Mind Body Flow Yorkville - Registered Massage Therapy

My second visit to Mind Body Flow Yorkville, was deeply disappointing, contrasting sharply with a brief but positive initial experience a year ago. I sought relief for my back issues, but instead of a therapeutic session, I encountered unprofessionalism from a person named Colleen Walsh.
Colleen's approach was far from soothing. She criticized my posture and openly doubted my medical history, undermining the very essence of a healing environment. Her behavior escalated from sarcasm to outright rudeness. I was shocked when she yelled at me during the session for not following an instruction I hadn’t heard, leaving me in tears by the end of the session.
The manager, noticing my distress, kindly waived the fee and was sympathetic, but this experience has eroded my trust in the center. Despite a previous positive encounter, I feel compelled to advise potential clients to be cautious, especially when considering a session with Colleen Walsh.

Very clean place! Professional Team! From reception to massage rooms! Highly recommend! I’ve tried few spots in Toronto and I wouldn’t mind commuting to be there!

Aaron is an amazing masseur. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs a professional massage. I’ve known him for several years and have had over 50 massages. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and gives 100 percent every time I’ve seen him. The owner and receptionist are very friendly and helpful. The establishment is clean and welcoming and more importantly it’s in a great location that is easily accessible by TTC.

I love this place been coming here for a year and a bit now! As an athlete I find it hard to book massages that are actually deep tissue! I’ve been repeatedly coming back to Aarron and Celina, they are the best in my opinion! Staff is great, front desk people are very very helpful and sweet! Overall they are stars:)

Celina, you are amazing! She answered all my questions about what I’d expect to feel and notice and helped target any areas that needed more attention. The acupuncture was SO relaxing. The space is also really clean and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Thank you for a great experience & I can’t wait to visit again soon!

Great deep tissue massage with aaron that greatly helped to alleviate back pain that i'd been experiencing.

Found this place by chance and Rochelle is the RMT I had the pleasure of seeing. She is fantastic. Made my pain diminish after the first visit and I won't stop going until I am pain free. She has a nice personality and is easy to talk to as well, which is a bonus. So, I will go back once a month or so even after my foot pain goes away just to keep my muscles limber.

One of the best massages I have had. Very knowledgeable and capable therapist. Thank you, Rochelle. My upper back has never felt better.

Wow I feel absolutely amazing! Celina was so wonderful and helped relieve a lot of tension I had in my upper back and chest. I put my body through a lot working out and I didn’t realize how vital a massage like this one was for me. I will definitely come again!

Aaron is incredible. It’s a workout, but I’ve never slept better and felt fully revitalized the next day. He’s my go-to now going forward.

Mika was great but i made the mistake of going to someone else for my second time here because they had an opening. It was a terrible experience. I never knew a massage could be a negative experience.

All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and Celina was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to delve into exactly what the problem was and throughout the treatment made any necessary adjustments to make sure I was comfortable and responding to the treatment. I have tried other therapists and can assuredly state that I will not consider anyone else going forward.

I love Mind Body Flow. This place is superbly amazing. The ambience, the staff and their service are exceptional. The staff Adriana Peña gives a calm and soothing massage. I would come back again asap.

I found Mind Body Flow in Yorkville in Feb. 2023. (wish it was sooner). I see Colleen Walsh and this super amazing educated in depth in her field.is a Talented Healing Massage Therapist is the BEST I have ever had and experienced. I Love the Welcoming atmosphere Justin the owner of this Amazing Healing Clinic gives you as he greats you himself before bringing you up to this very Calming waiting room.the whole team Justin has at Mind Body Flow are True Healers!

As someone who has worked in various spas around the city, I’m no stranger to getting massages. However, I’ve never had a massage like the ones I’ve gotten from Colleen. The first time I saw her, she assessed my posture while I stood which no other RMT has done for me in the past. I have very tense shoulders and after the first massage I had with her they had dropped noticeably and my tension pains were completely gone. Colleen has an extremely in depth understanding of the body to the point where she accurately guessed that I used to figure skate as a child based on the tightness in my hips (she even knew which leg I led with!)

It was my first time at Mind Body Flow and I was very happy with my experience! The entire staff is very friendly and the clinic is very welcoming. Celina was my RMT and she was able to provide an exceptional massage experience to assist me with my concerns. I can’t wait to be back! Thank you MBF team!

It was my first visit here and I had an excellent treatment with Celina. She checked in with me throughout but didn't chit chat during, which I appreciated. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Would visit again.

Alicia was attentive and great at addressing my concerns. I felt much better at the end of my session and I appreciated that she gave me tips on how to stretch at home.

Had a lovely massage from Mika! Very attentive, and focused on tension points in a way that resonated with me. Not sure if it would be for everyone, but it was _perfect_ for me.

I got the 60-minute massage at Mind Body Flow. The person who did that was Celina and she was good at her work. I liked the service they provided.

If you are looking for the clinic it’s on the 12th floor, a hidden gem! I was way over due for a massage, Celine was not only interactive with needs but really knows her stuff! Highly recommend getting a longer massage I went for 90mins. So she had time to focus on my main needs then did some maintenance work. Justin is super professional and was super prepared even though I was 5 mins late. Overall impressive experience!

Colleen is absolutely amazing. She’s so knowledgeable & kind. The whole staff team is great. I can’t wait to come back.
