Finding a moving company can be stressful, especially with all the stories about scams and companies acting in bad faith, so when I had to move, I was worried.

Thankfully, I found Miracle Movers. They looked at my apartment, explained the contract, offered an estimated invoice (the price was fair) and had me pay a deposit in advance to confirm the move. They also did a call ahead of the big day to confirm the move and details.

The movers, Max and Serhii, arrived on time with a branded truck. They reviewed the details of the move with me before touching any furniture. There were no unexpected fees or changes to the invoice. Then, the two-man crew started the work.

They were friendly, careful and efficient when moving and disassembling items.

They drove safely and carefully to the new location. They moved and assembled everything without issue.

The whole move was done far faster than I expected and payment was simple.

They did ask me to write a review if I was satisfied with their services - though I would’ve written this review anyway.

Thanks to the team. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Hardest working movers I have ever seen. My move was not easy.a Victorian hone with narrow staircase and hallway. They insured my belongings made it safely.not one broken item! The movers were on time and good communicators. The office staff was excellent at answering all my questions and concerns.

My wife and I recently moved inside of Toronto. We had several companies come out and give us estimates. We settled on Miracle Movers and we are glad we did, the team that came was efficient and quick. The move was planned for two days and had early starts on both days. The team was right on time each day and help finish packing up the remaining items. They worked tirelessly until the end. There were zero issues with Drago and his crew. If we move again, we will be calling Miracle once more.

We had a great experience with Miracle Movers. The initial phone call and inventory was very detailed and we got scheduled on our requested date, just a week later. Our moving crew was very flexible with our unique situation, moving from a small town a few hours away to a storage unit in Toronto. The moving crew worked fast and we even came in less than the estimated quote!

Managed to book in for a 9am Friday slot at the last minute. Mike and his team were really accommodating and helpful. The moving guys were great and efficient. I was impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of everyone with whom I had dealings. The office staff, in particular Sheena, was very helpful and accommodating.

Can't say enough about the great experience I had moving. The movers took great care of us. Any issue quickly became a non issue. The crew took great care in protecting and packing furniture to the point I felt they were going overboard! They took better care of my items than I would. 5-star experience. You'd be crazy not to request this crew. They had me loaded up, transported, and delivered from a walk-up in Woodbridge to a single family home in Brampton in under four hours.

Moving during COVID 19 was not easy but the movers were professional and moved with ease. Everything was well wrapped, and I received all my items. I also moved when my walls were freshly painted. The movers understood and took every precaution not to scrape or damage the walls. I highly recommend.

Alex and Mike worked with the utmost care and put my fears of potential damages to rest. I had two pieces in particular that were labor intensive and extremely heavy and difficult to maneuver. They thought through their course of actions with great success. They protected each piece in its move between locations and safely delivered them expertly to the new location.

I have a business where reviews are very important, so that is why I am taking the time to write this out for Miracle Movers. I have never moved an entire office before, but the team made it feel easy from the very beginning. It instantly felt less overwhelming once I met one of their visual estimators, Drago. They really took their time with me and I could definitely tell this company was highly experienced in this field. My move involved a specialist for the cubicles, packing of many large computer monitors and moving a lot of heavy furniture. I was very impressed with how safe and efficiently everything was packed. I had extremely important rewards framed and was put at ease when I saw how it they really took time to make the frame and I swear to you nothing was going to damage that wrap job! As anyone can see, the move was all within the estimate I received and everything was put back together EXACTLY the way it was originally set up in my old office. Everything was color coded for inventory purposes and because of this my office was back up and running the very next day, which is super important as a business owner! We cannot afford to take any unnecessary time off! If you are looking for a company with a friendly staff, extremely experienced movers and most importantly, no surprises on the bill, this is the company for you to use!

I was struggling a lot to find a moving company that could accommodate my personal schedule with a tight old apartment pick-up truck schedule and the new apt available time slots for the freight elevator. Despite short notice, Miracle Movers managed to successfully move in all my furniture within less than a week of reaching out to them! Gary was extremely helpful in coordinating everything so that the move went smoothly and all my stuff was moved out/in within 3 hours. The 3 movers were quick, efficient, and super friendly. The price, first and foremost, was what reeled me in. But I wasn't expecting how AWESOME the crew you sent were, Keenan and forgive me for forgetting the other guy's name, were definitely the best at what they do. Such hard, fast and respectful workers. And not to mention the assembly of everything moved was a nice touch. Give those men raises, they completely deserve it.

Worst company to work for and never trust their word.
I hire them to bring all my furniture from Toronto to Vancouver they quote me 2000$ and after 10 day my stuff was arrived to Vancouver and they gave me a invoice of 7500$ and they said if you don’t pay we will not empty the shipment.
Most of my stuff like very expensive coffee table and side tables and flatware boxes was broken and they insurance offers me 150$ for at least 20,000$ damage.
Very bad company to trust and work with.

Mike and Alex were very professional and courteous. They were very efficient and were very knowledgeable on how to protect our furniture for a long trip. They worked very hard and fast and were able to move our upright piano without damaging the piano or themselves. We would recommend these guys and the company to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic, professional, and worth every penny. They showed up on time, were patient with our requests, offered good advice, and completed the move in at the low end of their estimated time despite having to deal with three flights of stairs up to our new apartment. Our team was Ruslan, Amdrew and Serge. I sure hope we don't have to move any time again soon, but when we do, they will be the first people we call.

This was our first time using a moving service. What a treat! No more endless heavy boxes, no cursing under your breath when your fingers throb from jamming them, getting the couch through the door. Moving is not fun. Our guys were so fast and strong, I was amazed how quickly it went. Now the time and energy we saved can be put into unpacking and setting up the new home.

The two movers that came to help us did a fabulous job! We didn’t move from one location to another. We just had some moving to do around our current house. Moving a large sectional from the main floor down to the basement and moving in some new furniture into the living room! They were done in hardly no time at all. New exactly what they were doing and did a fabulous job.

Miracle Movers were amazing. Fast, friendly and realistic price and time estimates. The movers showed up on time and were so swift! They moved a ton of my stuff, including bigger items, in less than 3 hours, when it would've taken my friends and I 6 hours or more. They also were able to fit a large couch through my front door, at a very acute angle. This is something I wouldn't have been able to work out on my own, so I probably would've just had to get rid of it. I like my new apartment, so I'm hoping not to move anytime soon, but if I ever need to move again, I'm calling you.

What a great job. These guys were the most efficient and effective movers I have ever dealt with. They swiftly and carefully moved all of our things in and out. The estimate came in slightly below the quoted price. The movers were friendly and proactive in making sure everything got to the right place. You wouldn’t expect guys being paid by the hour to finish in less than the estimated time but they did. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again.

This is my first move with Miracle and these guys handled it perfectly. I had none of the dreaded surprises; they were on bang on time, nothing was damaged and they were totally professional all the way. We had plenty of things we need to throw out but they took care of that for us. We had heavy and large items that were handled with ease. Without them, it would have been impossible for us to move them. Really, I can’t think of anything that could go better with my move.

I loved that I was able to adjust my inventory online as I packed, so that I could accurately estimate the total cost of my move and know how much I could leave to the movers. The movers themselves were super friendly, prompt, thorough, fast, clean and careful with all our belongings. They went out of their way to pack as efficiently as possible, going so far as to disassemble some items so they shipped better. The delivery was also carefully done and the process made sure all of our items were delivered. Overall, we were totally satisfied with the service and price, and with everyone involved!

This company did an excellent job for us. They helped us unload a 26 ft.truck into a 3 story house. Three guys did the majority of the job in 3 hours and didn't waste any time. Victor was easy to communicate with over the phone and the workers that were sent over were friendly, careful, and addressed any additional instructions. The quote for the job was also very fair (have moved several times in the last few years) and there were no hidden additional fees. Thank you.

I wanted to take this moment to say something about Alex and Mike. They were so fantastic and so professional. I have never experienced any workers quite like them. They were so good and very careful with all of my treasures, and really took the time to protect everything and wrap everything very carefully. We are so incredibly grateful for the standard with which Alex and Mike did everything, and want to make sure that they are highly commended.

Gary the first contact was, clearly spoken, calm and not rushed. For many of us sending our pianos to new homes is quite emotional. I imagine that many of us do not communicate through the computer that well either. He was patient through the whole process. I was sending two pianos to two different sons in two very opposite directions. When the men arrived at the scheduled time they were clean, organized, efficient with each move, protecting my treasured pianos like they were made of china. They were careful in my home to not topple anything and let things back in the space the had been when they arrived. The lead man was organized with the paperwork. And then on to the next house for the second piano. I have much gratitude for how my property and myself were treated. Delivery was as they promised; fast, no damages, friendly and responsive staff. I was pleased and would definitely ship a piano with them again.

I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for the way you treated my father during his move. He is not easy to deal with. After the move all he talked about was how much attention your workers gave to his possessions. Which I really appreciate and so did he. Much appreciated.

Over the past 20 years, I have had 4 corporate relocation's. A couple were satisfactory, but above and beyond, this experience with your company was the best. I've been living in the Toronto area for almost 46 years now and have relocated at least 5 times. I've been lucky in the fact that every overall moving experience was pleasant with different moving companies, I have never seen such professional individuals like Martin and Vlad. They were organized, friendly and knowledgeable. They cared about my household goods like their own! I especially want to mention Martin, who I think possesses an excellent leadership quality. I wanted to share my experience with their supervisors and hopefully recognize them for the hard work they do every day!

I just used Miracle Movers for my move and they did an excellent job. Their upfront quoted price was the most reasonable and, at the end of the move, there were NO HIDDEN COSTS AND NO EXTRA CHARGES. They were also very responsive before and throughout the move. They are friendly and very easy to communicate with. At the day of the actual move, the movers (Mike and his colleague) wrapped and boxed some of my items that were unwrapped (or poorly packaged by me). Parking also took longer than expected at the new apartment due to downtown traffic which stretched out the move by about 30 mins - 45mins. Having moved 4 times in Toronto, this has been my BEST experience so far. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Mike's crew - you won't be disappointed!

I have been planning to move to a senior citizen assisted living for so long. I could not handle the cleaning, shoveling and mowing the lawn. Chartwell recommended me to choose the mover they regularly use, because so many companies called me and it was really hard for me to know who says what. The best decision was choosing miracle movers and then have them come over. They were not the cheapest one but I felt good and they were honest. How hard is to move you must choose a movers that will help you make it less stressful and not lie to you with their small print. MIRACLE MOVERS WAS REALLY AWESOME! I'm happy I don't need to move again, thumbs Up!

I spoke to John about my needs and a time frame was agreed upon. Unfortunately, I needed to change the date which he accommodated. I didn't have to lift a finger. My movers did one hell of a job! I was very impressed with what they did considering how big, heavy, and fragile my items were, and they had to move them through very small staircase at delivery too! Great job! Great guys! I am exceedingly happy with the service provided for my recent move. The team that was sent out were great. They were smart about how they took stock of where all the inventory to be moved were located at the starting address, organized the loading of the truck, and excellent at dealing with minor issues - they had to move the truck twice at the destination address because the apartment complex structure is awkwardly situated with the loading door next to the underground parking entrance/exit. They also had an issue with the ramp on their truck but they were able to work around that. They even finished the job earlier than anticipated! I am extremely happy with how it all played out.

Dear Miracle, I wanted to let you know that Danika did a terrific job organizing the move at our residence today. She was efficient, detail oriented and asked very helpful questions. I really appreciate her efforts. In addition, the crew which was sent out today performed in an outstanding manner on all facets of this project. They were handling old antiques and numerous art pieces, portraits and family heirlooms plus assorted sizes of boxes and bags - All of which I needed placed in different locations between our two garages. I was so impressed that over a period of 5 or so hours they consistently worked extremely hard-plus they were courteous, polite, pleasant, careful and thorough the entire time. I would like to request this same crew in a few weeks when we finish our upstairs renovation - not only because of the above, but also due to their knowing exactly where the items have been placed-and on their next visit we have to reinstall everything back upstairs. Thank you so much for accommodating us. It was an extremely efficient job.

Worth every penny! The office team and moving crew were all amazing. We had a big move- 2 trucks and 6 movers- and they handled the job wonderfully. I've moved many times and though this was my biggest move it was also the easiest. The movers were quick but handled all of our stuff with care. If they weren't sure about something they asked and could not do enough to accommodate us. They even handled the most awkward basement stairs ever created, with ease. The movers' energy and positivity never dropped off even at the end of a long hard day. I highly recommend Miracle Movers!

I was worried about the crew showing up on time, they did, protected our floors/furniture, and started moving my stuff straightaway! Next day delivery was done in excellent time. Miracle Movers did an excellent job! They delivered boxes ahead of time so I could pack. And on moving day they packed all my wardrobe boxes carefully and provided special wrapping for my fragile items like large mirrors, TV, and artwork. The team was super helpful and handled every detail of my move including assembling my bed and media console. They were super friendly as well! I would highly recommend them!
