Dr, Reham Ghareeb Metwally is a very honest, experienced and intelligent dentist.
I had very bad and complicated gum and teeth problems but she for a very fair prices did her best efforts and now I have no issues with my gums and teeth. She's very, helpful, kind, polite and friendly dentist and takes full care of her patients just like her own family members.based on my experience with her great job I highly recommending her to others.

Terrible customer service, called multiple times the emergency phone number but never get any calls back. Go to hospital instead if there is no office open as these people never Answer even after leavening multiple voicemails.

Excellent service. I had my teeth clean and was very satisfied. Very professional and clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I've been going to Dr. Reham for the past 6 months and I like how they work. The team is amazing and personable. They call to remind appts and call to offer should any earlier appts come up, of which I appreciate. Dr. Reham has been doing my fillings, and I can't complain. She even managed to save me from a root canal. I like that she didn't push for it even though I have insurance coverage because she knows she can still salvage it. I like the efficiency whenever she works on my teeth and so far everything has been well. I also like that she takes a before and after photo for me to see the difference. Their dental hygienist is also good. Overall, will keep going here for my dental needs.

Preamble:

I had had the same dentist for 43 YEARS when he retired in February 2020. I was so apprehensive about looking for a new dentist because I was now 66 and knew I would need dentures. Scary!
I waited a year and a half before I attempted to find a new dentist because of Covid. I first went to a dentist recommended by a friend. Unfortunately he didn’t do extractions. I was accustomed to my dentist being able to do everything. He was a true “dental surgeon”.

My choice:

I had driven by a cute little house on my way to a local market for years, which I noticed was a dental ‘house’.
One day I noticed it had an actual new sign! Mussissauga Dental House.
I’ll cut to the chase…. I went in and made an appointment. BEST CHOICE I EVER MADE! BEST DENTIST I’VE EVER HAD!
Dr. Metwally is not only an excellent dentist who performs every kind of dental procedure; she is also efficient, personable, caring and solves problems with ingenuity. After 9 extractions - done expertly - she went out of her way to get my dentures by Christmas.
I hated wearing them.

So Dr. Metwally came up with another solution I didn’t even know existed. (NOTE: I couldn’t afford implants)
I now have a beautiful row of upper teeth attached to my own 4 teeth with a bridge THAT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE REMOVED AND I BRUSH AND FLOSS THEM LIKE REGULAR TEETH. God bless her! People can’t believe the difference when I smile.
Her staff is WONDERFUL!
BOTTOM LINE - I CANNOT RECOMMEND DR. METWALLY ENOUGH!

Dr. Metwally and her staff are one of the best dental offices I've been too. They welcome you with a smile, stir up conversation and make you feel at ease before your treatment. Dr. Metwally is the best dentist I've ever had. She is kind, trustworthy, very honest and thorough with her work. She's fixed the damage I had with other dentists and saved my teeth from further damage. My family and I have been going to her since she moved to the area and will continue to do so. Thank you Dr. Metwally for being such a great person and dentist. We highly recommend her!

I had a great experience with this clinic in mississauga, All the staff are nice and friendly, specially Dr. Rehan is so kind, honest and professional, I am really convinced and satisfied with her work. And highly recommended this places specially for those who came new to canada like me.visit this clinic before you go somewhere else.

Had My daughters 9& 6 years old do their fillings, Dr Reham is really professional and experienced with kids.she even had to repair another filling after we had it made at another clinic and my daughter kept complaining of pain after. Dr Reham fixed it. For Myself I did cleaning and the hygienist (Fariba) is fantastic too not only uses the machine for cleaning but she works manually too to make sure every tooth is cleaned throughly. All the staff are great and the place is clean. Recommend that dental clinic for kids and adults

The workers here are some of my favorite people. Let me tell you they are welcoming and friend and always have a smile for you when you walk in. I live in different city but trust me I will find a way to get here for my appointments.

This is the best dental establishment I have ever been a patient of. ALL of the ladies make you feel comfortable and welcome to be there. It helped to calm my nerves. All of the dental work I had done was quick and very efficient, I left with lots of smiles. Thank you ladies! I couldn't have asked for better!

I've been a patient of Dr Walker for years. Since he sold the business it's gone downhill.recently had a filling done, 3 months later they told me it needed to be redone but wanted to charge full price for it. I will not be returning. I told them that they just did the filling 3 months back but they denied it. I miss Dr Walker, he used to warranty his work.these people do not and think that we are all idiots. Stay away from this place.

MDH is a great dental office with a wonderful, fun-loving, and dedicated staff! I have always felt welcomed at this office and Dr. Metwally always makes sure that my concerns are met! She is very considering and does a fabulous job in fillings and other dental procedures such as wisdom teeth.

A+ dental clinic in Mississauga. The best part, there is no surprise charges at the end of an treatment. Everything that has been done at this clinic, has been explained thoroughly including the charges which is a big issue for me since I do not have a dental coverage and I want to know what I will be paying. I was in a mess looking for a family dental office, been to a few and the amount of turn over of staff members + drs made my 10 Y/O son phobic. I'm very glad that I don't need to drag my son to dentist office after he is very comfortable with Dr. Reheem's office, knowing we would see the same faces every time we go for regular check ups. I am a visitor from Germany to work in Canada for 3 years, after having an emergency with my tooth, holding off the pain because I was scared to find a dentist in another country due to high anxiety. My co-worker, Adam suggested me to go see Dr. R and let me tell you that everyone at the office was very friendly and helped me to be pain free. Will def be going for cleanings meanwhile being in Canada.

Working with Dr. Reham has been a real pleasure. She takes the time to know her patients and give them the service they need.

Since moving to Canada (a year ago), i never had to go to a Dentist but when it was finally time to visit one i choose this specific Clinic on a friend's recommendation and i gotta say man i was nervous but the staff and the dentist were so friendly that it never felt like it was my first visit there highly recommended

Had an extraction done today, I felt nothing it was painless and the company is always plesent.
Very nice, kind & friendly environment, I was very nervous and they were very attentive and understanding. Receptionist goes above and beyond for patients overall experience is A+

I am extremely happy with the quality of service I receive at this dentist office with Dr. Reham. The staff is very thorough with everything they do. I always feel very comfortable, it is the first office I have been to that the whole team has a positive and attitude free personalities. Front desk is also helpful and knowledgeable and I do not have to worry about exceeding my benefit limits.
Another thing I was amazed with was that Dr. Saffar pulled my daughter's wisdom teeth within 30m. I was just shocked the way he made my daughter feel comfortable and it was painless for her. When my son pulled his wisdom teeth out it took the other dentist we were at 2 hours.

I appreciate all the top notch services that this office does for me and my family.
