Minor Emerg Walk In Clinic

The new receptionist sucks, you call to ask a question she puts you on hold and never comes back. The other receptionist is fantastic. Get rid of the new one.

Called before hand asking if they can do stitches she said yes come on in we’re open till 7 my boyfriend drives all the way there right after hanging up for him to get there and say no we don’t do stitches and now refusing to answer the phone …. Waste of time

Just took my daughter here for her first checkup.
Everything was extremely fast and efficient. We didn’t even have to wait in the waiting room before being sent to a room. Doctor was with us within minutes. When asking questions, he asked to the room instead of just my fiancée, which was a very nice change of pace as he was asking the parents - not just the mother. He was very gentle with her, and everything was done very fast. Questions were straight to the point but very friendly. Made sure to address any concerns we had before we left.

The receptionist was phenomenal as well. Very friendly and professional.

Definitely going to make this practice my family doctor / paediatrician ASAP.

Took my child who's 8 to the walk in here. Received excellent, through care and was in and out likely split. For us, was a great experience.

So i came here two weeks ago.had back pain and i needed to take a urine sample for something.i got pain meds for my back.but i never received a call back about the sample i took.so i’ve been calling for a cpl days no answer they finally answer today. I get told that they have nothing about me taking that sample and they have no idea about anything.the girl is saying she wasn’t the one that gave me it when indeed it was.so now my sample is just nowhere to be found apparently and it’s disgusting because like what they could use that for other things like literally and wow anything I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE PLEASE SAVE URSELFS

Worst “care” if you want to call it that, I’ve ever received. I don’t even know the doctors name because he pretty much walked in checked my ears, throat and temp and walked out. I had to yell down the hall are you done? I was crying in pain my neck was swelling and he did nothing for me after waiting for two hours.

I have been to this clinic a few times now. The reception has always been friendly and functional (and I witnessed the reviewer who claims a rude reception recently - the amazing administrator handled things very professionally imo). I have been to clinics that stop accepting patients at 6 when they close at 7. This clinic always accepts patients later than they realistically should. We were accepted one time at 630 with a full waiting room and didn't see a doctor until 8 (they closed at 7). The doctor has had a good bedside manner and helped us each time. Everyone has their own experience here, I am happy to share mine.

There should me a zero start. The receptionist (Nermian) is mean, rude, and zero professional. They should take action regarding this lady. Came at 6: 45 and the office was close. So I asked her through the window why is it close is there is still time. She didn’t care and came to windows turn off the sign and close the curtains on my face. Went inside the pharmacy and the door was open. I asked her why she treated me like that and she only had attitude and was being really rude to me. She didn’t apologize or anything until i felt really overwhelming to the point that she made me cry then she said sorry and ask why I was crying. I couldn’t talk and she kept telling me to leave and that I was weird. This is not the way patients should be treated.

Do not recommend going here. They never answer the phone or returned phone calls. Reception is unprofessional.

Came with my small kid, he has very bad cough in the last few days and I am concerned he might have a pneumonia. At the time of the visit he didn't have fever and felt relatively well. The doctor checked his chest trough the clothes, checked the temperature and the throat, asked few questions and let us go. I voiced my concern that we might need an antibiotic and he declined, also didn't recommend x-ray or any other procedure. We went home and the my son cough has increased. If he has further complications after that visit I don't know where to complain. We are still waiting for a family doctor for more then 2 years, since we moved in this area.

Clinic is a bit dirty and the receptionists aren't great however Dr. Bassey is really great, will definitely be coming back to him again.one of the best doctors I've spoken to.

I don't recommend Dr Crysler. He was impatient and didn't listen to my concerns. He sent me to get bloodwork that requires fasting, but didn't bother to explain to me that I would need to fast. Also spelt my name wrong on the requisition. Overall just not there to hear what patients have to say.

Dr. Chrysler comes highly recommended. He is very knowledgeable about allergies and asthma issues in kids.

Went to this walk-in before New Years with head and neck pain from a fall. Doc prescribed 3 Advils every 4 hours, without even examining me. Days later I ended up in emerge from a worsening concussion and Advil poisoning
