Staff has been more than accommodating. Present manager is no less than wonderful. I would recommend this community to everyone.

Being living in same society for several years, I’ve dealt with 2 different management teams. The previous one with Stavros and the second with Xhuljano, Allan, Julia & Adjola. Hands down a drastic change that was long awaited by the most residents here. The team is ACTIVE! I can see them moving around and make things happen. Turn around time for tickets is blazing except when they have to work with outside contractors. The parking problem is gone, around bins is cleaner, I notice landscaping is more consistent, among many other things.
P. S. - Xhuljano is an amazing dude. Never misses!

I had an appointment booked to view a unit, I got off work early work to come and view the apartment, upon arrival I was told there is no such unit available and the only ones they have are $1000 more per month than the one I was scheduled to view. When I asked how this happened they had no answer for me and I was ultimately hung up on. I am extremely unimpressed with the professionalism of this company, my appointment was made just yesterday morning and they are telling me at the rental office the unit hasn’t been available for over a week

PLEASE turn the heat off in building 2529. It is May and has been 5+ degrees outside at the lowest for weeks. It is about 30 degrees in my basement unit and extremely uncomfortable.

I've recently moved into the Mimico Estate complex and my experience with the management staff has been nothing short of respect. From the beginning of when I came to view the apartment until now they have made sure my requests, for maintenance and a change of an appliance, have been met in a timely and orderly manner. Every staff member working in the office, Allan, Xhuljano, Adjola and Xhulja, and all the maintenance crew have been direct, honest and have followed through with what they are able to fix and what is not in their authority to change. Thank you for making the move into my new apartment hassle free.

I have been living at mimico estates for 16 years and we have not had a property manger who was hands on! They recently hired a new property manger and i had the pleasure of meeting him.

I have been having on going issues with pigeons for over 5 years now and no one took the time to help me. Allan Altamirano undertook the problem and was able to resolve it for me.

He is the first property manager who takes the time to listen tenants concerns.

We have gone through many mangers and i hope that he will remain at Mimico Estates for a long time! He is a pleasure to deal with and I just wanted to recognize that.
