Went in to get my windshield washer fluid nozzles changed.the atmosphere is great, friendly staff, Scott, Mike, Dan, Carey, etc

From buying the suv to the service received, if your looking at Nissan, I highly recommend ommend Nissan Milton.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced at this dealership. We were lied to about car being on rail, after waiting 3 months, then were told they did not say that. Unbelievable, then we
had to find another car as the car ordered had parts stolen in Mexico.
Once we finally picked up another vehicle, my son got inside to find the gas tank only half filled. THE worst customer service. Absolutely no care taken of the customer. Shameful!

I had an amazing experience leading my new Nissan at this location with Doug. He was always available and willing to help and answer all my questions. Highly recommend.:)

The staff are very professional and polite and don’t try to talk you into extraneous services.

Everyone at Milton Nissan were a pleasure to deal with. The service room is clean and provide many amenities to the customer. I spoke with a sales rep who was very informative but not “pushy” in regards into selling. We talked about the overall production issues throughout all automakers at the current time. I would highly recommend bringing your car to Milton Nissan!

My wife and I were immensely impressed by how professional Doug, Carey and Rizwan were through the car buying process. There was no pressure whatsoever. Just great customer service, options and an overall confidence in their vehicles.

As newcomers to the country and first time buyers (who did a lot of research before going ahead with them), it made a great amount of difference how warm and knowledgeable everyone at the dealership was.

My Father passed away shortly before my vehicle needed transmission service. Scott provided comfort and excellent customer service in my time of need by helping expedite repairs so I could have my vehicle in time for my Fathers funeral. During this stressful time of mine, this was at least one thing that went right during my challenging week. Really appreciative of the Nissan service department for doing such a great job!

Worst dealership experience ever not with the sales guy with the sales manager Cory williams he didn’t know how to talk with customer and that’s one of the biggest confusion how he ended up as sales manager some time people get lucky in life but then they have to thank god and do your best to be a nice and hard working sales manager

I researched multiple dealerships in the GTHA area but found Milton Nissan provided the best rate on the lease and had the most professional communication process. Cory from the Sales team initiated the conversation and he was very quick to answer any questions. I appreciated the fact he did not try to push and insist on a higher trim and he respected the fact I had made the research and knew exactly what I needed from him. Rizwan from the finance department was also very transparent and made the paperwork process very smooth. A big thank you to Cory who did everything he could to source a vehicle hence the wait time to get in possession was only 2 months (which is miraculous considering the current delivery times for new SUV orders). Finally, Rick from Sales provided a very informative and friendly handover of the vehicle and he made sure we took the car home with no questions unanswered. Definitely recommended!

Nissan Service Team are amazing! I’ve had nothing but excellent service and friendly staff every time. Even though my bill at the end shocks me LOL they made me feel at ease.

Scott was very helpful and made me feel confident that I what I was doing would prolong the life/health of my Rogue, and save me further expenses down the line. I wouldn’t trust any one other than Nissan to back up their word!

Have always had positive experiences at the service desk at this location. Always professional and helpful. I walked in today (30 minutes before they were closing) and asked if they could check out my car because it was making a weird sound when I turned. Not only did they fix the problem at no charge (apparently it was a minor issue that was rectified easily), they cleaned my car and did not try to upsell me/suggest any unnecessary service. I am so pleased with their service and will definitely come back here for all of my car needs. Thank you!
