To start with, I'm the loyal Service Customer from 2020 and serviced my Toyota from here and all the service staff people are familiar with my vehicle and service discipline. They are doing good job
Now, jump to Sales.
I planned to buy a new vehicle and scheduled an appointment.
As I reached the dealership with my family, I approached the Sales Representative Alex.
He informed that to complete the Test Drive, the dealership needs two Photo ID's. He stated the reason that many cars were stolen during test drive.
Unfortunately, I only had one at that time. I just told the sales guy that Im your old client in service. But that was not enough for him, he was adamant on second Photo ID. He suggested me an alternative and to provide them the Credit Card.
After these two ID's, the Sales Representative accompanied us to the car for Test Drive. He just went into the car with us and never bothered to ask for permission from us to accompany us.
Overall, they treat genuine potential customers, even who have service history with them, as car stealers and robbers.
This interrogation at the very first stage of car buying made me to change the dealership.
If they wanted two ID's, they should have informed prior over the phone, when I was booking appointment.
To follow up the matter, I called up Sales Manager. His answer was same that many cars were stolen in the past that's why we ask for multiple ID's and our insurance has gone up because of frequent thefts. He even had the courage to say that people are bringing Fake ID's.
My question as a customer: If my car is stolen, my insurance goes up naturally.
Will I stop buying a new car?
Car is necessity and I have to keep it for the convenience. Car theft was not in my hand. But this dealership cares a lot about their cars and should keep their cars in bank lockers for safety.
I visited other dealers for Test Drive. They only asked for Drivers License and no further digging up of personal details or ID's.
I must say that this policy of dealership will deter the self-respecting customers as they didn't even honour their long term service client. I have changed the mind so as the impression about Milton Toyota.
They have lost one customer and they won't care. In response to this, there will be an automated and stereotype reply to call the dealership and discuss, which I have done already.

Please think twice before choosing Milton Toyota
Warning: Disappointing Experience with Milton Toyota
I wanted to share my experience with Milton Toyota in the hopes that others can make informed decisions when choosing a dealership for their vehicle needs. I recently purchased a Toyota Rav4 XLE Hybrid from them, even though I had a Toyota dealer much closer to my residence. I traveled 150 kms to buy from Milton Toyota due to their reputation.
At the outset, the experience seemed promising, but unfortunately, it quickly turned into a series of disappointments. The initial delivery of the car did not include the agreed -upon upgrades, and I was not even informed about the lack of these upgrades. It took two months for them to perform a partial upgrade, leaving me with an incomplete vehicle.
Worse yet, despite repeated attempts to reach out and inquire about the remaining upgrades, I have been met with silence. My calls have gone unanswered, and it's disheartening to feel ignored after investing my time and money into a purchase from this dealership.
As a loyal Toyota customer, I expected better communication, professionalism and customer service. It's frustrating to see a dealership that I had high hopes for fall so short of meeting those expectations. I hope that my experience can serve as a cautionary tale for others who are considering Milton Toyota for their automotive needs.
Please think twice before choosing Milton Toyota, and I strongly advise looking into other options that value their customers and uphold their commitments.

Alex from their finance team helped me and the process was smooth and easy. 5 stars for that.
I go there for my usual routine service as well. The experience with service can be hit and miss, hence the 4 stars.

A huge thank you to the service department at Milton Toyota. Allister was my service advisor; he really knows his stuff! He’s friendly, knowledgeable and very quick to respond with updates on vehicle progress. I had a specific list for the work I wanted completed. I never felt pressured into any additional services — and that was a great feeling. I was also pleasantly surprised when Allister returned my truck cleaner than when I dropped it off. Allister truly made this visit feel like a red carpet experience.

The work was completed faster than expected. Thanks to Mason (the technician) for the accurate diagnosis, quality workmanship and quick turnaround.

Paul (the shuttle driver) dropped me off at work and picked me up promptly when the work was completed. He was super friendly and great to chat with during the drives.

I also wanted to give a shout out to Kiki and Daniel at service reception. These days it’s critical to have a good first impression when visiting any service facility. These two fine folks were polite and courteous right from the get-go.

Overall, this was a top notch experience! I will definitely recommend others to bring their vehicles to Milton Toyota for service, and I will certainly be coming back myself!

VERY VERY BAD EXPERICE. READ the full story BELOW:

Signed a new car order and paid the deposit on November 23,2021.with a written 2.4 month ETA.after continues delay on ETA month over month.
On July 14,2022 I visited the dealership to follow up on my order:
1- another extreme delay month over month from November 2021 till July 2022.2-Couple of months ago they told me delivery is expected between July 22 to August 1st but now pushed again to September. Additionally, the order entered is incorrect! 3- During the waiting time I was following up with the sales advisor and they told me the color assigned to the car from the factory is Red. There has been no request for a red color. 3- I visited the dealership office today, July 14th, 2022, and was told there was a mistake in the order, instead of ordering an AWD model, they placed a Front-wheel drive model which i didn't order or asked for for since day 1. As a solution, their senior staff / Manager suggested waiting another year for the right model or getting a front-wheel drive model that is expected to arrive by September (another 3 month wait) and driving until the AWD model arrives in 1/2 years later then come back for a trade-in waaaw what a perfect solution. They also have unclear application forms. As a user, I can't verify the order because there is no field specifying the type of car derivation (FWD or AWD) and they use stock codes for the requested model that I don't understand. As a consumer, I am not familiar with the meaning of stock# codes, for example, a) they use mixed alpha-numeric codes to describe car models. In my case, I ordered a 2022 Toyota SIENNA XSE AWD 7-PASS as described on the website, but it was not entered correctly in the purchase agreement form because the AWD part was missing. 5- When I asked to meet the owner of the dealership or the management person, they said they are not involved in the day-to-day operations and I could not meet with them even by appointment. The impact on me and my family: terrible purchase/sales experience, financial stress, I had to sell my car at a loss to pay for the new car based on FAKE ETA periods, frustration from the inconsistency with the ETA, without transportation currently.

Best experience ever! The entire team at Milton Toyota went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Ramzi was so much fun!
He showed us all the cars we were interested in and could answer all our questions too.
Mahender spent a lot of time with us making sure that we completely understood all the details of our loan and protection plans.

Dave Cross, Sales Manager, has contacted me personally and rectified this situation and issued a full refund for the ECP I never wanted. Wonderful to talk to and quite apologetic about what happened with Mahender. I appreciate Toyota and their dealerships put an emphasis on customer service and rapport. Although the original situation should not have occurred to begin with, I am pleased with the resolution.

BUYERS BEWARE!

Had the WORST experience buying a brand new corolla from Milton Toyota. Dealt with MAHENDER REDDY as the financial services manager. Javed (product advisor) told me the car was on the lot, and when I came all the way from London to get delivery Mahender explained all the warranty options. After denying an Extended Warranty Plan, Mahender got visibly upset and told me to come back NEXT WEEK for delivery. The car is in the lot, the paperwork is ready, and he has plates in hand! Obviously knew I was on a time crunch and couldn't take extra days off just to come back for the car. Javed even backed him up saying no one promised me the car was ready. Mahender told me the car needs cleaning so I cannot pick it up yet. The car takes 1 week to clean? Liars!

It was obvious they would not release the car within the week, without me buying an ECP. **BLACKMAILED INTO BUYING THE PLATINUM ECP! ** And, they didn't even include the termination form in the back of the ECP. They do not care about you or your buying experience. They just want to sell you useless warranties for commission.

I have booked a hybrid rav4, last year in November, and there is no customer service response from Milton Toyota and lack of communication.

They make it seem like they are trying to do a favour on me, whenever I approach my sales rep, he cant even answer my question regarding the car.

Whatever the circumstances are I understand with Covid, but my friend booked a rav4 from brampton toyota this year and he got it in 4 months.

I am extremely frustrated, I am loyal Toyota customer for the last 12 years. And I badly need a car now!

Our sales agent, Lili, was extremely helpful in our recent purchase of a 2016 RAV4 Hybrid. If she didn’t have an answer for a question, she would look it up and get back to us almost quicker than we could turn around. Lili had such patience with us two “old crows” as we presented her at times with a comedy of errors. I would highly recommend both Lili and the staff at Milton Toyota for your new or next purchase of a Toyota vehicle!

First of all we have always had great customer service anytime we visit Milton Toyota.
Our recent visit was no different. My wife's 5 year lease was up and she was thinking whether to buyout or get a new car. Our sales rep was Hany, and he was excellent. He was never pushy to get a sale which is one of the things that normally would turn me away. He is focused on making sure you make the best decision for you. He is knowledgeable about all the new features Toyota's vehicles have. Also his main objective is to work within your budget to make sure you get a monthly payment that you are comfortable with. Kristina is one of the finance managers and our interactions with her were also great. Never pushed any warranty on us, just laid out our options and let us make the decisions. She was very pleasant to deal with and she's pretty too so that's a bonus too. Bravo Milton Toyota, we will always be loyal to you, you're excellent sales team and reliable vehicle's. Lastly I've heard a few stories of people who travel two or three cities over just to deal with Milton Toyota then their own local one, so that's saying something right there.

He was more than willing to take us on test drives, was very understanding and informative, and willing to listen to our needs without being pushy or sales-y. I went to pre-order a new RAV4 but had an extremely bad experience with the sales representative was not at all interested in sharing any details about the vehicle. Toyota vehicles are in demand and I felt that the sales staff here does not care as the business is up anyways.

It has been a long road, but we finally made it and it is wonderful. HUGE shout out to Kris Lo, Kristina Grys, and Jitesh Mistry for being an awesome team to deal with on the purchase of my new 2022 Tundra.

OK, BUCKLE IN FOR THE LONG REVIEW:
I put down money on this truck back in May 2021 before it was even released, and Kris was my point-person for all questions and status updates. He was incredibly patient and was someone that you felt that could really trust. With this being a brand new re-design, everyone was learning as details trickled out from Toyota USA. What I appreciated most about Kris was that if he did not know a particular detail, he didn't try to guess you or make something up: he simply said that he would follow-up and he ALWAYS delivered on his promise. If you are someone who doesn't like pushy salespeople and appreciates someone that will actually listen to you and work for you, then Kris is your guy.

When it came to finance, I started out with another individual in the dealership and quickly asked to work with someone else when I wasn't getting the answers I needed. Thankfully Kristina took over and it was a blessing. She was super easy to talk to, took the time to understand how I wanted to structure the financing, and made it happen. She was easily reachable and always returned messages and calls promptly. Again, no pushy tactics or unanswered questions: all communication was direct, easy-going, and honest. Kristina is, without question, the person you want when going through with the financing part of the journey.

To round out the trifecta of service, Jitesh Mistry was awesome. Jitesh is the Assistant Service Manager and he went above and beyond in ensuring that I had a smooth process. When Kris was busy with his clients, Jitesh stepped up and walked me through the entire vehicle, which was super helpful because there is a load of new tech in this truck. He discussed the service schedule as well as the break-in period of the truck, which was something that isn't frequently mentioned when buying a new vehicle. He and his service team REALLY stepped up and helped me drive out of the dealership with my new truck in record time - thanks Jitesh for making that happen!

I brought a Highlander form this dealer 2 weeks ago and my windshield is cracked after their free car wash. My camera recorded windshield crack after car wash in Toyota, but they accused I am the wrong party.

It's ridiculous. First time to hear someone breaks your window and you are at fault as your window is not strong enough. Even though vehicle is still in 30 days exchange policy and they are the one who break my windshield, they don't compensate anything and ask me to go through insurance. I pay $1000 deductible to fix my new vehicle. What a disappointed Toyota service.

I went to check out some cars with this dealership today and I was told to wait as everybody was busy. I was not shown any waiting area. I waited for over half an hour and no acknowledgment from any staff regarding the timeline of when somebody will be able to show me the car. I was very disappointed by the level of customer service and hence I am hesitant to do any business with them.

I bought my used Civic from this dealership a few years ago and had a positive experience with the sales team. Yesterday from the storm my car got totally stuck in the snow and bent the heat shield. I had to have it towed so I had it towed to Toyota as I had a terrible experience with the Honda in town where they charged for me work they didn’t do (whole other story). Toyota removed my heat shield and did not force me to replace it as I did not want to anyways. Not only did they not charge me for this, but they also washed my car for free. I would recommend them to everybody!

If you plan on buying a used vehicle do not buy from this place. My wife and I purchased a Nissan Rogue and we have had nothing but electrical issues with the car from the very beginning and they refused to fix the issue. Eight hundred dollars later and the vehicles still not fixed properly. Vehicle won't start as I am writing this right now! With my 9 month old crying away. Terrible service from these guys. Bunch of crooks! If I could give them negative I would.

After 40 years and six cars, my first time buying a foreign car and dealing with Toyota. Was always the local big three carmakers. But they did not offer me what Toyota did. So, I ventured out to Milton Toyota. What an experience dealing with this dealership - and it all boils down to the expertise and professionalism of the product advisor Lyly Luu. I knew what I wanted and she delivered with everything and more. She even ended up giving me more than I anticipated for my trade in. The rest of the staff were also great to deal with and interact with. Had delivery of my new 2021 Rav4 Hybrid now for about a week and loving every bit of it. Can’t say how pleased we are with the overall service at Milton Toyota. We were in a rush to buy a highlander and the conversations didn’t start off to well with a certain sales rep.

But after talking to Brad (the manager) we were connected with another sales rep Vlad. I can’t say enough about Vlad. From how polite, kind and honest he is to achieving our goal of owning this car within a week.

I could not be more thrilled with my purchase from Milton Toyota. I worked alongside Scott P.to find the perfect vehicle for me. He was open to hearing about my 'wish list' and asked questions that made feel like he was really there to help me find my long term car. The facility is inviting and taken care of. I am pleased to announce that I have recently joined Toyota family.

I recently bought a Camry XSE from Milton Toyota which is simply amazing. Like all new drivers even I was kind of confused among the various models and manufacturers out there. Despite me visiting many dealers in and around London I was not convinced with the information and deals provided by them since my gut feeling was telling me that they could do more and give me more options. But after visiting Milton Toyota I got a clear idea of how to select vehicles. The reason was Mr Mahender Reddy from Finance wing and Manny from sales and product advice wing. Mr Mahender Reddy initially explained to me how to choose vehicles and helped to address out all my questions and confusions with regards to the various financing options available and explained how they work. Later I was accompanied by Mr Manny who was showing various cars available by respecting my requirements and budget. Both Mr Manny and Mr Mahender Reddy were true industry professionals with great knowledge. After my car was selected, Mr Mahender Reddy went the extra mile to get me the best possible deal and the best financing plan available. Also, Mr Mahender Reddy was generous and kind to accommodate my requested delivery date. My delivery day finally arrived and collected my car after completing my final documentation process which was super easy and simple. But later the same day I discovered a minor issue with my car, and I did reach out to Mr Mike Pesic the Assistant general manager of Milton Toyota, and he was very quick in responding to my email and assured to care of it when I return to Milton Toyota for apple car play upgrade the same week.

Overall, I was felt that I was taken care of throughout my buying process by respecting my needs. A big shoutout to Mr Mahender Reddy, Manny, and Mike Pesic for making my first car purchase an easy and memorable one.

I would highly recommend visiting Milton Toyota for all the new and used vehicles. Especially residents in and around London to visit, your driver will be completely worth it for the customer service received and you will not regret it.

Incredible experience from top to bottom. I dealt with Brad Gorman from the beginning and he helped me navigate my first new vehicle purchase amazingly! I had a thousand questions and he answered them all with great patience and knowledge. They made the delivery experience something I'll never forget. Berke Sengel handled the finance side of the transaction and acted with the utmost professionalism and again, answered my myriad of questions in a very helpful and patient manner.

On Saturday January 16/21, I received great service. The young man was very forthcoming about the different steps of the service and forthcoming about any delays. He was great at answering all my questions or seeking out answers and explaining the breakdown in charges for the service done on my vehicle. Kind and pleasant demeanour.

I recently purchased a 2021 Venza from Lyly. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Lyly was consistently prompt and very accommodating throughout the entire process. She took her time to give us all the details about the cars that we test drove (Rav4 and Venza) and helped us narrow down our choices. Lyly also worked very hard with her sales manager, Brad, to get us the best trade-in value for my car. She was always very responsive and available to answer any questions. Overall, extremely professional and friendly staff at this dealership. Our finance manager, Berke, was also very thorough and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Milton Toyota and Lyly to anybody looking for a no nonsense, no pressure and friendly car purchasing experience.

I really appreciate the customer service offered by Manny and Steven.
Manny in my last visit helped me addressing many issues in my RAV4 TRAIL, He documented everything and whatever I asked for, was done on time. So far, I do not have any issues with my car, hopefully it continues like this. Steven ordered the missing parts, even initially it was on back ordered, and accommodated my schedule.

I thought to share my experience with Toyota Milton, Especially Mahendar and Manbir. I went to different showroom who offered 19.99% Interest. But Finally Mahendar brought with 4.97% for Limited Rav4.

Great customer service. I’ve walked in a couple times for parts and had parts replaced within minutes. Not as big and flashy as other dealers but they do the job well enough.

This review is based solely on my experience with the service department. I ordered a new ignition cylinder for my 4Runner through Milton Toyota and was told it would take at least 5 days to come in. Five days came and went so I called to check-in and was told the part had been shipped to Tennessee in error. Fair enough, mistakes happen. When the part finally arrived I had my 4Runner towed to Toyota so they could replace the cylinder and program the new keys. I was quoted $60 for this to happen. The other half picked up the 4Runner and the bill was over $200. When I called to inquire about the cost i was informed it was $60 to program the keys plus 1.2 hours to installed the cylinder, a part that would have taken less than 0.2 hours to install. When I questioned the service department on the 1.2 hours, he told me it was the ‘service standard’. Ok, 1.2 hours charged for a part that takes 0.2 hours? A part I could have installed myself in 0.2 hours (note, I had already removed the old cylinder). When I told the gentleman I was speaking to I could have installed it myself, and I’m not a mechanic, he told me ‘then perhaps you should have’. Nice Toyota! So not only was I out a vehicle an extra week because of your error, I was misquoted and had to deal with a rude employee.

The place was big! The person that helped me changed my tires realized that my carpets were dirty, so he helped me get 3 carpets without me having to pay! He said I should not worry and that he will take it out of his paycheck. I thanked him so much. I would recommend this place than any other Dealer Ship.

Bought my car here and even serviced for a while. Stopped going and will no longer recommend this dealership to anyone. Sold me service which I didn't even need according to the maintenance schedule from Toyota Canada's website and later confirmed with another dealership. Unfortunately I didn't find out until much later. Sales here isn't much better - although I got a better deal this was only because I had written quotes from competing dealers, otherwise they didn't budge. They do the usual dog and pony show "let me talk to my manager" and leave you for half an hour to an hour to wait. Avoid them like a plague.

Milton Toyota has been a great dealership to deal with. I get my car serviced there. Honest people and very welcoming. In my last visit I dealt with Jeff. He was efficient, gave spot-on advice, courteous and had a genuine and welcoming smile. Also he made sure the part he ordered for my car would arrive the next day.

I bought my RAV4 from Milton Toyota in 2014 and keep it serviced there up to date even I have moved 40 km away in 2015. I like the spacious place and nice people. The advisers are trustworthy, polite and patient to answer all my questions (many common sense questions), especially Brock and Jeff, they tried to explain me in different ways since English is not my mother tongue and I don't know much mechanics of car. Trust is the most important in car dealership, I have my trust on Milton Toyota. Furthermore, based on my experiences with my previous Camry and the current RAV4, I assure that Toyota quality assurance is really great and trustworthy.

WOW.they're the best in Toyota dealers rank. For sure as continuous Toyota owner, I've visited most of Toyota dealers within the area, however my visit to them after I moved to live in Milton was awesome. If you have a Toyota, just go there and you will feel the difference

Dishonest and horrible service quality

After an oil change, I found the cover of my brake light on the hatch back fell off. It turned out the technician broke the screw on it after inspecting the lights.

Update: after I posted the review, the manager contacted me when I had the oil change and he fixed issue. So I will add a star to my review.

I had a fantastic experience at Milton Toyota. I was able to get a really helpful sales person. I
highly recommend Scott he was upfront about the vehicles, he took a personal approach and understood what I needed. During delivery of my brand new Rav4 he walked me through everything including some dealer specific perks! I will definately be returning in the future.

I've been treated at this dealership as I'm visiting friends which I've made with my visits. Everyone knows how to do their job but it's really the customer experience that Milton Toyota employees give you. I walked in with a simple tire pressure monitor light which keeps coming on and off on my Highlander. The minute you drive in - got a nice greeting from a rep.with a smile. He hands you a check in sheet which you take in with the customer service representatives. They are usually experts on most of the issues and tend to solve or advise it for you right there and then rather than something advance for which naturally you need an appointment. They checked the tire pressure, make sure they're all ok. Took out my spare tire and checked it. Car needed some vacuuming which other rep.started to take care of while other checked the tire pressures. The car was a bit dirty so they asked me if i have extra minutes so they gave my car a quick wash. The rep explained me how to reset my tire pressures and I was done with light gone, car vacuumed and car wash in just a matter of 15 to 20 minutes. I would like to give my special thanks to Mr. Yasir, the guy who greeted me & took care as if I'm in a lounge. Mr. Maany who seems to be an expert and knows what he's doing. Mr. Jitesh for being friendly and welcomes all ideas and explains stuff. Jeff for explaining me the whole procedure of how to take my spare tire off which I haven't done before.so big big Thank you to Yasir, Maany, Jitesh & Jeff for doing an excellent job and making me feel proud of Milton Toyota family! By the way, the coffee is great while you wait and check out cars in the showroom! - Good job Milton Toyota!

I booked for the regular maintenance service + Brake Fluid Replacement, but waited 4.5 hours at the dealership for having job done.
The service advisor said I would need to wait for a couple of hours, but it seems Milton Toyota does not understand the meaning of "couple".
For the first two hours, I had to do something with mt laptop, so it was not much painful. I actually expected the dealership wouldn't complete the service within 2 hours.
After two hours of waiting, I asked the lady at the desk how much the service had been done, and she said she would ask the service staff to check out.
I waited another hour and one service staff came to me with smiling and said "my car was almost done and a mechanic would have tires back on the vehicle and the brake fluid replacement would be done" at the moment I had been waited for 3 hours in total.
I waited another 1.5 hours and finally, I could have my car back from the service.
If a service advisor initially says a couple of hours, then it should not be more than 3 hours at max.
Moreover, I informed the service advisor that I would wait at the dealership. If any delay happened on the day with some reasons, the service advisor should have come to me and should inform me all the details for the delay.
After I experienced such incomprehensible circumstance, I feel like I am reluctant to visit Milton Toyota again.
If Milton Toyota cannot handle the total number of services per day you currently provide, then why don't you simply reduce the number of services per day?

I just bought a 2016 Corolla and I can tell my experience was great!

I am what you can call "allergic to the typical sales person" and can be difficult to serve as I tend to ask tons of questions. I like when people take time to answer and don't just try to give me "any answer". Milton Toyota and my sales guy Tom Markov meet all my expectations. I went there late one night not even sure if that night was my night to buy a car but Tom and the team were patient, took the time to answer my questions, made me feel comfortable and I did not feel any sales pitch pressure.

I felt great during the entire process from the trade-in of my old car, the purchase of my new car, the financing process to the delivery of my new car. Everything was great and was impressed with the level of courtesy I had from everyone. I came back to meet Tom Markov my sales guy a few times and at every visit I felt like he really took the time to assist me. From a sales point of view I really think this is not my last visit at Milton Toyota.

-Service

Regarding the service I had an amazing experience as well. Everyone was nice. I was pleasantly surprised that their full synthetic old change was cheaper in price that what I used to pay at other garage for my other car. Also they have that nice separate room at service where I can work in a quiet environment while I wait for my car, I love it.

Update as of November 13,2018:

I met Jitesh there today. Such an amazing service adviser, he is pleasant to work with, make you feel comfortable. He takes time to listen to you and make you feel like you brought your car at the right place. OK, it's clear the guy does not fix my car and that the quality of the repair and everything depend on the great mechanics behind the scene but from a customer point view our link to the repair are the great service adviser that you meet and talk to at every visit. So far, in the three years I have been coming here, they make me regret that my other car is a Honda.

Update as of February 4th 2016:
- Tonight I went to a event organized at the dealer where they invited recent customers to talk about car maintenance, car service with a very informative mechanic that was there to present and answer questions. I find the initiative great and not even close to any other things I have seen at other dealers in the past. Thanks guys that was great, I appreciated.
