Minido Kids Café

Just hold a birthday party at Minido Cafe, have been here lots of times before so I have decided to book Minido for my kid’s birthday party. Great location and especially the customer service, easy communication through email and WeChat. All the staffs and the manager are so helpful and friendly. For the package and food options I think it will be great if they have more to choose. But other wise it is perfect, lots of feedback from my guests saying they had a good time and really enjoyed. Thank you:)

Really cute play cafe for kids. Clean bright, good food options and great tea! Perfect for toddlers and young children. Will definitely come back!

Expensive, unsafe setup and irresponsible staff
Many kids end up crying coming down these slides. When parents suggested to increase padding, staff responded as if it is the children’s fault… very disappointing. Our daughter brought a huge bump on her forehead home on her own birthday. Save your money for somewhere safe for your little ones.

Had my kid’s birthday party here in minido and everyone enjoyed it! The service is fantastic and space is perfect for a girls’ party (the washroom and dressing rooms are clean and useful if your girl wants to change into different dresses during the party!). Don’t forget to collect the points after the party cause we got a free plush toy with those points recommend this place to parents who want to throw a fancy party for girls.

Highly recommended! Perfect service, great food! My kids enjoyed a lot! Will come back for sure.

We came for a friend's birthday party and was very impressed by the whole setup - we will definitely book our children's birthday party next time here.there's so much space and the staff were so accommodating!

This is a one of a kind place. The whole family enjoyed their time here. The kids especially. Food was good, staff was super friendly, and the facilities are clean for the kids. Great place for a weekend brunch and to tire the kids out.

This place is incredible for little kids and the food is excellent. You certainly get what you pay for. Really love that they still take health and safety post covid very seriously. You sanitize your hands and they check everyone's temperature before going in. The place was spotless and had so many fun things to do. We checked our white socks when we left and they were spotless. They also gave the kids a sticker at the exit which was really the cherry on top.

The staffs there are very nice, but the food is pricey. The air in restaurant is terrible because of the smoke from kitchen.

We had such a great time yesterday at my son’s birthday party! The staff were amazing and so helpful. We ordered 5 meals out of the party menu and every dish was delicious. This place is definitely one of a kind and I would recommend it

Extremely clean and well laid out. Reservations are required. The capacity limits allows for kids of room for the children to play without feeling crowded.
My only downside is I found the coffee and food to be quite expensive. $10 for a tea latte.

Our kids had such an amazing time here. Staff were super friendly and nice. The place is extremely clean and spotless. Food is surprisingly really good for a kids spot. Cute and modern activities for kids, different than many other similar places. Wish they had a bigger unit so they could have had more activities.

Minido Kids Care was great! We were a group of 4 moms and 4 babies under 12 months and we all had a great time. The place was very clean and there was a wide variety of activities for the babies to keep them engaged. The only downfall was the food. As it tasted good, it was very expensive. I had ordered waffles and fresh fruit for my 10 month old and it cost $15! I requested waffles to be made without sugar and they said they could accommodate. When we got the meal, I was given a plain croissant pressed in a waffle maker. I was very disappointed.

As the kids had a great time, I wouldn’t mind going back but I will definitely be eating before we go.

Such a great place! They have it all, playground with baloon crate, pretend play store, book place, even costumes! Many tables and sitting places. Food is good. Separate room (styled, not just plane room) for birthdays. Very fun place!

Love this place! My daughter and I go here often. Its very clean and beautiful place. The food is also enjoyable! I highly recommend it!
I also want to mention they hired a young man who was extremely helpful! He made our visit amazing. He went above and beyond! Thank you!

I have been so eager to check this spot out- the photos look so cool and the place looks different and unique, not many spots like this in Toronto / GTA. I finally got around to taking my son there today, he is almost 2. The service is wonderful, the staff are so friendly and constantly offering water/juice and general help. They keep the place extremely clean I can tell. There is hand sanitizer at every corner and they are continually cleaning and putting toys away. We went from 10 am - 12 pm and had lunch. We ordered the eggs Benedict and smoothie it was super fresh and yummy. Overall, I give it 4 stars and not 5 just because I feel it is too expensive. We left spending $80 for 2 hours of play and lunch which I think is a bit much considering the space is so small. If it was a weekend and much busier there is no way my child would have gotten to play with anything because there are only 4 ride on cars, two kitchens, 4 grocery carts, the play gym is not too big, they would hit capacity quite quickly. It’s a nice experience and overall he had a great time and it was tons of fun, definitely will go back on a weekday morning. The staff were so nice and gave him a sticker on his way out!

We had a good experience in MiniDo.  I came with the girls G1- G2 on the weekday. I carefully red the information on the website to prevent “surprises” before I arrived.
My daughter and her friends enjoyed every moment. There are few play areas. “Kitchen” was included a lot of details, beautiful! Girls loved it. They also loved to dress up.
The staff is very friendly. The place is VERY clean and safe. The infant/toddler area is amazing. The music is nice.

I have been to Minido twice. My kids and I love this place. It's Clean and new. They have great toys and a great kitchen my boys love to "cook" in! The baby section is also very cute. I've ordered food eveytime and it's on point! We always eat everything and end up ordering more. Especially their fresh juices of the day!
We will definitely be back from time to time!

Great space for younger kids, never too crowded in there thanks to the time slots, it's clean and the food is legit so delicious! I love their chicken and croffle:) It's certainly more pricey than your average indoor playground, but in my opinion I think it's worth the splurge if you are able to. We've been 4x now and my 19 month old still loves it!

Took my kids here for a fun brunch. The kids loved it here! It's makes me feel relaxed knowing they're safe both with the front doors being monitored and locked, and they clean the place including all the balls multiple times a day. They even have a fun stimulating area for the smallest babies. The washrooms and change rooms are really nice and kept clean. We also ordered food which was sooo yummy, although my kids were too busy playing and going crazy lol.thank you for such a great experience, we will definitely be back!

I've said it before and I'll say it again. The best place to bring your kids if you are concerned equally for FUN and SAFETY. So much care put here and the food is very good! Cheapest in town? Of course not - but you get what you pay for. The place is spotless and the staff are wonderful.

Considered to come here however, pricing is high and looks like they force you to pay for food on the weekend (buying a $40+ package for admission and some sandwich and dessert meal). As well, continuing to subscribe to the pass that segregate people. There are many other playground that doesn’t do this. Hard pass

Went here for a birthday party. My 3 year old daughter had a great time. Very clean, nice staff, food was great. The owner was very kind and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

This is absolutely an amazing place for both kids and parents to have fun, relax and enjoy!

We had a chance to check out this indoor playground in York Region. This is a safe space for kids to play freely while parents can sit back and enjoy a nice meal.

As a parent, appreciated that this place offers a safe environment with structured play area for kids - they promote the importance of balanced learning.

Our family definitely enjoyed the time @minidokids - the place was clean, had a modern feel for an indoor playground, good food and excellent staff service.

Wow. This place is quite beautifully appointed and decorated. Staff are pleasant and seem to really enjoy their job. But OMG - the pricing is insane. Surely people will claim COVID/Supply Chain/Kid Premium/world events as the reason for it. But wow - $400 for 2 couples with 1 child each when you factor in food - which includes ham and cheese sandwiches that look like something one of the kids in the playpen made - it is hard for this to be anything more than a gimmick for rich, Instagram hungry millennials. Think I am exaggerating about the pricing or the "High Tea" menu? Go find out for yourself.

Good place to take kids! Lots of activities that allow kids to have fun. The entire place is well kept and clean with high quality toys and furniture. A must go place with your kids.

This was our first visit and I didn't know what to expect but judging by the website they offered food which is always a plus.

I loved how my table was over looking the ballpit so he can play while I eat. My LO is 17M and had a blast. The food was amazing! I ordered Chicken Waffles and I finished it.

Everything was clean and organized. Our server was Christian and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was super friendly and always checking in to make sure my little guy and myself were taken care of.

Loved the ballpit and how clean the environment was. Not like most indoor playgrounds that are dusty and sticky, this place you are paying for quality.

Kids friendly staff and of course, lots of attractive toys and lovely atmosphere for kids. Adult admission is a bit pricy, hopefully there is a family admission (or discount), so that we continue to visit as a family (hubby, 2 toddlers and myself)

I love this place. My kid loves it as well! They’re super clean and friendly. Love the idea of kids having some supervision while adults eat. However, it’s been a few times now and I’m starting to feel the cost. I wish the price came with a little food for the kids to make it worth wild.

We loved everything about this kids cafe. The play equipment and toys were extremely clean. They also have educator to provide kids fun activity and learning experience. The staff always provide help when we needed! Loved food and service here and would definitely return!:)

Got invited to a kids birthday to this place, was surprised to find this nice place in Richmond Hill, great entertain for the kids with great drink and food

Of all the Kids Cafes - Minido is the best. The attention to detail and the quality of the play areas are amazing and clean. The staff is super friendly and my 14 month old son enjoyed every minute.

Wonderful stuff, my go to indoor playground in Richmond Hil, my daughter loves here! The environment is very clean and tidy, a great place to hangout with friends. I will definitely recommend to.my friends.

Clean, friendly and foods are delicious. Good for family and friend reunion. Kids can play and parents can have brunch together. The most thing I like alot is staffs there are so so friendly. They play with your kids and show they how it works. My kid loves this place alot. Thank you for open place like this in Ontario

Wonderful place to bring your kids and be able to relax with nice food, coffee and knowing your kids are being looked after.

We came here last year during the soft opening and never had the chance to come again until this past Sunday. Came with total 4 families and everyone really enjoyed their time here. The staff, cleanliness, food were just top notch. As they take their business very seriously.

First of its kind here in Toronto and I would suggest everyone with young children to come and check this place out and support them.

Place is very clean, and the service was very friendly. Great place for the kids to have some fun.
