Got my eyelashes done by Dezi and as always no matter what she does it came out perfect. She is so amazing I tell her what I want, ask for her opinion and she makes sure it compliments my face. Thanks Dezi and I will definitely see you in the New Year!

This is my second time getting my lashes done at Miss J lash lounge. Had my lashes done by Amelia. I got the Elegant Bella full set. I’m very happy with my lashes:) Amazing service!

My regular lash girl is was away on holiday when half of my lashes on one eye were ruined (my fault, as I slept in truly poor fashion NOT conducive to lash extension health). I always go by recommendation but had to Google this time, which almost never works out in the best way. Amelia was able to take me next day to remove the remaining old lashes and give me a new set. Not only did she thoroughly review the look that I wanted, but checked in with me every step of the way through the removal process to ensure it was virtually pain-free (the solution used to remove lashes can cause irritation) AND ensured I was comfortable (offered me water, etc.) before she began execution on the new set. The space itself is also really lovely (glamourous, in fact) and I fell asleep several times (which showcases just how comfortable the whole experience was).:) I love and am loyal to my lash girl but this will be a staple alternative for me if she is ever solidly booked or out of the country again. Thank you, Amelia, for taking care of me! I appreciated your professionalism and expertise more than you know.

My go-to for getting my lashes lifted and tinted. This is my third time going and I've had different technicians each time. Each visit was 100% Thank you!

Prior to a recent vacation, I went in March 2023 for eyebrow lash lift and tint as well for tinting my eyebrows. Both services were great, but I really fell in love with the lash lift and tint that lasted me longer than any other that I had received in the past. Lash lift could still be noticed after almost 4 weeks even though I was swimming during part of my vacation. The lounge itself has a great relaxing vibe so you feel extra pampered. Thank you! Will definitely be back!

Kayla did a fantastic job on my lash extensions! She really listened to what I wanted and my lashes turned out perfectly. The salon is a cute and comfortable vibe.

This was my first ever experience with lash tint+lift and I am blown away by how wonderful they look! Kayla was so kind and did a fantastic job! I’m so excited to have beautifully curled lashes for the next 6-8 weeks:)

I just wish they had someone with indian/Pakistani or Persian style threading for eyebrow shaping. I find threading in some Indian small outlets much swift and cleaner and there's definitely talent in Toronto that can do that and definitely demand also.

Overall good and courteous experience but just improvement in threading services can make this the best place.

Went to see Kayla a few weeks ago & again today, and I think it’s safe to say she’s amazing. Not only did she nail my lashes, but she’s also so sweet & easy to talk to. I already booked my next refill & you should too!

I enjoy going to J's for services. It's so relaxing that you fall asleep and wake up so much prettier than when you arrived! It's such a pretty place too! I 1000% recommend, it's a great place too to just unplug from life. Dezi always does a perfect job with my lashes.

Awful experience! I lifted my eyebrows there! They burnt my skin and half of my eyebrows is falling down still after 3 weeks I have pain and itchy skin! I went to Dr 3 times in vacation and in Toronto but still on pain.
I called 2 times and no one is responding me

I'd always wanted to try extensions, so I looked to see which place had the best reviews, and Miss J came out on top, for good reason. It’s a beautiful space, with such a relaxing atmosphere, and everyone is really friendly. Crystal is my go-to lash technician, and I’ve had nothing but an exceptional experience each time I’ve gone. You really get quality service at a reasonable price. There are places closer to me, but I’ll choose to go to Miss J because it’s well worth the trip.

The ambiance is great…the neutral yet industrial mixed with contemporary is a great aesthetic. At first glance the furnishings looked as if it was a sort of sitting/waiting area. But then the technician gets comfortable and explains exactly what they offer. Gives you options and invited any questions or concerns. The chairs then becomes converted into beds. So relaxing, easy and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend. The ladies are lovely!

Beautiful location. Maya did my brow lamination, she was knowledgeable, professional, and fast. She did a fabulous job.

I went for lash extensions and maya was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She did an amazing job! They don’t look too much and they don’t look too subtle either! Perfectly done:)

The best lash salon in the area. So comfy and clean! You are met with a smile, offered a water, and get to relax on a really cosy chair. My lashes are done by Dezi and always turn out perfect! 10/10 recommend.

Can say after 5 total lash extensions in my life (3 J Lash, 2 Mync Yorkville) that all J Lash extensions looked better, felt better, and lasted longer. I'm officially a regular now. Thanks, Kayla!

This place is lovely. It’s clean, comfortable, and the staff are so nice! Had a lash lift and tint by Jasmine and I’ll never go anywhere else for my lashes now! She did an awesome job.no stinging at all which I have always gotten at other places!

I went to MissJ and had two amazing staff (Jasmine & Crystal). Jasmine makes you feel very comfortable and helps you figure out what style is best suited for you. She did truly amazing Volume Barbie lashes that I couldn’t even feel when wearing them (so nice)! My next visit I decided I wanted even bigger so I got Lavish Lady lashes by Crystal. They are so so volume and I’m again so in love. Crystal even got excited with me when she was finished. I again can barley feel them on my face

All in all, great experience every time I go here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I went here for a lash lift and tint today and the tech was super gentle and careful to explain each step as I hadn’t had this done before. The space is really cute and comfortable, I’ll definitely be going back to the distillery district location.

I had an amazing experience getting eyelash extensions for the first time from Crystal. She was so helpful when I called to book my appointment, and she did a fantastic job with my lashes. They look natural but way better and so gorgeous! Highly recommend Miss J. All their 5 star reviews are true.

I went in for a lash lift and it was an amazing experience overall! The salon is chic and the lounge chairs are just the most comfortable ever.
My service was so smooth, I couldn’t not even feel anything. It felt like I put on an eye mask and took a nap.
So so happy with the results of my lash lift and an overall great experience!

Dezi is the BEST. She is so skilled and efficient at everything she does. I see her every 2-3 weeks for my lashes and every 6-8 for my brows. I have been to a lot of lash studios in the GTA and this is by far my favourite. It's so comfortable and calm. I even sneak in a little nap when I'm there. 10/10

Got my eyelashes done twice by Dezi and I'm very happy with the results. She is so professional and quick and the glue she used didn't cause any irritation to my sensitive eyes. Will definitely be back!

Had a great experience with Dezi today. I got a set of natural lash extensions and they look great. Space is really clean and modern. You get to relax on lazy boys and are welcomed with water and a macaron! Will definitely go back.

This is the cleanest, coolest, most relaxing lash place I have ever been too. Jasmine did an amazing job. Will return and highly recommend.

This place is amazing, I love the vibe! Jasmine is so sweet and one of the fastest lash technician I've ever had (and i've had my fair share of lash extensions). She is also incredibly thoughtful and advised against extra services I booked (no such thing as up selling) I wish i can always go to this place for extensions but unfortunately I m only in Toronto for a short time. I wish i can find some place in California that's just as good

Amazing place. Extremely clean. They offer a highly Professional services. The chairs are super comfortable, and the place is super clean and organized. I only get my brows done but usually see other customers with their lashes, and they look astonishing!

I get my lashes done every 2-3 weeks from the amazing Jasmine and she’s so gentle and professional. I fall asleep every time and she just carries on and gently wakes me when she’s done. My lashes always look beautiful ️ She definitely knows what she is doing

Recently I’ve started switched to getting extensions done by Desi and the quality is phenomenal! My refills easily last over a month and always remain intact. Desi is very attentive to detail and very knowledgeable. Love love love this place!

Dezi is a lash master! She is so gentle, quick, and my lashes always look amazing afterwards. The lash studio itself is so comfortable, LOVE those lazy-z-boy recliners. It is tastefully decorated and very clean. All techs wear masks which as a nurse, I appreciate.

I visited Miss J lash lounge for the first time today and absolutely loved my experience. I’ve been getting my lashes done for four years now, and Dezi did the best set of hybrid lashes I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back, and will be referring friends.

Got my eyelashes done first by Jasmine and then by Crystal. The style I got was Russian Volume Barbie. First off, I'm very happy with the results. Secondly, I've gotten lash extensions from a number of places over the years, and I have to say this has been my most comfortable experience getting lashes, ever. Those chairs are really, REALLY soft, and they have a chilled out playlist going on, so the time goes by fast. 10/10!

Got threading, lash lift tint & eye brow tint with Dez. Location is beautiful. Dez was very nice and explained all my options for the services I hadn't received before. Will definitely be back.

I have been seeing Dezi for lash extensions since January and my lashes have never looked better. I consistently get comments on how beautiful my lashes look and have had several other beauty professionals comment on how incredibly natural my lashes look. The space is absolutely beautiful and I cannot recommend Miss J Lash Lounge enough.

I’ve written a review before but I’d like to write another. Every experience I’ve had here since September has been amazing. I’ve seen Jasmine and I’ve seen Dezi, and both are extremely knowledgeable in what they do and super sweet! If you’ve never had a particular service before, they make sure to walk you through everything they are doing and explain it so that you understand and you’re comfortable. Both are quick and do a perfect job every time! I can’t imagine going somewhere else to get my lashes done. Not only is the place realllllyyy cute and tastefully decorated, but they have the MOST comfy recliner chairs to sit in while you get your service done and not to mention, you receive a complimentary water and chocolate! I always look forward to my appointments at Miss J and would highly recommend anyone that works here:) Thank you ladies!
