Milwaukee Tool Service Center

I've been here a few times and always has amazing service till this last time. I was greeted by a lady with a scowl on her face. Not a worm approach. I explained I needed a new hammer as the one I had was broke. In a extremely condescending manor she asked for a receipt. I asked who keeps a receipt for a hammer? Then she looked at the hammer with her death ray eyes and said it hammer was rusty and got moisture in it and there will be no warranty. I asked her if she had ever worked a day in a trade. I didn't think she could scowl more but she did and just made a remark back. I told her I did not appreciate her attitude and I was going elsewhere.

To Milwaukee this is not the person u want as the front for your service centre. 100% miserable human being. This miserable person does not understand we purchase your tools to make our living. If you do not want to sell tools and to tradespeople there are other brands that do. My work truck is all Red and has been for decades.

This experience and person was an embarrassment to Milwaukee

Milwaukee and this service center are second to NONE! Honestly, I own a contracting business in london, ive been a user of dewalt for 10 years, but as soon as i switched to milwaukee for most of my tools, this service center and brand have been so informative and helpful making it so i always have my tools ready to function my business and keep my employees working.

The tools are powerful, if something is wrong with the product - they do not give you issues, they are honest and will make it so you always have what you need. Main tool of use is the milwaukee m18 framing nailer. After having 9 cordless dewalt framing nailers die out on me and the service center on adelaide taking forever with repairs i was hopeful when milwaukee came out with the m18 framing nailers. Turns out they are the best cordless nailers out there IMO.

Im not affiliated with these people but after dealing with dewalt on adelaide for so long, switching brands for most of my tools and coming here has saves me tonnes of TIME & MONEY.

Speedy turnaround, knowledgeable & friendly staff. Tools were repaired within a week, 2 covered by warranty and they did one as a curtesy as I did explain why my barrel cam was seized. It’s hard to find good old fashioned customer service, I never get rushed, all of my questions were answered and they even provided me with some care instructions. I will be returning for all my Milwaukee service at this location. Only complaint was trying to actually get a hold of someone at the branch. I was on hold for 45 minutes and when I finally got through to what sounded like a call centre. They weren’t much help so they transferred me to Jason the manager in London who was able to answer all of my questions in a matter of minutes.

Can’t say enough about the guys at the Service Centre here in London. Since the day they’ve opened the doors Jason and Justin have provided excellent service and products knowledge. Every time I’ve brought stuff in for repairs they have gotten them back into my hands as quick as possible and working better then they were when I brought them in. If your looking for a location to have your tools fixed properly and in a timely manner then I highly recommend this location for your repairs, the days of waiting months to get your tools back from Pryde are over!

Amazing service, Justin and Jason are friendly and knowledgeable and had my tools back into my technician hands within days. Milwaukee service is top notch!

Amazing service! Can’t enough about this service centre the staff and Milwaukee Tools. We were working out of town and my nailer failed, the team dropped what they were doing to go above and beyond to get me a new nailer on the spot as they weren’t set up to repair at the time. Customer service and pleasant knowledgeable staff.

Wow! What an amazing experience. I brought my Milwaukee fuel hackzall to get repaired and it was complete in one day.
But not only that, they gave me a brand new one because mine was beyond repair and under warranty.

This place is great walked in showed them issue and immediately went looking for the replacement unit.
I had stitching coming undone on m12 coat which could see machine messed up stitching. They did not question.
There is a shortage on stuck of the coat i had in grey
They had red and so i took that instead of grey.
Honest up front with info and will add guy i dealt with went above and beyond is all i will say do to what he diid for me that i feel most places wouldn't do Will definitely drive the 50 min to get my stuff fixed in the future if need be.
