I walked in to ask the lady a question at the counter and she just completely ignored me. I was standing there until I walked out 3 minutes later. I think my white skin confused her

Went for the first time today. Bought chicken tamales and they were really tasty! Will go back again to try more things from the frozen and fridge section.

I drove for 30min to get here, and the place is closed even though they are open until 7: 30pm. There's a hand written sign that says that someone will be back at 3pm, so I decided to wait as it was 3: 05

it's 3: 30pm and nobody is here. I called and there's no answer whatsoever.

Poor customer service!

There are many foods I hadn't eaten for a while and I could find them here! Specially Quipitos a candy I ate a lot when I was a child. Items are a little pricy but well I believe it's worth it when you can't find those items anywhere else.

Great location. The store is follow the COVID 19 health protocol. You have to wear mask all the time.
Parking lot in front of the store are limited.
You can find products from different countries like Colombia, Venezuela Mexico, etc.
I strongly recommend the tequenos and the maltas.
They can send money to Colombia.
The store is located in the downtown Milton.
They already have a frecolita one of my favorites pop

We recently reserved a Mexican traditional (DAY OF THE KINGS ROSCA) we were told over the phone that supplies were limited so therefore we were in courage to reserve one. My wife reserved one under her name and went to pick it up 50 something kilometers away only to get there and were told they don't have any. What kind of business is this? Neither the men nor the women honer their words towards their clients. They could have easily said it's on a first come first serve basis. And there is absolutely no limits of how many people enter the store at ANYTIME during this covid period and absolutely no social distancing whatsoever. Will never give them our business again and will not recommend this stupid place to anyone we know.

Fast polite service. Specialty store. Good location, needs more parking. Send money to Latin America via RIA. English and Spanish are spoken here.

Way better in their new location. Good selection of Latin American flavors, sweets and condiments.

Would never go there. They are so disrespectful they turn their music up so loud that the people that live upstairs can't get any sleep if it keeps up I will be calling bilaw on them and if they can't do anything I will be telling my landlord and then they will have to move

Great convenience store, lots of latin food not available at regular groceries store. Prices within the range, several services such as calling abroad prepaid cards, sending money, etc

Nice selection of Latino food items and with fair prices. Corn and flour tortillas and panela cheese are really good! It's a small location but they manage to have good variety.

Worst service ever. I came here no one greeted me. Waited only to have another lady go in front of me and send money, so I would have had to wait another 10/15 mins to buy an empanada.nice! Smh.decided to give them another shot only to be treated worse. I wouldn't want to give my money to someone who can't seem to give me the slightest respect. Customer service is everything. Small businesses will not last if they can't get that in order. I'm sorry I don't speak Spanish but that doesn't give them a right to treat me differently.
