I invested over $50K in milwaukee tools and had been a user over 13 years.
I had three framing nailers to be serviced, I was told they were all under warranty and replaced with brand new nailers.

Had a great first experience today with a faulty battery which was replaced on the spot, no questions asked. Friendly, efficient customer service, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Thank you! This is the kind of service that encourages me to stick with Milwaukee for all my tools needs.

After reading a few of the 1 star reviews I felt I needed to leave a review. 90% of my tools are Milwaukee (thousand of dollars worth) and although there have been a few warranty issues here and there I have never had an issue with this location not honouring the warranty. I literally just walked in with a defective battery and it was a hassle free straight swap. Milwaukee remains #1 in my books!

It's a constant debate which drill is better Milwaukee or the Dewalt.
I'm Milwaukee guy and it's not because of amazing quality of Milwaukee drill, I've got my fair share of brakes using it daily, but because of the company customer service, which is second to none!
Take my last interaction with these guys. Brought my Milwaukee drill with the seized chuck. Not a huge repair. Few days later got a call that my tool is ready to pick up. Guy at the counter give me a drill back, no not my drill, the brand new Milwaukee drill sealed in the Box, no charge!
That's why I'm a Milwaukee guy for good! Thank you!

Milwaukee not cover tool under Warrenty I bought new drill and shear cutter just used 2 time and they not cover $145 tool charge $110 for service

Not impressed. Trying to get one of my older tools repair parts and was told that it was obsolete. Buy a new one. Asked where, and was told Home Depot. Went there and was told that they have never sold it. Very nice lady at Home depot looked it up in the system, and found that NO STORE IN ONTARIO has one or has sold one.
VERY FRUSTRATING, WASTE OF MY TIME.
Need this tool for a job. Will find and buy another brand. NO MORE MILWAUKEE.
So much for HEAVY DUTY. NOT.

Very fast! Sent in my copper cutter for repair and expected it to take two weeks just to look at it.

Had my repaired tool shipped out to me in 4 days! No extra charges and it runs as good as new.

Highly recommend this service depot and will always buy Milwaukee tools

I was meant to pick up a replacement tool on the 30th of June, the day before canada day holiday. Having to battle with traffic for 2 1/2 hours to get to the location with 3 minutes to spare, 4: 27pm, only to find that they had closed the door before 4: 30. I knocked on the door at least 4 of the employees stayed inside until 4: 30pm they decided to exit. Telling me that they were closed and all systems were closed and the tool that I needed for my livelihood could not be given to me while the system was down.
If I had gotten there after their closing time, listed as 4: 30pm I could understand. But I was there before that and no one there found it pertinent to help. It’s bad enough taking time from work to drop off the circular saw on at least 4 different occasions siting reliability issues, but to have the staff blatantly waste a perfectly good work day for me has had me considering doing away with the brand totally

Milwaukee makes quality tools, so their service store doesn't have much to fix. I wish that this store could have a bigger selection of all Milwaukee products.

Wow, I went in today with my older impact wrench #9070-20, the 1/2" stem was broken off. The employee took my wrench and wait 15 minutes, then brought it back to me fully repaired. When I ask what I owed, he said FREE, customer service. Now that's what I call good customer service. I bought Milwaukee because I know they make good quality tools, but the service received was beyond exceptional. Thanks You very much.

I've been using milwaukee tools for more years than I can remember. I can't believe some of the negative reviews on here. This service center has taken care of me every time and I would highly recommend. I've had tools either repaired or replaced every time at no charge. Also, red is faster than yellow.

There such b.s can't get anyone on the phone about the issue with my tool. No one picks up, no one calls back. I will never buy Milwaukee again seriously other tool manufacturers can be better than this. Big red is failing.

Top notch service and customer support. It is one thing to know how to service tools and another level to engage, explain and make your customers feel understood. I'm a Milwaukee guy. Just thought I'd get the admitted bias out of the way early. BUT My circular saw, in great shape, minimal use, suddenly stopped workin'. Very disheartening moment. Went through their online process to get a shipping label printed (at their expense) right from their website. Was sent to a relatively local Milwaukee Repair location and seen in quick fashion. Inspected the part, duplicated the issue, and without hesitation replaced it with a brand new saw. Even sent me my blade back! (Yeah, I forgot to take it off.). Anyway, great experience from start to. I guess that's ongoing. To everyone in the Mississauga repair location, thanks!

Purchased this for our facility to use during covid, product worked well for a month, after the first two weeks I purchased a second one, wish I hadn't.the first one stopped working, sent it to the "warranty" warehouse.waited weeks and didn't hear anything.by this time the second one stopped working so I sent that one too, when I finally reached someone they told me something is on back order, and left it at that.when the first one finally came back it was leaking everywhere, so back to the warranty warehouse.again waited weeks and heard nothing, I continued to call the warehouse 6 times before I finally got a hold of someone, he explained that they were overly busy, fine it is what it is. After waiting approx 2 months I finally received the first one back, it works now for the most part although sometimes you have to shake it around to get it to kick in. … 3 weeks later I finally got the second back, just had a note "hose damaged not a warranty item". This was most frustrating because the hose isn't the issue, the fact that it wont turn on or run even with a new battery in it is the problem.so I took the hose off the "working one" to try and troubleshoot it for myself and same thing.wont work at all.so much for a warranty! So now we are out over $1600.00 and I'm left with one hunk of plastic that barley works, and another useless plastic paperweight.also when I called the warranty dep't they said "leave a number and ill call you back" that was over a month ago and I'm still waiting!

Bad attitude towards customer. If you have a problem or don’t like your job go find a new one. No one is making you stay. For such a large company I’d hope the employees would have a better attitude. We spend thousands of dollars at Milwaukee, at least pretend to care and help the customer.

This service center has never let me down - easy tool drop off, fast repairs and great service - can't really ask for much more. Milwaukee warranty came through every time from dealing with tool issues to warranty battery replacements. Luckily tools hold up well and I don't have to come here often, but it's great to know that if I need tools serviced, they'll be in good hands here.

Horrible service, I brought my M18 fuel impact driver and hammer drill for service. My impact was running even after I let go of the trigger but would slow down. The hammer drill would just slip under the hammer setting. The guy started off by lying that it wasn't still under warranty. It says 2018 on it. He said they count 2018 as a full year than go to 19 20 21. I'm like first of all that is not how you count years. Another thing that would make four years. Than he tells me ok we can take your tools but no guarantee we can fix it. I'm like ok, well please try. They call me said they can't fix it because it would cost more to fix than it would to buy new. I'm like well it's still under warranty. The guy tells me "only under manufacturing issues. Not normal wear and tear". So am I not supposed to use it in order for the warranty to be good? This is a scam. To make things worst when I pick up my tools they tell me they looked at it but couldn't put it back together because of liability issues. So now my tools are garbage, they use to work but had small problems, but now it's just pure garbage. To make things worst they only have one spot to repair your tools and if you live anywhere other than Concord, you're screwed. Probably the worst experience I had in my life and Milwaukee is to thank for. I'm done with Milwaukee. Overly priced with a warranty that doesn't do any good with only one far location. Milwaukee is trash

The service center charges for repairs even though the warranty period is long enough. Also, my crew has used about 50 Milwaukee tools for the past 4 years, but never received a warranty repair. The Milwaukee tool is easy to use, but it often breaks down. Currently, the repair cost is expensive, so I returned my tool, but I return it like the picture without assembly.it doesn't make sense Now I don't want to be fooled by Milwaukee's false warranty again. Only use Milwaukee for 6 months and replace it if it breaks down. Warranty doesn't exist.

Expensive tools but when it comes to service it s lousy.
They put rude people at the counter that only want to rush you out of store and deny the warranty at any excuse!
I won’t by any of their tools anymore they frankly are not what they used to be.

People are not very friendly. I would say that they are in an aggressive mood, the person who came to repair the instrument for the first time was shocked by the employee's greeting. He did not even suggest what needs to be done to hand over the tool for repair, he said that all the information is on the company's website. I am sorry that the staff here is not competent.

Had an issue in regards to a local repair center charging "administration fees" for in warranty tools.

Bill and Jean from the service center were able to find a prompt solution for me!

With no return calls from my message, I went in to get a broken belt clip screw removed from my impact driver. Although a "common problem", the person behind the counter offered no help and was quite dismissive. Open hours are worse than my bank. Premium product substandard service. Not impressed. At all.

Milwaukee tools are awesome. But when you can combine that with amazing service, its the ultimate combo!

We make a living with these tools and you guys keep us going!

I have purchased 5 Milwaukee Tools over the past year. They are awesome. I used to be a deWalt Guyana still have some of their tools but I have now converted. Milwaukee you should thank DeBoss Garage YouTube channel for helping to convince me that you make great products. I work in the manufacturing industry doing a lot of welding fabrication and the only item not pictured is my Milwaukee angle grinder because it’s at work. I love the tools and would love to get a T Shirt to support the brand, please let me know where I can get one.

If you want a garbage product met with garbage customer service buy Milwaukee.
My charger became defective after only using it twice. I have contacted customer service and still waiting for a response after 3 weeks. Another attempt will be made this week. You can buy a product from anyone, customer service is the value. This company exemplifies garbage, stay away

Worst tool service ever.brand new hammer drill stopped working in 4 months. Now waiting my 5th week for repair shop in Hamilton and haven't returned the tool yet. As contractor, switching to a different brand

Don't go to this place, they tell you a price to fix a tool, then a later date another worker call you and tell you it is not that price, you start arguing and he tell you, somebody else will call you later, then a third person call you, with another price to fix your tool, no customer service, don't waste your time going to this place.
