Mint Dentistry (Queen West)

The office is a great environment to be in, and the team is kind, caring, and takes really good care of you. My entire family goes here. And the best bonus is getting to watch Netflix/Disney during your appointment.

My friend and I have a tradition of texting each other every time we have an unexpected moment of joy/connection out in the world and I dont think I've ever left this office without giving her a rundown of all the fabulous women that work here and our many fabulous interactions.

There are so many little conscience touches from the moment you book an appointment (where you can let them know if you're anxious or not, and they take extra special care), to when you walk in (tonnes of special drinks and FOUR signature lip balm flavors to choose from for your chapped lips when you leave.come ON) to during the appointment.

My hygienist Alicia went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfy the whole time, she asked thoughtful questions, and provided me with some *great* laughs as well. Nothing about what she does felt like going through the motions, I felt so cared for and like I had an experience catered to my specifics. She absolutely rocks.

I dont even know where to begind on Dr. Chincholi: ') she has the most amazing energy that I wish I possessed as well, one that makes a real good case for "all businesses should be run by women" (!) She's warm, hilarious, informative, and makes a process that normally was hellish for me and my anxiety growing up, feel like running a quick errand. I look forward to gabbing with her every time I book. She's got like, starpower, I don't know how else to put it LOL.

Even as I was leaving I had such a nice laugh with the woman at the front desk. 100% of my time here is always so positive.

This whole business is lead with heart and I feel so grateful to be a patient. Women rule so much! What a truly special business: ')

I don’t write reviews but wanted to support this dental office whole-heartedly. This was the best and most informative dentist I have ever been to. Doctor Chincholi is so knowledgeable and caring. I feel fortunate to be in her care. I felt seen and included in the discussion when she looked in my mouth and explained my situation. My hygienist Trish was supportive and sociable. It was painless! Responding to the owners comment: while I understand that the practice needed me to do a full dental exam in order to become a new patient, the reason for my star rating was the complete lack of empathy from the receptionist that I spoke to. Not everyone has the money to spare for a full dental examination without any help from an insurance provider, especially in this economy. Her dismissive attitude when I asked questions in order to see how to alleviate costs was humiliating and belittling. I’m quite sure the dental services are good, in fact when I went to the office a number of years ago I was pleased with the services they provided. Unfortunately I will never go back here, which is a shame because I was excited to. If your receptionists are overworked then please deal with it accordingly so they have more time and kindness to deal with others. Maybe what I experienced was a one shot, and if so then I’m happy for others, but for me it was a very horrible customer experience.

My whole family goes to Mint Dentistry on Queen, their service is exceptional and everyone is extremely friendly! Doctor Chincoli is our dentist and I have nothing but great things to say about her.

I’ve been a patient for > 5 years and moved out of the Queen West community however I remain highly impressed with the professionalism, talent and friendliness of everyone. I’ve had countless dentists over my + 60 years and Mint Dentistry is by far the best.

This place is state of the art, but more importantly, they're good at what they do. They are caring and friendly. Best dental clinic I've been to in any city.

Fantastic staff, from reception to dentist chair, who are friendly, informative, and fun. A+ communication and appointment reminders. The clinic is relaxing with a lot of comforts and amenities. I have almost fallen asleep during procedures and cleanings on several occasions, which is a great sign imho.

Staff are great at Mint, facilities are clean, and appreciate the streaming TVs to help distract. Dr. Chincholi is the best dentist in the GTA!

I cant say enough good things about Mint Dentistry. They hire the Best. Just had a gum graft done by Dr. Swiderski and he made the procedure as painless as possible.

Since I started seeing Dr. Chincholi at Mint Dentistry I genuinely enjoy going to the dentist! She and the staff at Mint are so skilled, professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and kind, plus they have wonderful senses of humour! They are welcoming and patient while also being efficient from the first warm hello when you walk through the door through to end of appointment, next visit scheduling, and answering questions about billing and insurance. Together they turned my dislike of going to the dentist into a pleasant and informative experience. I don't put off my regular appointments and I don't fear any larger work needed, so I'm keeping my mouth in the best health it can be! Thanks so much to all the wonderful folks at Mint! I can't recommend Mint enough. Everyone is so friendly, kind, and I feel like the team genuinely cares about helping me make the best decisions for my dental health. At previous dentists I've felt rushed, judged, and like I'm not given any information. Folks at Mint always take the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly, and to ask me if I have questions. I wish I'd switched sooner!

I started going to Mint last year after moving to the area. I’ve never had such an amazing experience at a dental office! Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Don’t generally choose to drive around the area, or near the downtown core. Took transit which led me to arrive early. All staff were understanding and kind. The doctor took me in early and I was done before my scheduled time. Appreciate the great service.

Dr. Sari Novack is an amazing dentist! She's caring, patient, and extremely skilled. I would highly recommend Dr. Sari Novack and Mint Dentistry.

Mint Dentistry is absolutely a joy to visit. Their level of skill and care is hands down the best in the city. Their offices are beautiful and clean and their staff are always polite and punctual. Most importantly, their team is highly knowledgeable. DR. Starkman specifically was integral in saving my dental implant. She detected an infection early on and advised me on how to be treated with the appropriate care. She also did an amazing job on some of my cosmetic dental work! My whole family attends the office for check ups, cleanings and procedures and we know our teeth are in the best hands!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist appointment! Dr. Chincholi really takes the time to inform her patients about the full picture of their dental health.

Dr Sari Novak is a phenomenal dentist, she is pleasant, professional, always does a great job and makes me feel comfortable and she never does that annoying thing some dentists do where they ask you a question when their tools are in your mouth and you have no way to answer! That is a very special feature in a good dentist!

I've been here twice in the last year (pre covid). Friendly staff and good docs. I've met with the hygienist twice. They do everything they could do to make you feel comfortable while they do their procedure. They listen and constantly keep checking how you feel while they're working on your teeth.

Very competent and cheerful service. Good staff morale. Pleasant and hygienic facilities. Attention to even the smallest details.

Mint Dentistry is by far the best dentist office that I've been to. I've been going to them for about 4-5 years at this point. In the meantime I moved clear across the city but still go back because their perfect services, knowledgeable and friendly team and amazing interior design really shows how much they take pride in their work and how much they really care about their clients.

The team at Mint are so incredibly friendly and compassionate. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and simply and don’t make you feel rushed or like they’re trying to sell you on products or services you don’t need. If you’re someone who gets anxious going to the dentist, I highly recommend coming here. They made me feel very at ease and comfortable.

I discovered Mint while needing emergency care that my current dentist was too busy to deal with. Since that experience I have since switched over, and each time I come in I feel extremely well taken care of. After multiple cleanings, wisdom tooth removal, and getting an implant I will never go anywhere else! Thank you to the entire Mint team for all the excellent care you have provided me. You truly do care!

I've moved around a LOT and seen many different dentists in my life but none will compare to Dr. Chincholi. My partner and I joke that no matter where we end up across this globe we'll always come back to her twice a year.

I can't understate the level of professionalism and kindness she interjects into her practice. She takes a patient-centred approach, explains everything as she goes, and gives you the information you need to make an informed decision about your oral health. I have never trusted a dentist the way I trust Dr. Chincholi.

Beyond that, you can tell what kind of a person she is by the way she treats and talks to her staff. They function as a team, there's levity and kindness in the office, and it seems like a genuinely pleasant place to work.

The administrative team are extremely helpful and kind - Jillian at Queen West has been especially detail oriented with any questions I've had along the way re: dental codes and submitting to insurance. They really are the best. Can't speak more highly of this doctor and this practice.

We stumbled across Dr. Chincholi's practice after deciding to find a new dentist for my husband. I am so glad we did! She and her staff were incredible from the get-go. Down-to-earth, clear in any explanations of treatment needed, so supportive in figuring out insurance coverage - an all-round great clinic. So great that we decided to move our whole family to her. I left my dentist of ten years - and although I loved him, I didn't think it possible, but I love her more.:) She's also absolutely magic with kids. Our preschooler actually ran to his appointment when he found out we were going to the dentist - that's how much he likes it. And leaves with a smile on his face every time. Can't recommend her enough! Thank you, Dr. Chincholi and your staff. For all that you do for us and I'm sure all your other patients.

Such a fantastic office- the staff; from the administrative team to the hygienists to the dentists, are so friendly, professional and generally a pleasure. The clinic is clean, modern to boot. The team goes out of their way to make what is usually co suffered a tedious task an enjoyable experience. Can’t recommend them enough!

Everyone who works at Mint Dentistry is welcoming and friendly. They really walk you through everything they are doing to make sure you're comfortable the whole way through. I switched from another dentist a year ago and couldn't be happier!

Mint Denistry is first class. 4 years ago I moved to Canada from the UK. Shortly after I arrived I started experiencing major issues with my teeth. To date I have probably spent over 12,000 bucks on my teeth but it has been worth every last cent. Dr Sue gives the best advice and her treatments are beyond thorough. She has a vast network of experts in the dentistry field that she can refer you to if necessary. As an example I had 3 wisdom teeth removed and a problematic root canal that required specialist treatment. Dr Sue was able to refer me and have my problems fixed after the initial consultations. For a guy who is not particularly fond of visiting the dentist Dr Sues practice help overcome fears and anxiety. She prides herself on running a team that are friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. Her practice is modern and clean. The front of house team led by Iuliana are knowledgeable and friendly - they have dealt with my insurance questions and claims with efficiency and ease. The hygienists are a lovely bunch, Morgan and Ati always smiling, happy and trying to get me singing whilst Dr Sue prods away at my metallic molars. And Dr Sue.well you'd be hard pushed to find a better dentist. Would I recommend Mint Dentistry.abso bloody lutely

I had awful experience with the front desk and their professionalism in my handling my insurance company. I signed up as a new patient and had 3-4 different appointments in a short period of time and they did not send through the insurance quotes properly, resulting in me going out of pocket for unnecessary appointments that I should have been covered for. When I asked to file a complaint to the Queen St office, I was given the run-around by the woman at reception and was never actually put in contact with senior management or the office manager, though she promised I would be. I was shocked. I brought this office a lot of business, only to come out of pocket for appointments I would have been covered for if they were diligent enough to do the correct protocol with my insurance. The reception is not efficient with their paperwork and extremely unprofessional in handling unsatisfied patients. I would not recommend.

Mint Dentistry is a stellar establishment. Sue is a knowledgeable and skilled dentist. She shares her practice with other highly skilled dentists and does not pretend to be a Jack of all trades, yet a master of none. You can go in for X-rays, a cleaning, and dental work all in one day and under one roof. The Netflix shows on the Tv's in the room, the massage chair, and the dark glasses to protect your eyes are a nice added touch. Most of all the place looks and smells clean and pleasant, and there is a dedicated parking spot for customers if you drive.

I had my first cleaning, (after 2 yrs of not seeing a dentist) at Mint Dentistry and it was a fantastic experience. I live in the area and this practice came highly recommended by my neighbours. Right off the bat, the staff, (admin, hygienist and dentist) were super nice, genuine and really helpful in answering any questions I had. I was kind of nervous prior to my visit because it had been such a long time since I had seen a dentist for a checkup but I was put at ease and I left feeling really satisfied with my experience. Try Mint Dentistry out, you will not be disappointed!
Ps: they play Netflix on the ceiling while they clean your teeth-nice touch! ;)
