Our experience with Miska was less than enjoyable, at best. Our budget was $20k for an enclosed trailer and we were treated like we were unwanted, an annoyance. The girl at the front desk (I say girl because a "woman" doesn't act so immature) gave us attitude because we were asking questions. Then we dealt with "Doug" who couldn't have been any more disingenuous, nothing but sarcasm and irritation. We took our business elsewhere and happily spent $27k for what we were looking for, and we were treated as customers should be treated.with kindness and genuine appreciation.

The people we dealt with at Miska have no people skills and we completely wasted our time, there.

Great, customer service, Rick is very informative makes sure all aspects of the trailers are safe and in perfect operating condition. Just had our annual inspection, fair price and great service as always.

I bought a 16 foot enclosed trailer hee roughly 2 years ago. Brand new. Paid close to 20k at the time. And this is what's left of the hinges on the back ramp door.

I bought my enclosed trailer at Miska Trailer Factory in November 2022. But shortly after my new pick up truck got stolen and I could not take delivery on the trailer as scheduled. It took almost 3 months to get a new truck. I have to say that all this time stuff from Miska Trailer Factory kept in touch with me and they stored the trailer till my situation got sorted out. From the first moment that I walked into the show room and inquired about the trailer till I picked it up there was no pressure, everyone was helpful and informative. And the price was great. Highly recommended.

My 5 ton galvanized dump trailer I own half of came back in worse shape then when it went in I do not recommend miska or Jason longley very disappointed at service and quality of work I’m still missing galvanized welds my solar panel, and for some reason have been axle caps when they said I need a whole new set of axles so I paid for garbage

I purchased 3 trailers from miska, product quality and service has steadily declined. The quality of my last trailer was very poor. Trying to contact people there by phone is almost impossible! I won’t be buying another one from them.

Purchased a used utility trailer today. Jason was great. Took me around the whole compound showing me various sizes & models of trailers & did a great job explaining all the differences & the pros and cons for what I was looking for.

Miska Trailers are the real deal. Needed a construction equipment trailer right away. Called them at 11am and left a message with their sales department. Was called back 15 mins later by Billy Luscom (sales rep), 30 mins after that bill of sale emailed and deposit taken. Set to pick up my new equipment trailer tomorrow at 3pm. Awesome!

I drove 2 hrs to miska trailers yesterday. Pulled up in my new 100.000 dollar pick up, with 10,000 in my pocket. The girl at the desk (very pleasant) told me no sales people to talk to. Only on line sales.

Everyone I dealt with at Miska was awesome. Steve, my sales person went above and beyond answering all my questions and giving updates on the process. The crew at the Dartmouth pickup location were super friendly and easy to get along with. They gave the run down on the trailer, insisted on helping me hook up to the trailer.

Me and my husband did not have a good experience with miska trailers what so ever and the 2022 gd miska trailer that we bought from theme was suppose to be brand new. This is not the trailer we first seen! They switched the trailer to something else because there was not one bit of rust on the trailer we seen apart from on the sides where the bolts are and where the metal meets together there was rust i believe leaking from the sides. Since the first phone call to picking up the trailer it has been a complet disaster. Being pushed aside and Doug the salesman was trying to discuss how we run our business and how they run there's wich is none of there business. Paul is a complet nightmare told our finance gentleman off and threw our phone along with slamming his door. I was promised to pick up our trailer two days ago. We stayed at a hotel to even get the trailer that next day. Doug called me to yell at me and tell me that the deal was being canceled and that they were refunding us the money back. So I hung up and drove back home i have four children. I then got a call from a lady named Ashley stating I could come and pick up my trailer. Three days we drove back and forth from noelville to miska trailers. Not one time did they care that they were giving me the run around. The price of gas right now is ridiculous. They also tried to tell me that I had to go and pay and pick up the plates and pay for the gas again. So Unreal how they treated us. Not impressed at all. We got our trailer yesterday and we have not put anything in the trailer yet except for the ladders and a few other things so there is no way in one night it grew all this rust. Please do not buy anything from theme. It is not worth the heartache.

We ordered a custom, 5 x 10 SA Utility. It was completed and we picked it up weeks ahead of the promised date. Thank you Billy and the entire team for a great ordering and pick up experience. Our dog appreciated the attention and snacks. This trailer is built to last and will be around working for a long time. Looks great too.

Great product but my buying experience left much to be desired. Went through everything from having my application lost for a week, lack of response to emails or voice-mail, to having delivery missed in the financing, resulting in having to go pick it up so nothing else went wrong. I am happy with my new trailer, but the buying experience was not what I had hoped.

What a great overall experience. The Miska team helped me choose exactly what I needed. Fast turn around time, heavy duty trailer, well built and well priced. (16' x 80" galvanized tandem landscaper) Delivery was excellent. Can't say enough good about the overall experience. Thanks!

Miska were great to deal with. I had a small issue once I got my trailer home and it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. After sales service is always important and was very impressed with how they responded. The 5 ton dump is perfect for my needs and couldn't be happier.

Terrible trailer no quality controll i think mine was built by a child, all welds were black some had holes blown right through the metal wireing was all just cobbled up had to repair already bolt holes not drilled strait as if someone drunk built in there home garage late on delivery
warning stay away one year later and fenders fell off and repair more wires terrible, forgot to mention that brakes failed because of improper install, when you put a 2000 lb utv on trailer at highway speeds, [rated for 5600lbs] the frame comes down hit the brake line and broke them off, brake lines were roughly 3-4 inches above axle should b same level as axle or bit lower so this does not happen, just cant believe this was built like this trailer has roughly 500 miles, they want me to pay another 1000 $ for there mistakes, just cant believe it

Poor customer service when phone is answered of questions you have to call each time even though you are in their yard, the sales person had no interest in coming out of the air conditioned building to sell. Told us everything is sold in yard 8 weeks for delivery.

I bought a dump trailer from miska, I’ve had it about 1 week and so far it’s great, no complaints, great service when I picked it up, the sales rep (Billy) was great and got me what I needed and even called me a few days after I picked it up to make sure I was happy. They also set the hitch up for you so the trailer sits level on your truck which was nice. Ill definitely be going back for my next trailer. I highly recommend Miska.

For the last year I was looking to purchase a small dump trailer, searched Kijiji and Facebook Market Place daily with no luck for a decent trailer at a reasonable price. I decided to obtain a quote from Miska Trailer Factory and dealt with Sales Manager Paul Burns. Bottom line, I purchased an amazing new dump trailer. From the very beginning dealing with Paul was a pleasure to say the least. Paul was very responsive to my emails and respectful to my many questions. Recently bought. 3 axle equipment trailer well built trailer but awkward loading of equipment was on a time line all I could find they tried longer ramps still awkward loading just not a great setup for my needs disappointed with the solution was told the change would take 30 min but was 3.5 hours aswell will not be keeping this trailer

I had very specific requirements, and a tight timeline for purchasing a trailer and looked all over Ontario to find one that met all of my needs. Ultimately it was Doug from Miska Trailers that found one meeting all of my critical requirements, and at a fair price.

When I picked it up, there was a minor error on the invoice that I noticed at the last minute, and it took a while to get it resolved. It was resolved while I was there, so I have no reason to believe that it was anything other than an honest mistake. They corrected on the spot.

Overall, I am very happy with the trailer. It is a high quality product and the service was top notch; especially considering the current hardships imposed by the COVID situation. I would recommend considering purchasing from Miska trailers for anyone who asked me.

This review is to do with sales of Miska trailers.   I called and ordered a 5 x 10 homeowner trailer.   I gave a $1000 deposit over the phone.   I changed my mind about purchasing the trailer the next day and called them as soon as possible to cancel.   The salesman said he had to talk to the Sales manager.   The salesman called me and said I was lucky. The Sales manager will let me cancel but they are charging me an Administrative fee in and out of $200.   I tried to speak with the salesman and relay that I thought that was too much.   They stood tall on it and said I was lucky to get a refund of my deposit at all, because it is usually not refundable.   It was not like I called and cancelled 2 weeks later on a custom trailer. Pretty common trailer and it was the next day.   The sales manager called me to explain the $200 charge (not a good explaination) and hoped it would not affect any future purchase of a trailer from Miska?  Of course it will.  How could it not. Warning to anyone purchasing a Miska trailer, make sure of your purchase and the money you put down.   Very disappointed with Miska Trailers.

Very happy with the sales and service from entire crew at miska. Now have 2 heavy duty custom dumps built to my spec which are great. Definitely a difference in quality and engineering when they tow and perform as these do. A few little issues with one which were quickly and professionally repaired, nice to buy Canadian built with excellent before and after sale service.

While searching for a trailer for our Polaris Slingshot, my wife found this company. The majority of my communications was through Jason Longley, the Sales Manager. Because the Polaris Slingshot is a relatively new vehicle, attention to detail was paramount when it came to designing and fabricating the custom trailer. While there were just a couple of hiccups (which were expected on such a custom fabrication) along the way, Jason and I worked through them together. Jason is one top-notch professional when it comes to customer service and delivering on his word. I would have no hesitation whatsoever referring Miska Trailers.

They got so busy that customer service is not their priority any more, got quoted $2000 for same trailer that I bought 3 years ago and it all, they didn't want to sell me parts for trailer that I bought from them, I ended up buying same trailer from another company for $3000 less.

After having an absolutely horrible experience at one of their competitors I came to Miska to buy a trailer.
Right from the beginning I was treated well, Brad Martin at sales was super knowledgable and willing to help and answer all my questions I told Brad about my experience with a different trailer dealer out of Strathroy Ont. Brad told me that my custom trailer would take about two weeks but that he maybe could get it done for me in 1 week. 1 week later I picked up my new custom trailer. The trailer is well built and the service I received is top notch. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a trailer to check out Miska 1st. From Brad at sales to the 2 guys that hook up the trailer everyone was great and whole process was easy and smooth.

Immediately got an email saying it was ordered, then shortly after got another one stating it was being shipped. Delivery said Friday and I got it Thursday. This is my first time dealing with Miska trailers and I'm just thrilled driving away with a brand new 5 x 10 enclosed aluminum Neo trailer. I was introduced to Kyle Attard, (who I'd like to call Matthew McConaughey) who is very knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process of showing me sample trailer sizes, ordering, right up to pick-up time. I know it's a difficult time nowadays with what is happening out there today but everyone one I spoke to from Geraldine Kearns in Administration, along with Nicole Smith, and if my memory serves me well I believe it was Steve during the final hook-up (my apologies if I'm incorrect on the last name) were all awesome. Finally let me say Mr Miska if you ever have thoughts on letting Kyle go you'd be a fool.

Miska Trailer has provided me with all of my commercial trailers for many years. I continually go back to them based on their unprecedented customer service and attention to their customers.

Today, Paul went OUT OF HIS WAY for me AGAIN to ensure that I was back on the road as quickly as possible. They always try to help and never say "NO" unless there is no other option - they are always solution selling.
