Mission Store

Love this thrift store. I do my best to donate to thrift stores that offer vouchers to the people who truly need them, and this is one of them. Not to mention, you get a coupon for a discount on your purchase when you donate. Staff are always kind and attentive. Weekly sales where they discount specific tag colours. Highly recommend.

Darn, after submitting a 5 star review earlier today, I popped in to browse a bit. It’s so disappointing when thrifting and you see something priced higher than the original price tag, like this photo paper originally from Dollarama. Major bummer.

Great prices, found a lot of nice brand named clothes there. Prices are cheaper then I have ever seen. Friendly staff and family friendly place.

This is our favorite thrift store. We frequent thrift stores for many of our clothing needs (adult, kids and baby). I will say this thrift store is by far the most organized. Their prices are awesome. And the staff are super friendly.
Donating is also painless and they give a 30% discount coupon for donating.

Love you guys! This is like my second home. If I could, I would set up a tent and never leave hahaha. I say “I’ll be 15min in the store” but realistically I’m like an hour scoping out the place.

I do like this store, usually the workers here are pretty nice.

I'm annoyed there's no washroom, I usually walk 30-40 minutes and there's literally no where for me to go to washroom.

I usually try to before I leave, but sometimes creates awkward situations.

This place has great prices but often very little choice. I know they depend on donations so give your used items to this quaint thrift shop!

I believed in their cause very much. But asking them to come for a pick up for delivery is a waste of time. Not only do you take the time to pack boxes up for them to take but then they expect you to take it to ground level. That's just as bad as going to a store and paying for bags after you spend money on their products. So they won't come because I can't take the boxes outside even after I told them I am disabled and cannot do what they ask. What is with the bad attitude of retail stores and worse, second hand stores. Although they have a good cause for where the money goes to which I understand is the Men's Mission, they really don't want to work for it. Take your stuff somewhere else.

Prices really, great selection of appliances like coffee makers - I got an electric beater for 6$ that works amazing - making whipped body butter with it that I hope to market one day?

I still suggest to wash everything you buy that cloth, hot water - as i find london has a huge crisis of bed bugs and other infestations

Friendly staff!

Tis a thrift store but a good one. Super friendly staff in a large store. The selection is great for women's clothing, a fair bit smaller for men. The boutique section is a nice touch. You'll never have a problem finding parking. Tim Hortons is in the same parking lot. A variety store is next door. A clean organized store that is worth a visit.

This is one of my go to spots! I love reducing my carbon footprint by buying good quality used items whenever possible and always find great treasures here. The store is clean and well lit, the staff are helpful, and there are so many items! Make this your first stop when looking to replace or add items to your home or wardrobe!
Donations are easy to drop off, and always welcome.

I have volunteered with the store for almost the last 6 years. We the volunteers (we are all mainly volunteers) enjoy working here and the company of each other. As I work pricing household/treasures as I call them it is amazing what is donated. We at times are truly astounded at items that we price for the store that have the original price still on it knowing our price will be no where close. I have a small sign I picked up at the store that says "a bargin is something you don"t need at a price you can"t resist". That's partially why some come, it's all about the hunt. Many come because we offer goods they need at a price they can afford. After all, Mission Services of London is a charity.

I have had the pleasure of working with Burton at this location. I have found our interactions to be pleasant and engaging, his professionalism and passion shine through.

I walked into the store today May 24th around 5: 30, I had my 20 month old son with me. I had my diaper bag with me and when I walk in an employee named carol says “you need to take that off”. She gave a very nasty tone and it was completely uncalled for. I understand about the backpack rule because of theft, but I didn’t see a sign so she shouldn’t of been so rude. So I said “it’s a diaper bag, and it has my wallet, diapers, snacks wipes etc. In it, I’d rather not take it off. She then replied it’s a rule and you need to follow it, you can take the stuff out” do you really expect me to take all of those things out of my bag. Carry them plus my son and then the items I planned on buying. I went to the store to grab stuff and not be rushed but that’s exactly what happened. I’m a Child and Youth worker and to be treated in a manner like this is uncalled for and unethical, ESPECIALLY with The Mission Store who is supposed to be helping people in need and making a difference in the community. I’m completely disappointed in the way I was treated by Carol and will not be returning and for future clients I will be bringing them to another mission store.

First time here. Mid sized thrift store that is well organized and clean. Staff was very helpful but they did hover a little. Considering the area it is in this is understandable.
Great selection and prices in housewares. Men's clothes were fairly priced but the selection not great. I'll be back and recommend this store.

Love the store and make donations of my gently used things all the time to help give back to my community.

Good finds but you really have to look for them.really fun shopping experience and nice staff.most of the clothes are in great conditon.
