Service is good and quick but price is on the higher end. Better to skip for general passport photo service which you can get it done at half of the price at other good places (not Walmart but other photo labs). Highly recommended for specialized customer printing needs, found the price reasonable and quality good

Came to take photo for immigration and the customer service remains really bad. Firstly repeating a million times that they know what they are doing, however without enquiring if we need physical or soft copy they charged us for the service even before taking photo. And later on asking for more money to sell they USB giving an excuse of viruses, further when clicking pictures, talking rudely of clicking 1-2 pictures max, and doesn’t matter if the customer likes it or not they wont proceed giving excuse of being busy, well funny part the only customer in store were us. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who appreciates customer service than money.

We've been regular customers here for at least six years, sending our photos online and just going in store to pick up.

Today we went in to ask questions about photo enlargements and were met by an older gentleman who was rude and dismissive.

He seemed rushed and annoyed to answer our questions, blowing us off saying he "had to help customers", as if we were not customers.

I am not entirely sure why my 6 year old and I were not "worthy" customers. But we weren't.

He rushed off to help others and left our questions unanswered.

I felt sad, when my daughter asked "why doesn't want to help us".

Even my six year old picked up on the tone, knowing we should not have been treated that way.

I will never go in person again.

Poor customer service, make sure you go atleast 1 hour minutes before their closing because they will find all reasons to say no because they want to close right on time. I went the next day 45 minutes before closing and they literally rushed me to place my order so they can print it and when I went to collect the order 15 minutes later, I saw them rushing another customer. So I don't feel as bad writing a bad review.

The staff was SO helpful! He very patiently helped me download and order my prints. He made it easy!

Lack of customer service mind!
I stopped by the studio around 5pm someday in June to take my PR card photos. I asked "Could you email me the digital file? " She answered "NO, because it takes extra work. ". So I asked again "What if I go home and get the USB memory? " She answered "NO, because we close as early as 8pm today. ". So I asked again "What if I bring the USB memory with me right now". She answered "NO, because the memory of my digital camera is almost full and I should delete your photo file. ".

Just picked up some photos and the service was great Also bought some film. It’s great to see they have a lab in-house. This store will now be my goto for everything Film and prints

The gentleman was very helpful, and had patience as I learned how to order prints from my cell phone. Excellent service.

Terrible customer service, the old man at the counter is so rude. We walked in for our baby’s photo and the first thing the man kept saying was no refunds if the baby sleeps. They didn’t even show us the photos, they turned out terrible. And asked us to buy their USB if we wanted soft copies, just an extra way of making money, pathetic and won’t be visiting again until they change their policies and staff.

Our dad passed recently and they restored my sister's baby videos because the VHS tape was broken. They also put it on a dvd so we were able to watch old memories of our family again. They were super nice

Small photo shop, locally owned. Place prints over their site and quickly pick it up couple hours later

The quality of work as well as the customer service I received was terrible. First, my prints were very off colour from the files I had submitted, and they were also expensive but because I was in a rush I decided to go ahead. I ended up having to go elsewhere for prints that were done properly for what I needed. When I returned to the store to explain the issues with the prints and ask for a refund, I was spoken to in a rude condescending manor and was told bluntly as per store policy I was able to get a refund (a policy I was not informed of nor can I find written proof of) and was offered no apology or explanation. A waste of $135 and will not be doing business here again

I came here for a picture of my grandfather for his funeral. I was really worried about getting the picture we had of him to a much larger size. The woman who I spoke too told me that the picture quality may go down because what I had was a physical picture we needed to have them scan, she was honest I took her word and still gave it a shot. Staples was going to charge us 200 for the picture on posted paper. Milton photo only charged 50 including the scan AND they did it the same day. The picture came out perfectly. Honestly you couldn't tell there was quality lost. I appreciate their kindness and for getting the picture done so quickly. Thank you!

I went into this store the other day as I work in the the same mall and I was in the store for about 7 minutes and the THREE people at the counter didn't even acknowledge me once. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND I HOPE SOMEONE READS THIS AND YOU GUYS CHANGE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SOOOOO POOR

Great place to order your photos in person or on line. Quality is amazing! This is a family owned shop and it shows! They offer the extra care and attention to detail that you can't find by ordering from the big box stores! Try this wonderful shop and I promise that you will not be disappointed. Also the shop has amazing gift ideas in store and on-line too!

Very very poor quality of work by owner. Disappointed with the quality of photograph. They don't provide email version for your PR photo or put pictures into your own USB. You either purchase USB or DVD from them.

I got a call from the passport office people that they are not accepting photographs that you guys have taken. So overall you guys charge $45 for passport and oci which was not successful. I got rejected from both the services because the photograph got delayed.

The quality is as expected though the pricing can be on the higher end compared to the big name retailers that offer this service. However, it is also to be considered that this is a local shop and must charge these rates to survive as a business. The employees were kind and was able to get next say shipping by the staff themselves.

Quick, efficient and of very high quality service. For baby’s passport photo, certainly the best place in the region. My daughter was cranky and sleepy when we had arrived the studio, and the way the picture was taken, simply amazing. Price is reasonable.

I was in a BIG hurry and the lady who took my picture was so understanding. Not only did she process my photos in less than 10 mins she was on her way out her shop walking to meet me halfway so I can retrieve the photos fast.

Bunch of people who want to charge additional $ for everything, even for a basic thing as printing from a pen drive, which these guys gave from shop. They have ridiculous rules around to make extra bucks. They will come to help with that extra bill once you run out of options.

Worst service ever!
Asked for a specific size of photo. Received absolutely not professional result: grey shadows and wrong size. Moreover the cashier insisted on a purchase of their USB device, because they are frustrated of outside viruses. This policy is an oral confirmation from the manager. It’s not written anywhere. So my kids doing pictures today were tricked many times.
Money hasn’t been returned.
Never do photos here! They don’t care about you, only how to build money on you.

I went to get my infant's passport pictured taken after i paid 37 bucks at Walmart. This is a relatively reasonable place.

Friendly local photo lab. They do passport and visa photos as well. Lots of nice gift items, especially fun signs.

Friendly service. Staff is knowledgable and the prices are competitve for photo processing. Passport photos are specially quick and professional.

Purchased ornaments online. Quality was terrible when I picked them up. Faces were all blurry and seemed smudged. Employee didn’t seem to care, insisting its the porcelain that absorbed the photo.meanwhile the example on display looked great. Guess I’ll have to find grand parents a new Xmas gifts.not going back
