are all lovely.

Easy check-in with the automated system. Pleasant staff. Dr Badawi is an excellent physician who makes time for me and ensures my well-being.

I’m not sure why they keep that Filipino receptionist around. Her name is Anne or something. She’s miserable 247, gives people hard time, no empathy what so ever. I have been coming there 7 years and she always gives me hard time. There are some fine people out there that would be happy to do her job, no need for a person like that, she needs to work from home. Definitely replace her.

I see Dr Meena and she is a great Dr.very professional, listens and she cares. I see a lot of bad reviews about the staff, I never had a big issue, there is one specific receptionist that seems to be the most knowledgeable and can be serious but I think is because she's always so busy and doing many things at the same time, she is not the most friendly person but she always helped me efficiently.

Dr Mike is one of the most genuine and caring doctors I've ever had the pleasure of knowing! Def wont be changing doctors anytime soon. Don't know anyone more compassionate or caring.

Do not go see Dr Latif here. She makes you wait for an hour for barely 5 minutes where she does not really listen to you and tries to push paid treatments for everything. She also completely disregarded all of my concerns about mental health.

Does not have wheelchair access. The outside door does, the inside door doesn't. The door needs to be adjusted, it nearly knocked me over when I exited. Reception isn't the greatest.

Dr. Badawi is a good physician and is literally the only reason I come to this clinic. This clinic is terribly managed by their admin and receptionists. I have tried making an appointment over the phone multiples times over 3 consecutive days and they either pick up the phone and put you on hold for 45 minutes only to hang up right after or don’t pick up the phone at all. I have tried to book an appointment online but that isn’t even possible because the online booking is down. Wait times after unsuccessfully booking an appointment are also ridiculous and they have you wait “in your car”. If you get dropped off, where are you expected to wait? Outside on the ground? *PRO TIP* book your next appointment right after you see the doctor because you’ll never get through their phones.

Their receptionists are the worst. Never pick up the phones or respond to voicemails and when they do, they do it with an attitude. Unfortunately, bad front desk staff will have an indirect negative impact on the Doctors working here.

The reception never answers their phone. And as soon they put you on hold and subsequently hang up. It’s very hard to get an appointment with the doctor. At this stage I think you need to attend and wait 30 min just to be acknowledged. If I could give the front desk zero stars I would. Please hire more people so you don’t overwhelm your staff. Drs are good though. Dr Bikram is amazing doctor

My self along with my family are seeing DR Meena Hussain since past 5 years. She is amazing doctor I have ever found in this surroundings. She is very knowledgeable and also works on treatment from roots. She understands your health concerns very well and treat accordingly.

Dr. Mina is amazing. She always felt invested and like she cares for your long term health. If this review was just for the doctor I would give this place 5 stars but the front staff has got to be the most incompetent group of people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Every 3 months when I need prescription refills my pharmacy will fax a requisition before it's due and get no response. Over and over and over. The funny thing is the lady that's always at the front with the arm tattoo if you finally can get them on the phone and say "It's been 2 weeks since my requisition was last sent in" she will give me attitude and tell me it's only been 11 days or something along those lines. She always knows exactly when it was sent. So it was seen but they couldn't be bothered to get it done?

My last requisition got sent 4 times over the course of 3 weeks and they can't be bothered to respond. If I try to call most of the time they won't answer the phone but if they do they throw you on hold before you can say anything. Even when you can finally get put on hold most of the time they'll just hang up on you after 20 or 30 minutes.

It's no exaggeration when I say that every 3 months when I need prescription refills I have to go without meds for weeks because they can't complete basic tasks that go along with running a doctors office. For a long time I stuck it out because I really like the doctors but I cannot keep missing medications because these people won't answer the phone, keep hanging up on you or respond to multiple requisition attempts over several weeks time.

Tldr: This front staff is the most incompetent group of medical workers I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The doctors are great but nothing is worth dealing with the front desk. Don't let your health suffer because of their constant consistent neglect.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Dr. Mike has been my doctor here for 7 years now and I've never had any issues. When he was away, I was booked in with Dr. Meena and Dr. Latif. Both of them treating me kindly and listened. The receptionists have always been nice to me, as well as the nurses and I've never had any issues with referrals or communication (and I've had quite a few.) I travel from Cambridge and refuse to find someone local because Dr. Mike is the absolute best.

Bring a book to your appointment. You will have to wait at least 30 - 40 minutes even with an appointment. Dr. Latif gets paid per patient so she makes sure to overbook patients everyday and when you finally meet her, you barely listens to you and just tells you to go. She also splits up an issue that can be solved in one meeting into 2 so that she can earn double the money. She treats you like sardines and cash cows.

Dr. Latif should not be a doctor. She only cares about money and makes you come back several times for the same thing and wastes your time. She gets paid per visit so she is doing that for the money. Horrible Doctor.

If you’re searching for a new doctor I suggest you look elsewhere. All three of the doctors here have limited knowledge, poor bedside manners and aren’t of much help.
I’ve been going to this clinic for a few years and was misdiagnosed more times than I can count. I finally switched primary care physicians and my new family practitioner, Dr. Justin Lau, has been amazing! I’ve been seeing him for the past 8 months and he has done more for me than all of the drs at this clinic. I’m at a much better place with my mental health now thanks to him!

Warning Guys! I was there Monday and I am just writing to warn you this is the worst clinic in Milton. If you have another option please visit that clinic. All the doctors here didn't know what they are doing, receptionist will lie you 5 times before she let you in. Its hard to tell who is the worst doctor.

Dr Hussain has prescribe medication for Vertigo problem for my mother which was not required at all. The Vertigo problem require simple head movement exercise or physio treatment. I noticed she has been speaking to patients loudly which can cause fear in patient mind, I believe she has been talking loudly to patients from India and Pakistan.

Dr. Mike is an amazing GP would recommend the practice for him alone. Reception leaves much to be desired - always busy, understaffed and running behind.

No wonder this place has rating of 3.0, infact should be 1 start. Very unprofessional as have been trying to follow up on referral. Have called multiple times over the past few weeks and response we get that they have called us when no call was received. Phone # on file is correct as well. On top of everything phone receptionist is trying to argue rather than being apologetic that they missed calling us.

One of the reception lady is so rude I have to control myself not to yell at her. The major issue I've had is communication (it's hard to understand the staff sometimes. No one speaks good English). The other reception lady I talked to recently is nicer.

Dr. Latif is really bad at communicating directions and sometimes makes me think that she's only doing it for the money.

Do yourself a favour and go to a different walk-in clinic or as Dr. Latif would say get a family doctor for your concerns. Dr. Latif told me "to get a family doctor to investigate as this isn't an emergency" and then she just typed on the computer completing a referral and walked out of the room. I went to a clinic and not an emergency department because I am aware that my issue is not an emergency. The last thing patients need is her lack of empathy and attitude. Dr. Latif could have easily suggested that she could be my family doctor (since there's a sign out front saying that they're accepting new patients) and investigate my issues instead of being inconsiderate. You're better off googling your medical concerns than going to this clinic. Not to mention I waited 2 hours for that response and sat in a room across from an office listening to staff make fun of patients' questions/concerns.

We have been using this clinic for last 4 years and we are fully satisfied with it’s services. The staff has been very cooperative.

Dr shazia latif is a worse dr plz dont visit her her licence should be cancel because of her i had a miscarriage i regret visiting her shes so unprofessional n cant care about patient complications n also not refer to gynae untill shes making het own money.save ur life guys

I have had great experience seeing all three doctors for myself and kids. Doctors are very knowledgeable and experienced. Always receive excellent service from the entire staff and front desk. The only downfall is the wait time, however that is understandable due to the large volume of patients.

I used this hospital many times in the last 5 years and found it really satisfactory from all perspectives. The doctors, staff have been very efficient and cooperative.

If I could give a zero or negative rating to this clinic and its doctors, I happily would. The staff and doctors are extremely rude and apathetic. I've had the worst experience with Dr. Meena Hussain, who is has no sense of ethics or professionalism at all. My little boy had fever and bad throat for which she gave him some strong antibiotics. After about 3 days of medication, he was suddenly unable to walk due to sever pain in his legs. I was alone at home and couldn't lift him to the car even, so I called the clinic to ask the doctor if it was a side effect. I called at least about 5 or 6 times. I gave the message that I needed some clarification about the medicines from Dr. Meena Hussain and I was told that she will call me back. After waiting for 6 hours, the staff calls and tells me that Dr. Meena does NOT have 30 seconds to give me a small clarification over the phone. Even the staff was horribly rude, apathetic, unprofessional, and arrogant. The staff told me that the Doctor says she does not have a few seconds to answer one simple question, that too a question about the medicine that the Doc had herself prescribed! I fail to understand whether they've ever had a course in professional ethics at all, or all of it is just garbage for these kind of doctors? If she doesn't have even the slightest sense of empathy for her patients then she's such a misfit for this profession. Horrible! Nightmare!

Dr Meena Hussain is extraordinarily caring and skilled in her profession, best family doctor we could ever have. Receptionists at this clinic are being helpful as well.

Meena Hussain is a great doctor.however the staff especially the receptionist are super rude.never call back and put you on hold for such a long time that sometimes makes me wonder if i called a government office or something!

Dr. Shazia Latif does not deserve to have a medical license. She does not care about her patients and sends them back without doing any tests and simply says "it is normal, here are painkillers". One patient has been continuously going to her about pain in the leg and a bump on his head. Every time she has said, "it is normal" and sent him home. Just a few days ago he went to the hospital and the doctors said he has stage 4 lung cancer that has travelled in the body to the brain. That bump on his head that she said was normal was actually a tumour. This could have been treated much earlier on had this "doctor" done anything about it before.

Dr meena is best doctor in clinic she deal so nicely u feel like home staff is so nice specially receptionist philipino lady so helpful.

Latif is the worst doctor ever. Save yourself and your family by going to another doctor. She is very rude and very unprofessional. All she cares about is money not your health. We are so done with her.

We t for the walk-in clinic. We arrived 25 minutes before the walk-in started and two people who arrived after us for the walk-in were taken ahead of us. Very disappointed

DO NOT COME HERE! Long waiting time. Staff is VERY RUDE and dismissive. One time experience was not a pleasant one. Just came to get my blood pressure checked and “Dr. Hussain” showed attitude and was extremely rude.

Went for a walk-in and had Dr. Shazia Latif. Honestly the rudest doctor I have ever dealt with. She was so unprofessional and continued to make faces at me during the check. I mean yes, there was nothing to be worries about, but do you really have to make faces? Never going back and will definitely bot not reccomend.

Dr Meena is warm, caring and a generous person who patiently listens to your concerns to give you the best treatment. My daughter loves her too. All the staff is excellent. I am glad that we had made a switch and are in safe hands. Dr. Meena is an outstanding and a great people's person. She greets you with a genuine and a lovely smile. Doctors are available even when you walk in. Ana, the receptionist is very professional. Everything about this clinic is great!

Wait time was long - waited 1 hour and a half on a Saturday. But the doctor, receptionist, and pharmacist were pleasant and helpful.

The doctors at this clinic care more about making money then. They do about caring for patients. They charge a ridiculous amount of money to get a copy of blood work or any imaging results, $10 when most clinics will charge just $1 or $2 dollars. If you need any injections done best believe your paying to have the nurse give you the injection when most clinics waive the injection administration fee. They also charge an additional $10 if you request to have any documents faxed, when at most it’s costing them avrg a dollar for paper. Dr. Latif has also given multiple wrong diagnoses, to the point where several patients have complained to me and request to be seen by a different doctor. I have never been soooo disappointed in how a clinic is run then I have being at this one. For any new patient looking for a family Dr save yourself the trouble and skip this clinic. There are WAYYYYYYY better Drs out there than anyone of the ones working at this office

Visited first time as a walk-in patient. The wait time was short, we were called within 15 to 20 minutes. Dr. Latif was patient, listened to our concerns carefully and addressed them accordingly. Overall I was pleased with the visit. The front desk staff seemed very busy with patients and phone calls but were very polite and extremely helpful. Pleasant experience.

Terrible clinic. Avoid at all costs. They will never respect scheduled appointment time. Very long wait times. Receptionist was away from desk for good 15 to 20min. Inexperienced doctors.

This clinic is very poorly managed even with an appointment the wait times are extremely long sometimes 2 hours plus. I don't know who to blame the doctors or the admin staff. After this experince on 3 seprate occasions, and no resolution for my symptoms. I am currently considering going elsewhere.

I just want to give Doctor Mike 5 for his knowledge, awesome personality and for his professionalism.

Anne the receptionist is absolutely terrible, and very rude. I love Dr. Meena, however we will have to change our Family Doctor because dealing with their reception staff is a nightmare.

Doctors are good but wait time in this place is alot more than terrible. Specially in winters if u go with a couple of layers of clothes, u are going to get roasted during a normal wait of 1 to 1and half hours. Staff is good but system is too bad.
