I had a great experience at Milton Kia. I was looking for a new or slightly used 2023 Kia Seltos. I called them and Bianca was a pleasure to deal with. After 31000 kms this car 22 Kia Forte EX Premium that was bought brand new has transmission issues they had to have known the car has problems before selling it to me now I am stuck with a lemon and they got their money I guess I was wrong about my previous positive review I gave when I bought the car.

When other Toronto Kia dealers could not fill an order for a 2023 Seltos, a chance phone call to Milton Kia worked. Daniel answered my call and advised that he had 1 coming in. He took my order over the phone and sent me a secure e-document for purchase. Daniel was great to deal with. He was knowledgeable about all car features and answered all questions. He was always available to contact and provided updates for delivery. After 9 months of trying to find a Seltos only Milton Kia was able to get a vehicle. Amazing Service! I've been wanting to write this for a while and wanted to thank Janice and the entire Service Team for their outstanding customer service and professionalism. I had an issue with a misfire on my Forte that my regular dealership that I had been dealing with for over 13 years was unable to diagnose after 2 attempts and then told me the next available service appointment was 2-3 weeks out.
I called Milton Kia and Janice was able to fit me in within 2 days. The issue was diagnosed and repaired within 4 hours. Janice also kept me updated throughout the entire process until I picked my car up that afternoon.

About 4 months ago I walked into Milton Kia and had the pleasure of speaking to Bianca about upgrading my vehicle to a larger SUV! She took her time showing me the different options available. This Kia dealership has been super efficient, fast and easy with the whole process! It literally took just a phone call to confirm inventory and book an appointment, a test drive, 15 minutes to get the paperwork done and 5 minutes to get approval for financing! Both Daniel (business development manager) and Jane (finance) had been simply amazing in providing the absolutely perfect client experience! Daniel's friendly personality, integrity, clear communication and product knowledge helped us take a super-quick and informed decision into buying the car from this dealership. Jane's sweet and kind personality, integrity, finance and product knowledge, as well as organization skills made financing and paperwork very easy. I did not feel being pushed into buying any accessories or ancillary products such as extended warranty, rustproofing, etc. Instead, Daniel was kind enough to throw in all season mats and a full tank of gas! - wife's car repeatedly went in for a flashing check engine light
- repeatedly failed to get fixed at 38,000 + kms
- Kia Canada finally decides to put a new engine in.
- Kia canada won't give a rental so milton kia said they'll pay.
- had to wait for engine to come in.engine comes in.then had to wait for parts.
- FOUR MONTHS LATER, literally four months. Apr 2nd to August
- communication is nil.wife has to call for updates. Even if there is nothing to tell it is better to talk to a customer and let them know you're thinking of them.
- before car is returned we are told they have to do brakes all the way around on the car for $1300. My friend who owns a shop and does our work swapped our tires said the brakes were still decent.
-Milton Kia Then give us a "special deal" on the rear brakes because car is undriveable and unsafe and they can't check the new engine until those brakes are replaced. So stuck without the option to say "no" we have to say "Yes" to the rear brakes.
- After car is returned the rental office says we also have to pay for the insurance on top of everything else, a few hundred dollars out of pocket. Heard the service manager said "No, we've paid enough for this car. " This really isn't the issue of the customer and unprofessional to express your dissatisfaction of support from Kia Canada.
- absolute abysmal customer service. NO understanding of how things work in the customer service world
- car returned was filthy and the battery was dead as well. No one had thought to start the car. Wasn't washed or detailed as a gesture of good faith. Windshield wipers were dry as a bone.
- never returning here.will go to Georgetown next time where they know how to do things.
- just a note. Going through something this difficult isn't easy for either party but the lack of interest or sincerity in my wife's issue is how places of business receive poor ratings. This outcome would have been completely different

We just bought a second-hand car from Milton Kia and the customer service was excellent. Mustafa Al-Aboosi was our main contact and accommodated my strange work schedule. So today we found out that we can't get any warranty work done here because of an issue we had in 2019. We took milton kia to OMVIC and because of this the General manager Rob Naidoo, who looks after mton chrysler and miton kia. We have warranty issues that need to be fixed but now they won't look after taking care of KIA canada warranty repairs. They diagnosed the issue over a month ago and had the parts but now refuse to fix the warranty parts.

One of the best Kia locations among the 4 I visited in the past. Staffs are friendly, genuine and not greedy for money compared to the Brampton Kia and unprofessional Bolton Kia and incapable Orangeville Kia. I stumbled upon a 2019 Kia Niro SX Touring with, the add said, 137 kilometres, and I thought the price listed was $22,000. Too good to be true? I had been looking at a new Niro at another dealer, and had an appraisal on my Soul.
I called and spoke with Daniel Brown, made an appointment. Went to the dealer, met Daniel. Turned out the 2019 had 1600 kilometres and the price was slightly higher. (I think I got my numbers wrong). After a great chat I decided not to go forward on the deal. As I was driving away it occurred to me this was still a great deal. I turned around, went back and bought the car. (No test drive). Daniel was great to deal with. Straight forward, no nonsense, great sense of humour. Knows his stuff, I recommend him highly. If you want a no-stress car deal go see him.

We just bought our first Kia. The 2020 Optima We spent 5 years in a SUV, so this was the perfect transition vehicle to something smaller, and fuel-efficient. Stay away from this dealer. They want your trade for free. I got a new K5, they said it was fully loaded but when we got it was missing lot of items we were promised. They did not provide any solution or option. Be very careful with that dealer

Bad experience ever had in my life! Got deal for Kia Forte EX for $0 down and after couple of days they called me asked for $1000 down for the incentive I'm getting under "First time buyer", later I have said them that, take me off from this incentive and put me under "New grad incentive", then they said, okay it's fine now.after that, they gave me call after a week and asked me to visit the dealership, which I did. Then the person in Financial department started asking for $4500 +taxes as a down and and said they didn't approve your file, which is absolutely false, as he said my file got approved the very next day.
The whole experience shows their intention to pull money out of my pocket very unfairly.
Be careful if you visit this dealership and sit with the financial department
Personally, I don't recommend any one going their and get looted.
I cancelled my deal after such a bad experience.

I would give then zero if I could. Terrible dealership. The cars offer 5 year warranty but they have no desire to honor it and avoid fixing issues at all costs. My car was purchased brand new in September 2017 and is rusting out already. The service manager Deep quoted "they dont make cars like they used to" Avoid buying a Kia from this dealership or a kia in general. Cars a garbage and customer service is even worse. Brutal experience!

This location has always been good, but since they have hired grant in service a huge upgrade. Great service always and you can get a sense of how much he cares. Graham my sales rep too was also amazing during my sale. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

Went on every website along 401, from Windsor Ont.to Toronto looking for best deal. Milton Kia in Milton Ont.made me the only offer I couldn't refuse. This was all done over the phone and computer. (saved thousands) Management and staff are amazing. No nonsense, no pressure, no bs, easy to work with people. Well worth the 320 km ride. If your in the market for a new or used vehicle, you won't regret giving the good folks at this dealership a chance. Very happy with new Kia Sorento and total overall experience.

Absolutely miserable service and very unfortunate. I contacted a sales representative at this place and booked an appointment to buy a car, drove from Hamilton to Milton, then when I get there the guy tells me he sold the car. The people there weren’t helpful at all.

I bought a used 2018 Sendona that I wasn’t satisfied with, I went back to them and spoke with JC (Sales manager) and he was extremely helpful and direct. He helped me get a new 2020 Sedona which I am happy with right now. Overall the experience was excellent, I have dealt with Deep from service department, Orville, and Kevin from sales department, all where helpful and nice to deal with.
