Many shoppers in the store but nothing special. A lot of varied merchandise but poor quality and not worth the prices posted. Go to Dollarama or Dollar Tree and avoid the crowd and pay less.

Piece of advice, Open the box before you pay, terrible service at this place.opened my item while in the store but after I paid and found a cracked plastic cup, they wouldn't exchange for a new product. Left it there! What awful customer service no one should buy from place, this its just giving your money away.

The most awful treatment today in their store. Purchased a toy for my 4 year old son and just about to step foot outside. As he was excited we looked at it and noticed the toy was broken. Not even outside the store yet. So I said oh it’s broken can I change it. And they would not change it. They didn’t care at all how a 4 year old felt and not at all cared how upset I was at the fact that their customer service was terrible. I’ve owned and operated my own retail store for over 20 years and never have I seen such awful customer service considering I’ve worked in malls all this time. It’s not about the 7 $ it’s how awful I was treated in a store. If you are going to sell stuff as final sale you should check your items before hand. Number 2 where does it state that it’s final sale if it is defective and you haven't left the premises. Staff should acknowledge certain situation. This is basically robbing people of their money by stating final sale even for their own broken defective items. They should ask everyone to unpack items while in store if this is the case before paying to check the items. Just so sad that people will even shop at these places. I’ll make sure no one I know steps foot in here.

The cashier miscommunicated the info about my purchase and sold us two extra bags for just 1 toy. Although they accepted the mistake, they had a “no refund” policy, even for bags, and even 5 seconds after the sale! They didn’t do anything to fix the issue because of final sale policies! So basically even if they make mistakes and admit it, they don’t fix it and instead steal from the costumer!

Wrong pricing on multiple the item and bad customer service. They didn’t want to match the price Michelle was called by another associate who was of no help either and just refund my item. Scanned for $5.95 when the price was $3.95

This is a chain store opened by a Japanese company. It has a wide variety of products. It is famous for home furnishing and clothing supplies. The service objects are fashionable and novel designs between young men and women. It is small, light and cute. It is indeed unique and very popular. The clerk is also polite, at least there is no stereotyped face, it really makes people feel unforgettable!

Customer service is so so here. The staff tend to ignore you, even when you are patiently waiting to pay at the register.

Decent household and beauty products. The inventory is ever changing. This is one of the first locations to carry Marvel licensed products. They still have one of the largest inventory of Marvel products for a Miniso locaiton but otherwise not much of other collaborated collections. Shelves seem to be half empty most of the time here.

I bought some products Friday Nov 25th and they gave a pressed powder as complimentary.
Upon checking at home I found the powder was has expiry of Nov 25 2021.
Now I know why they were giving it out for free.
Better do not offer a product.
