75 cents just cost a future customer!

The privilege of shopping at Mind Games cost me a ridiculous $0.75 for a shopping bag so I could cart away my purchases.

This isn't a grocery store.other retailers in the mall provide bags free for the products purchased (my Lululemon purchase came with a nice bag). I'd sooner they mark up the products to cover the cost of a bag (that advertises their name) than to insult me with having to pay for a bag! In retrospect, I should have just left everything at the counter and then shopped those products on Amazon.

Sad really.nice store, but now I'll go into browse, then buy from Amazon!

Surprised the credit machine didn't ask for a tip

Bought a game here for $180, found the same game a few days later for $100. They refused to price match or return it because the plastic wrap was taken off, despite the game being otherwise unopened. I feel scammed out of $80…

I found many of the shelf board games much too overpriced. Support price-friendly small businesses instead

Super solid selection of games, Lego, and Funko Pops, including a ton that I haven’t seen anywhere else before which is nice. I think my favorite thing though is the staff. I went in to get a Funko pop for my dad and the lady who was working was so friendly and bubbly and so happy to chat with me about Stranger Things and our shared love for Eddie Munson from season 4. It was just nice after a rough day to see someone so happy doing their work and I will 100000% be shopping at the store again when I’m back in Waterloo. I’ve never had a bad experience at this store even once - they’re just a great group of people.

Great place with a big variety of toys and board games, and super nice workers who are very welcoming!

Went to look at knives (age 20) cause I collect and thought they were cool. Turns out the company doesn’t allow people below 21 to hold a knife there. Weird since everywhere else in Canada, you can purchase a knife at 18. Can also purchase a firearm at 18. But no, here you can’t hold a tiny little pocket knife. That sure does add up. People were nice though.

This store is absolutely amazing. The employees are so nice and they have a bunch of cool stuff and lots of funko pops for those people who collect them

We came by around 12: 00 today, said they were closed till 1: 00

Looked like employees were restocking or something.

Come back around 1: 10 and it wasn't open yet. Employees just sitting there behind the counter with their hands in their pockets.

Just annoying

Really nice store - absolutely the worst pricing. Many of the top games are near double the price. Your better off going to local game stores.

Super helpful staff. Very friendly and respectful. A decent variety of games for being in a mall.

This store does not accept medical exemptions for not wearing a mask. Do not shop here! Employees will insult you and try to instigate you into a confrontation! Stay away from this store!

Nice store with lots of selection. If you're looking for fun games and fun items, they probably have it. Prices are higher than Walmart for sure for run of the mill games, but they have a much better selection, much more knowledgeable friendly staff, and it's just a more enjoyable place to be.

Don't buy pokemon cards here. They're straight robbing people. Charging more than scalpers on kijiji. Use to be a nice little shop with decent prices. Greedy.

Had a super positive experience because of a worker named Dalton! They were extremely friendly and very helpful. Absolutely phenomenal customer service, had a great time shopping here, thank you Dalton!

Went to Minds games to buy a Funko soda pop, these products are kept behind the counter as it is a sealed blind soda can. Once I got home to open it I noticed it had already been opened, this could have only been done by an employee looking for the chases with this product. Very disappointed to know that this is a unfair company that let's employees open product and then sell it to customers.
This is so unfortunate and sad to see

So many different board games, jigsaw puzzles, funko pops, adult/drinking games, diamond dots, play doh games, and a bunch of other stuff! Will be a great place to get Christmas presents. The store is really well organized and clean, the staff is also very nice.

Amazing place to find rare and exclusive funko pops, and other fun novelties. The staff are always happy to chat and socialize. I make sure to come here and look around any time I come to Conestoga.

Nice store and many items, but seems like prices at least 10$ higher then in other locations in Waterloo/Kitchener. Some items have doubled prices
