The best Chinese restaurant in Windsor. The portions are large, the prices are favorable, and the key ingredients are fresh. Just order whatever you want with your eyes closed, everything is delicious! Recommend!

Always delicious food and efficient staff. We always have traditional dishes and they are very consistent.

It is very unfortunate to have to change my review regarding this restaurant. Upon going multiple times recently, we were met with very unpleasant service by the owners. You have to self-serve yourself essentially (walking up and grabbing your own utensils, takeout boxes, etc.) because there was only one person working. Due to this, we were met with slow wait times and poor service. The owner later showed up and even then, two individuals running the front of the house is not enough for a full packed restaurant.

We ordered two dishes and it was an hour wait time before receiving it. Rather than being apologetic, the owner told us not to add anything to our original order (when we wanted to order more) because they were backed up. Although the food was good, the wait time and rude service is not worth it as there other other restaurants who are much kinder. They no longer value customers and treat them with the respect they deserve. It is very sad to see the server hired apologize for the long wait time and not the lady boss.

Another time, when we called hoping to reserve a table, the owners response was “we are very busy. Don’t come”. The owner then hung up on us and we were baffled at the response we had received. If they were busy, the owner could have provided us with a simple “sorry, we are currently very busy and do not have a table available for reservation. If you would like to still come, there may be a long wait time and hope you understand”. That would suffice, but instead she decided to provide us with such a response. I will no longer be a customer of such rude establishment and advise anyone who is still willing to be a patron to be weary of the long wait times and rude service.

Ordered food for a work meeting to be delivered at a certain time. 20 minutes past the delivery window I called to let them know it hadn't arrived yet. All the person who answered would say is that they were very busy and it was going out now. I accepted that as they may well have been very busy. Another hour passed and food had still not arrived. I phoned again to let them know and explained that it was supposed to be delivered for a work meeting and more than an hour had passed after expected delivery time. Again all that was repeated was they were so busy. I asked if they planned on doing anything to accommodate for the lateness. Again all I got was "we're very busy". Food arrived 10 minutes later. Cold and not very good. Grease pouring out of eggrolls, food had little to no flavour. A complete waste. I would not recommend. Nor will we be ordering again.

We have been searching for a new Chinese restaurant for several years until Ming’s came highly recommended. We love authentic Chinese food and it is fantastic each time we visit. Every dish has its own flavour and perfectly presented. The greatest thing is that the owner and all staff are so wonderful. The restaurant is frequented by many Chinese people which I think is a great sign. We love to look at the dishes that they order and then the wonderful waitstaff make suggestions based there of. They also have Chinese food that most Canadian people might like as well, but we are so thankful we found our new favourite spot. It is a wonderful spot for family or Staff. This place is the best.

The food here is delicious.
The general Tao chicken was fresh and juicy. The rice was perfectly flavoured, cooked properly and the portions were great.

Food is excellent here and the prices are great! Only reason I gave it 4 stars for service is because of the older lady not sure if she’s the owner seems to be but she’s always rushing you to order gets easily frustrated if you start asking questions and she don’t hide it either, also it’s just not me, I really enjoy the food there so I recommended it to friends, one of them brought her parents, her mom did not have a good experience with the older lady from the restaurant again she felt like she was being rushed to order & like the lady got mad at her. She said she loved the food there but she will not be going back because of the experience she had with the lady. I still order or go in because the food IS good but hope the younger waitress serves us or answers the phone she’s always so sweet and kind, very friendly.

Phenomenal food. Absolutely now my favorite Chinese restaraunt in Windsor. Unfortunately still only doing takeout or private large gatherings for dinner. The food we had here is comparable to many of our past Toronto haunts. Food is tasty, fresh, good size portions and they do all the regular standards. Of note, eggplant dish, large deep fried shrimp, soft deep fried pork chop and more. Highly recommend.

One of the chef's gifted me my favorite dish for free, great service overall and has a wide variety of foods ranging from different regions of China, truly one of the best restaurants I've eaten in.

We had dinner delivered tonight from Ming Kitchen. Delivery was fast. Food was hot. Servings were large and absolutely delicious. We have found our new favourite Chinese restaurant in Windsor.

Well, we've been there four times over a month. First two times were great. Visit 3 and 4, service wasn't good at all. Fourth visit I actually got the wrong meal.
