I hired Miracle Movers to move my pinball machine after receiving quotes from 5 highly-rated companies. Their service was excellent! I appreciated the detailed quote and documentation that accompanied it. Alex was patient answering my questions about the quote, and Drago and Cesar were on-time, polite, co-operative, efficient and skilled at moving the pinball machine down a tricky flight of stairs. I'll definitely hire Miracle Movers again for my next move.

I used this company to do a long distance move a few months ago. They were on time, pleasant, careful, excellent workers and quite honest. I would recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

Great experience with the guys at Miracle Movers with our relocation of our 2 bed house to Mississauga. Called around a few different companies but I just felt that certain positivity with these guys. All questions were asked about my requirements, some of the others just seemed to try and rush through the pre-move process and I wondered if their movers would have the same attitude. No stone was left unturned by Miracle. So the net result of this was when the movers came they knew exactly what to do after that kind of extensive forethought being shown.

The crew from Miracle Movers could not have been nicer and more efficient. The move took much less time than anticipated and everything was handled perfectly. A special shout out to Mildred who handled everything with military precision leading up to the big day. I'd work with Miracle Movers again for sure!

I'm super impressed how Miracle Movers arranged my cross border moving within such a short period of time. Miracle Movers delivered our furniture here in Ottawa, delivered from Vancouver, and did a fantastic job! They moved everything to their respective rooms on all floors, took their time, and never scratched a wall or any of the packages. Thomas and Theo were pleasant, extremely courteous, and professional.

We decided to use Miracle Movers for our long distance move and had an excellent experience. The pick-up and drop-off were both fast, professional, and our items were treated with respect. No items were lost during the move and every time I reached out for communication on timeline, I was responded to immediately. I really couldn’t have asked for better communication and professionalism! The truck took a total of four weeks to get from Ontario to BC if you’re trying to gauge time.

I just wanted to thank everyone involved, the staff in the office and on the ground. I really appreciate your services for making it easy for people like me who have no way of moving my things on my own from one province to another with less worries on my mind and for being very upfront with the expectations. Date, prices, etc.

I did get a cheaper rate (by 50bucks) and an earlier quote date but only after I told them the rate/date provided to me by Miracle Movers. I thought if they could have given me that rate in the first place, what was that fluff rate they gave me in the first place.

Which is why I decided to stay with MM, with no regrets might I add. Dave was very patient and transparent with me on what I should expect with the move.

Eric from dispatch was very responsive on my additional questions later on. The guys on the ground were very nice and pretty quick on their feet.

Max, Ron and Jordan did a fantastic job with our move today. Got it done, on time and right on estimate. They were professional, careful and did everything to make our time enjoyable. Miracle Movers is doing a 2 part move - partial packing + taking us from Aurora, ON to a storage facility - then 5 days later - to our new home. The first move yesterday was flawless! Alex has been a pleasure to deal with, and the crew he sent were excellent! Their packing was wonderful, they were fast, friendly and very professional. Price is reasonable. They took great care with with our belongings and we were relaxed during this move, which is very rare! We highly recommend this company.

From obtaining the quote to the final move a pretty stress free experience. The movers that day were friendly and professional. I had no issues with there work that day from start to finish.

I am only giving 1 star as 0 stars or negative stars are not an option. MOVERS beware! I cannot believe any of the positive reviews are legit. This company messed up on 2 separate moves- the first one, I was charged for boxes that were not used, challenged by the unprofessional manager (Ron) until I made him take out my boxes from storage and count himself. The aggressive movers held out their hands for tips once my items were in the truck ready to be transported to the storage facility. The second move they left a whole closet behind full of irreplaceable items from a deceased parent as well as left Canadian Goose jacket and another jacket on the floor as well as gold cufflinks behind. They offered a whole 300.00 for their mistake. Alex is kind who gives the quotes but we have not encountered anyone professional past him. Ron is the most disrespectful, rude, bully I have ever dealt with in all my years from any company. I had to call the police on him for him threatening me not to release my items unless I paid a friends outstanding bill. He then threatened the friend via text (we saved the text). The text was the first bill he had ever seen and Ron threatened to send people to his door. The only miracle about this company is its a miracle if your items make it to their destination. MOVERS BEWARE!

Miracle Movers did a fantastic job of coordinating the tough pre-move process to make it seem easy. Then on move day, crews were timely, conscientious and considerate in all respects when loading our furniture, transporting it across provinces, and unloading it 10 days later, placing the items in our new home. The coordination between crewmembers during loading and unloading was impressive. Obviously seasoned teams, motion and effort were not wasted. Furniture appropriately wrapped. No nicks in walls or corners, going or coming. We had bids from three companies, the bids were close, and you had the middle (unfixed) bid but gave us the greatest comfort level based on professionalism during the process. Honest bunch. Overall, a good experience. Without question, we’d use them again

Vlad and Greg were amazing; they were professional, efficient, and took really great care of all our belongings. Not to mention, they did an incredible job moving our very very heavy piano. Would definitely recommend them!

Absolutely loved having Miracle Movers handle our move for us. They did a great job securing our items in the truck and they did a great job caring for our items all while getting the move done quicker than anticipated. Miracle movers did a fantastic job with my move. They were very professional and were also able to accommodate a last minute change with my move date. Alex and Mat were very friendly and efficient and they got the job done an hour earlier than the estimated move time. These guys are amazing from start to finish. From setting up the time and locations with Sheena to the actual movers showing up on time Johnathan and Mario. They worked over and above and as fast as possible to meet our elevator bookings. When I move I will definitely use this company again.

The moving was very smooth, easy and without stress! We didn't have any problems, the guys (Johnatan and Ismael) were super fast, professional and took care of all our stuff. Very recommend, we know we'll book them for next time:)

I was quoted for 4 hours and it took 7 hours. I paid almost x2 more than I was quoted. The movers took 2 hours to drive 65 kms, getting off at an exit right after entering the highway, and when I was concerned there was an issue or a gas stop, my contact who booked the move was not helpful and gave me NO explanation as to why they would get off the highway 15 minutes into the journey. They blatantly told me "NO" when they asked where I wanted a piece of furniture moved, before even seeing the location. The movers were efficient but they clearly took their time, causing me to have to pay even more. I don't blame the movers, but the quoting, and the extra charges weren't transparent.

Excellent moving company. I had a very good experience with them. They were courteous, did not complain, did not take excessive breaks and were very careful with my belongings. I would use them again if I ever move but hopefully I’ll never move again.

This was the second time I used MM:) Arrived early. Asked how we wanted things to go and took care of the details. They were also very careful with our stuff when unloading at the house. Stress-free move!

Eugene and Mario helped me move my apartment into a new condo. They were great, they got everything out quickly and professionally and got everything in exactly the way I wanted it. None of my stuff was damaged, even though they had trouble getting my couch in and out of the doors. I would definitely recommend these guys!

The first crew sent to do our move were not on board with covid protocols. This was disappointing and frustrating. A second crew was sent and they were fabulous- efficient, friendly, helpful, super professional. Had they been the ones to come right off the bat I would have given the company a five-star rating. However the first crew was very disappointing and caused a two hour delay to the overall move, so I reduced the rating slightly.

These guys were workhorses and did an amazing job for us in some extreme summer heat, super friendly. No damages, listened exactly to any direction we had for our stuff, disassembled and reassembled a few furniture items with no issue.

I've now done two moves with Miracle Movers and had a great experience both times. They've given accurate quotes, shown up on time, gotten the job done quickly, and were always amenable to the little extra things that popped up on the job.

My last move was with Erwin and Mario and both guys were great. Couldn't ask for more!

I hired Miracle Movers to move to Montreal. Gary was very quick to reply to any doubts or concerns. The movers were also very careful and helpful. My only comment was that hen I was about to pay after the move whoever was working on Saturday was trying to charge me for 30 minutes of extra time for the movers that I did not use and that same person was very rude to the movers. But overall really good service.

The entire experience was positive. I have no complaints at all. Miracle movers were responsive, organized and detailed in every way possible. The price was right for the service, too. I’ve moved several times in and around Toronto and comparatively speaking, miracle movers beats anyone I’ve used in the past. The two movers showed up on time nearly to the minute. They were fast and efficient, all without jeopardizing your items. You can tell they’ve done this 1000 times and were in complete control, not letting you help as you’d just get in the way. Watching them work, you knew to trust their process. Rightfully so as not one item was damaged. Won’t hesitate to book them again!
