Misquoted by over double missing hardware to my furniture. I’ve called now three times. The claims dept never called back. When they say step one is an expert evaluation of your items they are lying they will just blame you when it goes wrong and that exactly what they did. And no one ever calls you back not there claims dept and not there customer service. So I was overcharged and don’t have hardware to put my furniture together

Miracle Movers moved our possessions out of our home in Toronto into their storage. The truck arrived on time on the nominated day, and Mike & Vlad did a fabulous job. All removed and packed in less than 4 hours, they were really well trained: efficient, courteous and very helpful. In a couple of weeks time, MM will move our goods out of storage and into our new home, and we hope Mike & Vlad will be the team to do that. This company is seriously good and deserves support and success.

Customer service was very good and helpful, They send you heads-ups of everything you need to check/take care of to ensure a smooth move. They carried all of our boxes and furniture down from the 4th floor and were able to put everything into the truck, the moving guys made it work out perfectly. At our new apartment, everything went as smoothly as before. All in all, we never had such an easy and relaxed move, thanks to Miracle Movers - I can definitely recommend them.

Nothing but praise for the two gentlemen Abdul and Dima that helped me move.
Highly professional and quick with a good amount of personality which helped a tedious task feel much easier.
Total time was only 2 hours and 45 minutes for a full move from a 1 bedroom apartment with a relatively average amount of boxes and furniture.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone that might be moving soon.

I was recommended to use Miracle Movers Company by a good friend who had been impressed earlier. Not disappointed, I had outstanding service. We were overall very pleased with the move and relocation agents. They were very professional, the men loading and unloading the 2 Trucks worked hard all day. Thanks to Martin, Eugene and Max who did the relocation as they were very polite and most helpful. Very friendly and easy-to-use services.

Professional A-rated service from estimate to unload! Followed up quickly on my online inquiry with a detailed rundown of our move and a quick quote. Answered all my questions patiently and honestly. Followed up with an email, a call a couple days before our move, and the movers called the morning of the move to let us know they were on the way. Staff were prompt, professional, careful and quick! Everything you want from a company and more!

Stay away from this horrible company. The move was booked a month in advance. The crew was supposed to arrive at my house between 2 pm and 4 pm. I get a call at 2.15 pm on the day of the move that the crew will be late and will arrive by 5 pm. I had no choice as it was end of the month and the planning was done so i agreed and spoke to my building manager to rebook the moving elevator for 5 pm. The crew didn't turn up at 5 pm as well so I called and was told they are on the way. They finally reached at 6.05 pm.

As soon as they arrived, the attitude of the foreman was annoying. As soon as he entered the house, he spotted the elliptical machine and said he won't move it. (Please note that the elliptical machine was mentioned in the contract and I also paid an extra amount for it). When I reminded the foreman about this and called the company office to complain, the foreman got pisses off. Then he bought a measuring tape and told me it doesn't fit in the elevator. (Another moving company, who I had to book after this nightmare easily rolled it in the same elevator which did not even need disassembling). Then the crew tried to take our couch outside the house without disassembling it. It didn't fit through the door for obvious reasons and when I requested them to disassemble it their excuses about pet hair allergy started. (The crew had been in the house for almost 30 mins at this time). They did not even attempt to wrap any furniture and just dumped all our stuff back and backed out of the job at the last minute.

We were basically abandoned at the end of the month when all other movers are totally booked. This company stole our deposit and are refusing to paying it back and making false accusations about excessive pet hair to avoid paying me back.

STAY AWAY from these guys to save you the nightmare of finding new movers at the last minute and getting your deposit back.

My suspicion is that the crew was late from another job and then saw our stuff and realized it'll taken longer than planned and wanted some excuse to back out.

A Brilliant! I repeat Brilliant Move! Well pleased with the outcome and costings involved. Our was a 2bed apt downtown local - the movers just took a lot of care with our expensive Italian furniture! My heart fluttered as they took a one of a kind dresser and armoire set! Brilliantly maintained great care and remained efficient with it! Thanks a bunch!

The driver and the two helpers arrived on Saturday, after introductions they immediately set up by placing mats on the floor and began to work. After I showed them each room, they began placing the boxes and furniture In each room as marked on the boxes. They worked steadily and efficiently. Each of them were very nice and friendly. After they completed their assignment each of them said goodbye to me prior to leaving. The driver and I signed the documents and I provided the final payment. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you for taking good care of my furniture and other items with kindness. I would certainly recommend others to Miracle Movers.

Thanks for your help in securing the moving team to handle closing up my boss's apartment in Leslieville. Your support is truly appreciated. I'm not sure who was the contact in the office, but the two drivers/movers who handled the move for me were great too. They arrived at the apartment on time, cleared out my boss's apartment efficiently, took the stuff to storage and were polite and pleasant.

Miracle Movers helped me move from Regina to Toronto. These guys are real pros! They were fast, efficient, careful and very friendly. All my stuff made it without a hitch. I will definitely call them again next time.

If ever need to move across country or in town, they are to go to company! Have used their services a few times now and always with ease!

Miracle Movers were absolutely fantastic this week, we did an internal move to make our work at home environment more comfortable, they moved four rooms in under four hours and deconstructed and rebuilt beds in three bedrooms in this time period, they could not do enough to help us. Will use again.

Needed professional packers to load my container bound for South Africa. No need for concern as they packed my items sensibly and tightly, expert wrapping using their packing materials.had some sort of special wrap, designed for this kind of shipment. Needless to say, all my items arrived and once unpacked, not a sign of damage anywhere, which I was totally shocked by. They seem to be the go to guys in this business. Well done and total gratitude form me!

Getting a rate and how much approximately it was going to cost us moving was complicated. I called three moving companies and then ended up with Miracle. The moving coordinator asked me to describe what furniture I have in every room, and she gave me an approximate price based on that. I contacted her more than once and she was always available and emailed me back immediately. She even emailed through the process of paying. The pickup and delivery crew were very professional and helpful. They packed everything and put things in the box. At the beginning, I didn't think my things will fit when I saw the truck but they figured out how to put everything, which let me know they’re doing their thing. They took about five hours from stopping the car then working, they stored the things in their facility for two days, they delivered it the day after, and then took about the same time or less to get everything out of the truck. Everything worked out and I’m thankful. Miracle Movers was honest and the experience was pleasant and less stressful.

Your crew that moved us; Eugene, Ron, Sam and Phillip are the best! Stacey and I want to let you know that we are extremely pleased with their efforts on our behalf. All of these men were professional, friendly, patient, skilled, hard working and great communicators. They all helped take what would otherwise be a stressful and somewhat unpleasant two days and turned it into a worry free, low key experience. If these three men are the face that miracle movers presents to the public, then you should not have any concerns about how the public perceives you. Please let each of these men know how pleased we are with the work they did for us. We will be moving again in about a year when our new house is completed, and hope we can get this same crew again.

Miracle were excellent in all areas of helping and organising our removal from Burlington. The relocation manager organised everything and nothing was too much trouble for him. The onsite team were excellent and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when we decided to move furniture out of one room into another. As we are elderly their help was invaluable and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have never had a better moving experience. Everything went exactly as explained. I trusted this company with my large upright piano and they certainly did not let me down. The movers were really skillful, careful and fast. They were so competent and had all the necessary equipment to deal with all stairs, turns and doorways. Hire these guys if you need your piano moved They are the best for sure.

Moved from Brampton to Innisfil. Initially chose Miracle Movers based on both price and some of the reviews I’d read. I was hoping I’d selected to right size truck given the size of inventory to be moved over a distance. The one factor that sealed this decision was the conversations I had with Gary regarding the timing and service. The guys arrived on time in exactly the right size truck and the efficiency of motion started immediately. That truck was loaded in just over 2 hours. Everything was strapped and secured and they used the available space to perfection - even took my patio set extra. Once the truck arrived in Innisfil the unloading was very straightforward. All the items were carried to their actual rooms, a few adjustments made for a change of mind once things started to accumulate and even some great help assembling our big table. All in all this was a great move and certainly the best experience I’ve had with regard to moving house. I would recommend Miracle Moves every time for a stress-free, cost-effective and successful outcome.

Used Miracle Movers services and was very happy with both the pre-move process and the move itself. Every step of the way someone from the company was checking in to make sure things were going well. I have to call out some great folks with the company to make sure they get the recognition they deserve! Hani came out promptly and provided an estimate asap. The movers were outstanding – on time both days, highly professional, and of course incredibly strong and fast! And Gary called both days to check in to see if everything was going well. All in all, this was an exceptional move for us!

I was moving out of a two bedroom townhouse that my husband and I had lived in our whole lives and it ended up being too big for me to live in alone once he passed away. This company was not only wonderful moving and packing me, but they were so empathetic and helped me throughout the whole process. I gave their information to my realtor and he has told me that he is more than satisfied with the service they have provided to all his clients. We had excellent service on our move from Brampton To Barrie with Alex, Mike and Murat. They were prompt, polite, efficient and reassuring. We appreciated their help when we unloaded and they set up the rooms. Everything arrived without damage. They helped organize our boxes in the garage. We could not have asked for better movers. It was worth every penny to use this company.
