Everyone at Mimi’s is always so welcoming and makes you feel at ease. Kat and Nurse Vic are so attentive and make sure to explain any procedure beforehand to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. 5/5 for the entire crew, atmosphere and services!

This clinic & the receptionists have very poor communication which doesn’t create trust and does not make customers feel honored & respected.

I had tried to book with them in the past and had a bad experience with 1 receptionist but figured it might have been an off chance, and recently I was about to book a laser package with them. I had called on Black Friday and the receptionist on her own had offered to add an additional session for free to a package I was interested in (that wasn’t even part of the Black Friday promo) and I asked her if she thinks I should wait until cyber Monday because sometimes different promos are offered and she said she wasn’t sure as the marketing team is responsible for promos. I told her in that case I will just wait an extra business day and call back on Monday to book with her and she said that would work.

I called back on Monday ready to book this package we discussed and was told by another receptionist that because I didn’t accept the offer on Friday that “extra session is void. ” I told her the original receptionist had never said that to me (as u can see our original convo above) but they were firm in their stance. At the end of the day an extra session really didn’t matter to me because I was ready to book for the package anyways in my original phone call, but the fact it was offered to me by the clinic on their own & the fact that they continue to be unclear in their communications for the 2nd time makes me feel they don’t honour their customers.

At the end of the day I wish they hadn’t even offered me this extra session on their own because I was prepared to get the original package anyways but it’s just the principle that matters & the fact that they offered this “extra session on their own” without being clear in the beginning makes me think they don’t care for customer trust and loyalty so my feedback for the clinic is if you’re ever going to offer these “additional free things on your own” please be clear with your customers so u can build that trust and respect

And to clarify again - the original package I was about to book that they had offered an extra session on wasn’t even part of their Black Friday promos, it was just a regular promo they were doing in their app that didn’t have any listed end dates and I was never told of any expiry dates to the package in my original call with the 1st receptionist

Mimi Beauty Clinics is the place to go! Cozy, Cute & Professional. Front desk Chanel is very helpful and made me feel welcomed! Can’t wait to try the Hollywood Carbon Peel & PRP treatments.

Love this clinic. It’s my happy place. Always great service and results. Have had dysport, laser, and my first filler as well there, but I most commonly go there for dysport. I usually see Nurse Victoria but I have also seen Kateryna and in the past have seen Nurse Jess. Never had a bad experience. Love the aesthetic and the general vibe of the place. All the staff is very nice and welcoming. The space is very clean, super cute and aesthetic. It was my first time doing lip fillers and Nurse Christie was great! Her work is as beautiful as it shows on her page. She made me very comfortable and was very informative and professional.
My lips turned out even better than I expected I am so happy with my results.

Highly disappointed they did 70 units of Botox on my forehead yet I left with wrinkles. Called and spoke with the nurse, I could hear the hate in her tone towards me for bringing this to her attention and she blamed my thick skin and muscles for unsuccessful results (afterwards she blocked me on Ig) just ridiculous. To whoever manages this business- shame on you for ripping off people who worked hard for their money!

Mimi Beauty never disappoints! Jess is amazing and the only person I trust when it comes to fillers. She’s able to make everything look so natural without overdoing it, and she also tailors everything to my specific needs. Will always be going back to her. Definitely recommend this place for first-timers who don’t know where to go as they’re well knowledged and professional.

I went to Mimi Beauty Boutique not only to have facial procedures done but also to seek the right guidance on what will work best for me. Nurse Jess is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating for her clients. She understands what procedures work best for her clients to get the most optimal results. I noticed a difference within the first few days of having my procedure. I have also consulted other treatments for my skin and she has given me her very honest expertise on what the outcome would be which tells me that she has her clients best interests in mind. Jessica was very knowledgeable, and explained everything. She didn’t try to up-sell me more than I needed. I got Botox for the first time ever, so I was nervous and didn’t want to look frozen after. I go here regularly for laser hair removal. The process is quick and easy and machine they use is not so painful. Definitely recommend for the service and results from laser hair removal. I notice much less hair after 2 sessions, but results really depends on your hair type and how much you had initially.

I have been to mimis several times now for laser hair removal for botox and for lip injection. The injection service was my first time and I was pretty nervous. I appreciated that Jess did not make me feel like a burden even tho I was having a hard time relaxing. My results exceeded my expectations, my new lips look natural and the effects of the botox were well worth the money. I've had great results with the Lhr on my bikini area wayy better than any other place I've gone. I feel comfortable with both Jess and mimi!

The laser hair removal process was painless and had the best quickest results.
