This store has such cute stuff, if you enter once you will definitely buy something. It’s always organized and clean. And the employees are so friendly.

I like to visit because they have good items and their prices are competitive. However I don’t really like most of the staff, they’re kind of rude and unapproachable. There used to be a brown man here who was young and he was very helpful, and I believe the manager? Who is a young asian woman is very helpful as well. They have a good selection of items it’s just hard to walk around when it’s busy, and they tend to stock during the busiest times sadly so it’s easy to miss stuff.

Had a fair share of horrible experiences shopping and working at miniso. The regional manager Ivy Pho loved to scapegoat her employees for everything she has done wrong and has also harassed me during my time there as well. She bullied multiple people out of the job including myself and has done it to multiple employees as well.

I would give a negative rating if possible. This MINISO store staffs forced my gf and 6 year old daughter to buy a defect product. A product accidentally fell off the shelf, but with these much damages (images) ? And broken in two completely different angles? What makes me angry is that they were accusing this defect product was causing by the drops, then surrounded and threatened them to purchase it. They have to obey in order to leave the store.

If there was a negative rating i would go until infinity in negative never buy anything from this store worst ever service

Bought a phone hold that doesn’t hold nothing. Couldn’t return even 5 min after purchase - is this even legal? !

Terrible experience. The employees and the store manager are very rude. They need training on how to handle customer complaints and how to effectively assist customers. They have racial discrimination, and plz stay away from these guys. They need learn to how to be a human before they serve customers.

I like the products, but the store is completely inaccessible. I have been in with a walker twice this month and have not been able to get around without someone to move the boxes for me, and even then I could not access at least half the store. When I brought this up to the employee, she informed me that I am not the first person to encounter this, and that leadership only cares about getting product out and getting shipments every two days. I do not fault the workers, but leadership needs to do better and make the store accessible to parents, disabled folks, and honestly everyone.

There’s no room to walk inside with Baby stroller or wheelchair ️. Storage boxes everywhere. Very bad experience twice!

Terrible experience. The employees and the store manager need training on how to handle customer complaints and how to effectively assist customers. The store manager is incompetent and acts very entitled. I bought hydrating face masks and after I left the store I noticed that the packet was torn and it leaked causing the bag to rip and further damaged other things I had bought. When I went back to tall to the store manager, he simply said " there's nothing I can do at the store level". He did not even have the decency to apologize. I was extremely disappointed and just as I was leaving I asked him to replace the bag that had ripped and he had the audacity to ask for $0.30. The least he could do was give me a bag in that moment as a gesture of kindness.
Seriously, train your employees and don't make someone a store manager without proper training. The way you handle customer complaints says a lot about a brand. I will never shop from miniso again after this horrible experience.

It was very bad experience to go through. First time in my life to been in fraud situation and the manager is the thief and he is not afraid from the management or customer service.go and complain he says

Great products, small store so it gets full quick. Wish there was more walking space but it would reduce the amount of stuff they have so that wouldn't be great either. Try to visit during less busy times!

Bought wireless headphones and tried them on when i got home but they didn't connect to my phone.next time i went to miniso i tried returning but they refused.even the manager walked away when i kept asking him to please return my headphones because they are defective.keep in mind I live 1 hour away from square one so I spent time going back to that specific store only to be turned down by poor customer service.waste of $15.

Staff is rude and it strange everytime I visited squareone location and I encounter rude staff.they dnt even offer bags for stuff and when I asked for it that cahiser she gave me weird look that I asked for her personal thing. I dnt want to go there anymore. ONE star for cute items.

Love this store to peices! However, this location is pretty small in comparison to the one in Brampton - Bramalea City Centre
