I always wanted to learn violin and decided right before Covid to start lessons with Mira. I have had only the best experience. She is a fantastic violinist and teacher. She is always very flexible to accommodate my need for virtual lessons and/or in person lessons due to work and life travel. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Mira is an excellent violin teacher. I am an older adult, beginner violin student and she is able to easily adapt her teaching style to students of all ages. She is very kind and patient. She is also a brilliant violinist and very well qualified academically. Mira is very good with young children, teenagers and adults. Her lessons are fun and inspirational!

Mira has been my violin teacher for the past 2&1/2 years. As an adult learner with no prior experience and a busy schedule, I was looking for someone who really knew how to effectively teach violin and not just play violin. I am happy to say that I found that person in Mira. Mira is a 'violinist' teacher. By that I mean she is a teacher who is a true violinist - she is not a piano or guitar teacher who also happens to 'teach' violin. She has an intimate connection with the violin and draws on that connection and her vast experience to quickly identify my learning issues and propose solutions to keep my progress moving forward.

As far as lessons are concerned, Mira does not waste time; she knows how to pace the lessons so that I am not overwhelmed. She is particularly attentive and does not miss anything. She knows how to give proper encouragement, but will also let you know where you need to work to improve. And she does all of this with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

If you are serious about learning to play the violin, Mira is the teacher you need.

Mira is an absolutely incredible teacher and violinist! We feel very lucky that we found her. Our daughter is quite picky, but Mira won her over instantly! From the very beginning, Mira's attentiveness and personalized approach to each child impressed us. As a mother of two, I also greatly appreciate how flexible she is with class rescheduling.

In just six months, our daughter made a great progress under Mira's guidance and participated in two concerts. She enjoys every class!

Mira knows how to find a unique approach to every child. She is very organized, dedicated, consistent yet very gentle, kind and patient with her students. You will never hear her shouting at her students. My daughter always feels inspired after her lessons. Also Mira develops her lessons based on unique needs and capabilities of her students, that's why her students achieve great results. I was honestly surprised how quickly my daughter started playing her first melodies on violin. Mira is hands down the best violin teacher!
