Milwaukee Service Centre

Going on 2 years 5 months not one Milwaukee person to speak to internet queries until someone told me about this Ottawa service centre. Nearly impossible to find after trying many Milwaukee numbers on internet.new mitre saw m18 worked for 1 second. This placed fixed it in one week and called me to pick it up. Good for this service centre but Milwaukee gets a zero for making it so difficult to find.

The employees outstanding very helpful and knowledgeable strongly recommend if you need any repairs to go here

I'm a contractor using pretty exclusively a mix of M12/M18 tools. I have dealt with the staff at this Ottawa location a couple of times.
I have experienced great customer service.
I run 5 XC5 batteries and had one which would no longer charge.
I was given an over the counter exchange today as it was within 3 yr.warranty.
As a small contractor these tools are worth the investment, especially when I know that I will get this kind of service.

I had 3 Milwaukee products that I went to the store to see if they could help me with, it was kind of odd cases for each type of product, not power tools but a really awesome and bright worklight, a pair of safety glasses and my milwaukee tape measure (which is by far the best tape I've ever used). I wasn't really expecting that even a couple of them would fall under warranty, the tape was a seperate case that came as an aside after they helped me with the other two products when I asked on advice on how to stick the tip straightener back onto the tape because it was starting to delaminate from heavy, abrasive and daily use and the rep told me that their tapes are lifetime warranties and that kind of floored me, I didn't think that such a staple and daily used tool would qualify and for that I can't recommend it highly enough, and after the ease and help I got today, it or another from the same line is going to be in my toolbelt from here on out. Anyways on the other two products, both were also quite good and thinking back on it, I had a problem with the glasses getting scuffed up and I was initially dissapointed thinking the lenses were soft but the replacements feel totally different so I'm thinking maybe I exposed them to some kind of chemical and degraded them like evaporated brake cleaner, chlorine is hell on plastics or rust remover, after that it was cutting pavers and the stone dust that roughed them up I think, the guy in the store said he hadn't seen that happen before so maybe i was too quick to lay blame when I should have realized maybe I played a part in their deteoration. Thirdly was the light, the battery cap disappeared while at a work site, for this I didn't expect that they could do anything except maybe get ahold of that cover and sell it to me. Frankly they went above and beyond for me and got it fixed and were even able to locate an extra battery for my light so I can use it on high throughout a whole workday with one swap.

Anyways in summary, they went above and beyond for me, I was stunned in what they did for me and they've really impressed me.

Couldn't ask for better service, m12 within 5 years warranty, repair or replaced without question. Better then that cost nothing. Well backed product

Had a M12 fuel impact bought from home Depot that had the motor jammed, they replaced it completely for free with the brand new model and should I mention no receipt from home Depot! 5 Years warranty and they couldn't fix my 2" PVC shear so they replace it with a brand new tool! Thank you so much guys, good to know tradesmen can depend on this place for quick repairs and quality + professional staff. 5 Star service

What an amazing experience having my 2 gallon wet dry and 18 vacuum serviced here. I walked in, explained the problem, and had it replaced all in about 15 minutes. I did not have my receipt, but they were able to determine the manufacturing date by the date code in the serial number. This experience has totally confirmed why Milwaukee is the best tool manufacturer in the business. Keep up the great work guys!

I have many brands of tools but mainly Milwaukee for fleet service and installs. For the very little warranty work I need done on their brand, the service here is second to none! Darryl was a pleasure to deal with!

Went for a warranty issue. Darrell the manager was so helpful and great to deal with. It is him who would bring me back as it was a pleasure. I will continue to buy Milwaukee tools and will let everyone know about the centre and if ever needed to go see Darrell.
