Ive had many samsung and htc phones over the years and had issues with chargwr ports through tpo cracked screens.this is my go to directly.with your supplier there will be hassles and wait times.the most ive ever waited here is overnight!

No frills, no bells and whistles. Just really good at fixing things and for very good prices. I've fixed at least 3 phone screens, each time under $75, each time thinking the phone would be a write-off. Could do with better customer service, but not really bothered considering the rates they charge.

These people persuade you by agreeing to repair your phone in the same day but will charge an extra $100-$150 over the real price unlike other repair shops, while the other shops fixes it in a few hours with no express charges

The girl who is the sales rep will quote you high prices saying it was based on the owners request and it's business to make money lol
The workers there don't know customer service

This is pretty good spot for those cell phone emergencies. Prices could be more competitive but they saved my bacon on several occasions

I have been Ming customer for about 13-14years, it was good quality service on Blackberries then iPads and iPhones. But no longer, their replacement parts are junk at the best.
This July they installed a low quality screen on my iPhone 7. Screen didn’t have auto brightness control, when brightness set to the max I still couldn’t see anything on it while outside, a low resolution replacement screen. I went back to Ming Wireless store and they didn’t stand behind their product.
Just now 2months later, I went again and Ming has changed supplier for screens but I was offered nothing, I can’t use this low quality screen any longer. I gladly informed them they lost a customer.

Ming is still technically capable of servicing your phone but don’t go with their parts, they stopped supplying quality unusable parts. I’m sorry to pat our ways, I had over 40 repairs with them. I doubt they will stay long in business with this philosophy and loss of repeat clients.

Ming Wireless is by far the best cell phone repair company in the city. Their expertise is comprehensive and they'll give you an honest recommendation for your repair options. On site technician is probably the best I've ever dealt with. Highly recommended.

I have a second-hand phone that needed to be unlocked so I can take it overseas. I had the unlocking code for it, but I didn't have a SIM card to put in it and finish the job. I took the phone to Ming and the woman at the front desk unlocked it in five minutes and didn't charge me anything. Thank you!

Very stressful ordeal

I was referred to Ming by Freedom Mobile in the fall of 2018. I have a Sony Xperia and apparently these phone's screen's fail very fast over time. They gave me a quote for $140 which was droped to $120 and the woman said it would be an hour. I came back and wasn't ready and waited another half hour. The lady came out showed me my new screen and it looked good. I paid $140 and left (yup, $140 not the reduced $120).

I call my friend from outside the store, it was hard to hear him but the call went through. I eventually went home in a condo building and went to make another call and there was no service. It would show full bars then no bars, something was seriously wrong. Called Freedom from my friends phone and they couldn't troubleshoot it.

The next day I went to a Freedom location and they switched the Sim card for me, but it didn't help.

I went back to Ming and they looked at it and in two minutes fixed the problem. Apparently something was loose.

Overall a very stressful ordeal. I feel it's hard to trust repair places. My screen was working very well but over time the same problem arose. However this is very typical for Sony phones. Would I go back? 50% chance.

Ming Wireless is a a welcomy problem atting and helpful service provider when it comes to the repairs of any cell phone. Within minutes upon my arrival, I was able to have my problems attended to and get it solved. And guess what? I also got warranty on a very good deal. I will recommend this place without thinking twice.

I remember I had a HTC One M7 and I had a battery that could keep a charge and faulty rear camera, these guys fixed it on the spot in 1hr, they had the parts in-stock and did not charge a arm and a leg for the work they did on my phone. I recommend this phone shop.

I came to Ming Wireless to get some help installing my screen protector because I’m hopeless:) I was given great service and my phone looks great with it on! Kudos! And I’ll be back again soon!
