Dr Paul and Dr Matthew Walker have been our vets for a long time. They're compassionate and reasonable people who are pet owners themselves. They offer a judgement free approach and help discuss difficult decisions with compassion and understanding.

All of the doctors and staff are so kind and knowledgeable. By far the best veterinarian experience I’ve ever had.

I love this place. Always friendly and helpful, even if it’s last minute. My dog doesn’t even get scared to go!

The most amazing team of Doctors, Techs and assistants that any clinic has ever put together, we are so blessed to be able to have our Shar-Pei crew looked after by this team. Thank you again and we look forward to our next check up

From the moment you enter you are greeted warmly & professionally. I have nothing negative to say.

Father and son team Dr's Paul & Matt are the best around. A few years ago they took on an additional 2 female vet's who also live up to their standards. Never before have I heard of a place that after your pet has had a major (or minor) procedure that they call to see how they're doing! Extremely personable and caring!

Terrible place, terrible doctors, they tell their recrptionists to lie, they discriminate if you have not been there before, or they think you go elsewhere.
The doctor is very egotistical and does not care about anything but money. They increased all theirs prices durring the pandemic! Shisters!

After struggling with Covid19, and all its aspects these people were less than kind. I do not recommend.
Phoney care, phoney doctors.

I had been giing here for over 10 years but unfortunately I just left for a new vet.
Both Dr Walker vets are incredible.
But as they bring on new vets, they have begun to treat their patients terrible.

After bringing my 14 year old dog in to get looked at for mouth surgery because she stopped eating, I got no follow up, and when I called back they told me a 4 week wait for an estimate. Only for them to call back the next day to say they have an opening for her surgery the next day which I was unable to attend on such short notice.

When I called back a week later to follow up on her vaccines, I told them I took her to a different vet for the tooth service since they couldn't accommodate and my senior dog needed to eat.and the receptionists response was asking if I wanted close her account. Why am I calling for a different service if I wanted to close an account?
WEll now I do want to close her account. And my other 2 dogs as well.

Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else unless you get to see Dr Paul Walker or Dr Matt Walker

Dr. M Walker is a lovely compassionate and kind veterinarian. Our experience with end of life care was very peaceful and positive. The whole experience was very positive including all staff we spoke to. Highly recommend this animal care facility.

I always have the best time working with the Mississauga Animal Hospital. I've been taking my two (now senior) weenie dogs here since I got them and I have always gotten the best service. From reception (timely email and phone call responses) to the fantastic doctors on site. They really care about all the pets that come through their doors - thank you Mississauga Animal Hospital!?

Love the vets and staff here, very attentive and helpful and always provide the top service for our dogs.

Mississauga Animal Hospital has been our family's Vetenarian since the first house call. Looking after 3 of our pets over the past 15+ years we couldn't thank them enough for their care and professionalism.

Everything about this veterinarian's office is fantastic: the doctors are so knowledgeable and the staff are so friendly with my dog. They do everything they can to try and fit you in it for an appointment as soon as possible.

Vet gave my dog some heartworm pills to take last year which has an expiry date of July 2022 typed on the envelope.
Drug packaging has an expiry date of Feb 2022.
Should have examined the contents right away to address.my bad.
No problem. I thought I would just go in and explain their oversight and get a replacement stock.
I am not asking for a refund.but to replace the same pills with a current expiry date.
Wrong! Stef lectured me that pills must be taken once they are prescribed.
Whaaaat? ! Not the point. You sold me something with incorrect labeling.
Vet refused to budge.
No issues for me really as vets are a dime a dozen.even good ones.
My friends and colleagues that go to you with their dogs were surprised at my experience.
And honestly.so was I.
All this for what?
$30 worth of pills at retail? !
Sad.
Unfortunately you have lost more than the value of those pills.

Been going to Dr walker since my very 1st dog almost 28 years ago. My 2nd dog goes there now. Always friendly and gentle with my dog. Recommend to everyone.

It is your best friends heaven on Earth.
This is absolutely the most amazing animal hospital in this province if not country, without a doubt.
From the doctors to the staff, they are gods and angels.
I have 4 dogs that i can completely rest assured are physically taken care off in their hands more than my own.
Even with my rabbit, they helped me go to the best help there is as they only take care of cats and dogs.

In conclusion, The doctors and nurses are worth their weight in gold and diamonds with their knowledge, care, customer service and the support through every situation big or small.

When it comes to my pets needs they got it covered. Can be busy at times but vets are very informative and understanding. Woud recommend if you are having a hard time deciding on a vet.

Staff and doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent layout for the clinic with multiple exam rooms. Real care for animal welfare including follow up calls in the following days to check on the pet. Thankful to have this clinic in our community.

Extremely attentive staff. You can tell that the team loves animals. I felt extremely safe leaving my cat with them for a minor surgery. They also keep track of all the vaccination timings and make sure to keep me up to date!

I wanted to make an appointment for a simple vaccination reminder. I was asked for 3 phone numbers and incredible information for a simple vaccine, it's totally ridiculous. For a simple process like this, it is better to find another place in Mississauga or Toronto.

I brought my cat in as a new patient, and they were able to see him same day, which is very hard to do. My cat is also a very timid and scared little guy, but the vets there were so gentle with him, he was surprisingly relaxed! I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Paul Walker & staff have and continue to be dedicated to health and well being for all animals! They provide superb professional services, detailed instructions to clients for ongoing healthcare to pets! I highly recommended Mississauga Animal Hospital, I have been rescuing abused/abandoned/stray cats for 20+ years, and this is the only place to go!

Without a doubt the best veterinary clinic in all of Ontario! I've been a client of Dr. Matt's since 2014 when my oldest dog Gus was a puppy. We've since moved hours away from his practice but still make the drive just to stay in his care.

Not only is he kind and calm with both of my dogs but he's incredibly patient with my husband and I, as well. We never feel rushed or pressured while in his office and truly leave feeling informed and well taken care of every time.

During COVID I would typically feel stressed about leaving my dogs alone to be examined on their own as they're both naturally quite anxious. Knowing that the Mississauga Animal Hospital team is there with them makes it so much easier to handle! My appointment today was an absolute breeze.

I have been going here for years and also started my career here. Covid has caused some heartache as you have to just hand over your pet and wait for a phone call but understandable do to the current condition. Recently we took our kitten for her first vaccines and could not be happier with Dr. Matt was amazing.

I have been to this hospital for checkups and much tougher situations over the years. They have always been so compassionate and gentle with my cats and kind to me.

This is the best Vet I have been to. They are thorough and absolutely care about their furry patients. I have taken my dog here for about 4 years. I always feel they serve the best interests of my dog and if you have any concerns, they will always reach-out. Many thanks to this great team!

We love this vet clinic. We have two siamese cats, Felfel and Keshmesh and we’ve been taking them here for the past 4 years and the two doctors in the clinic have been very caring and knowledgeable. This is a clean and organized place with great staff and standard prices.

Five stars out of five. And a few extra bonus stars. 5/5 isn't high enough. Dr (s) Walker (both sr and jr) are great, and seem to really care about the animals and customers. The staff are really nice and helpful. Look no further for the best care for your cat or dog. My cat's dental disease, bad breath, and seizures are no more after being treated here. If you want your animal companion (s) healthy this is where to bring them!

Dr. Paul and Dr. Matthew are hands down the best vets I've ever had. Both are very caring with my pets and don't subscribe to over-treating or running a bunch of unnecessary tests just for the heck of it. That being said, their treatments are very effective. So glad I have them for my furry friends.

Been going there for years, both my pups adores Dr. Matthew Walker. The front reception girls are always wonderful to talk to and knowledgeable. Always a fun trip to go. Our 3 yr old recently got spayed there, the wound healed up nicely, she wasn’t in pain, she wasn’t upset or anything. Recovery has been a breeze. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service and a very clean facility. We are so glad that we have registered our pup with Mississauga Animal Hospital. Both Dr Matthew and Dr Paul are courteous and help you understand your pets needs. They even send timely reminders for all appointments and the girls at the reception are so wonderful to talk to. Nothing but great things to say about this animal hospital. Very reasonable prices and friendly staff. My puppy, Duke, was seen by Paul Walker, one of the owners. It is a family-run business with a father-son duo and I can honestly tell that they care about their patients. Paul was friendly and very understanding even though my dog was a little bit anxious in the beginning. He never treated him like with anger or aggression. He treated him like he was own and as someone who treats their puppy as their own flesh and blood - this was very comforting. He listened to what i had to say and talked me through the whole process. I cannot say enough great things about this hospital. I would definitely recommend your services to anybody! My only downfall is that i didn't come sooner. Thank you Paul! Keep up the great work! I haven't been involved with then for about 12 years but it was all good. Vet came to my home to put my dog down. Really great cause the dog. Was relaxed and we held him, even got a great price to get the ashes. He took my dog with him and called me when the ashes were ready. Great experience for me and good for my dog.
