I have 4 honda cars at my home bought 0meter from mississauga dealership, in last 10 years,
Till 2022 was OK,
But I went this summer for my 2020 honda civic for Routers and pads and oil change,
I can't believe the ripped me off took from me $2600.00for only Replacement 600$ parts I ask with the agent how come u charged me 1800$ Labour's for only 600$ parts what is your hourly Rate he answered me we work for every single parts not for hourly rate after that I'm so afraid off to go dealership mechanic and try to practice learning at home how to change parts, because they become Mafia now

I had a really good experience with Honda Mississauga. Zeenat helped me to get the car within 2-3 months whereas the waiting time I got from other dealerships was 4-6 months. Good and satisfactory service.
The staff is really nice and cooperative too.
Highly recommended.

**1-Star Review for Honda Mississauga**

I recently had a disappointing experience with Honda Mississauga, primarily due to the sales representative I encountered. The individual I spoke with over the phone, who goes by the name Radner or may be Rad, left a lot to be desired in terms of customer service.

Frankly, the way Radner spoke to me was nothing short of rude and downright pathetic. It's disheartening to think that a company would allow such behavior from their representatives when interacting with potential customers. If this is the first impression they make on a customer, it's hard to imagine how they would handle customer concerns or requests later on.

Let's not forget that as a customer, I'm the one who is looking to make a purchase and pay for a vehicle. I expect and deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience with Radner left me with a sour taste in my mouth, and I cannot recommend dealing with Honda Mississauga based on this encounter.

It's essential for businesses to understand the value of positive customer interactions, and it's clear that this particular experience fell far short of that mark.

Hopefully someone from higher management will try and look into it.

I have been getting my regular maintenance done here for years. Repairs I get done elsewhere because Honda's prices are too high. When Honda has promoted a bonus product or service included free with the regular maintenance service, I always have to remember to ask for it otherwise they don't give it to me. I have now stopped going to them entirely because when my car was in for a recall, one of the servicemen knocked my sunglasses down from the cupholder I had left it in. He ruined the sunglasses when he picked them up with some sort of solvent on his hands. His fingerprint is clearly left on the lens and I cannot get it off. When I phoned to tell them about it, the serviceman in charge of my car on that visit belittled my loss. They were expensive sunglasses that it took me years to find. Mississauga Honda has made no apology, has not accepted responsibility, or attempted to correct it. This might be minor to some, but I have had to do without sunglasses since - I have been unable to find a replacement with the COVID restrictions we have had (I originally bought them in the U. S.because I couldn't find anything here). They have lost my business - not only in service, but also in buying another Honda.

Beware! Allen Wu ("used vehicle buyer") scours Kijiji and other sites trying to buy your used vehicles for heavily under market value. Makes you answer a million questions about your vehicle. Then lowballs you. He hounds you even if you say no I'm not interested. Very rude. Talks over you to try and convince you your car is worth nothing. Ignore and block. Don't waste your time.

Worst customer service experience multiple times. Had to go through a turmoil to do the lease transfer and was relieved at the end of many weeks of calling, leaving messages, in person visits to get the transfer done. Felt so helpless and clueless during the whole process. Even after a year I called them to discuss but back option and left multiple voicemails but received no call back. Very unprofessional. I think they care about you if you are purchasing or leasing a new vehicle… it’s all about Sales for them. Will not recommend this location to anyone

My wife was looking to buy a Hyundai Palisade and while shopping around we decided to stop by Mississauga Honda. We met Chiazor Agokei who agreed with us that the new Palisade was a a fantastic new vehicle. However, he was so friendly and exhibited a remarkable knowledge of so many different vehicles and their values that my wife asked for his recommendation. My wife ended up purchasing a Honda Pilot. My experience at Mississauga Honda was exceptional. Specifically, Mr. Adi, the Sales Consultant helped me a lot with all details to finding the perfect vehicle. He was very active and his knowledge of the car really shined when we toured my vehicle. He went over every detail of the car, including all the electronics, and safety, for an extended amount of time so I felt confident knowing the capabilities of my vehicle before leaving the dealership. Our family has known Adi Kumar at Mississauga Honda (Erin Mills) for many years. He treats us like family and guides us like one. I love my CRV that I took home from here and looking forward to his honest guidance when it’s time for our next car. Their service booking and timing is also exceptional. I went to Mississauga Honda for my vehicle service. This was my first time here and am extremely disappointed. I had to pay some amount for no fault of mine and the service advisor (Vinay Singh) never even bothered to explain me about what work he did and what needs attention during my next service. Pathetic service. I will never ever go here again. My rating is 0 not even a single star.

Extremely unprofessional people. I lease all my vehicles. Right now I have three leases going on but this was my first ever experience with Honda. No one knows what to do either in sales or in finance. I had to go back 4 times to sign the paperwork. I paid over $550 for the first payment and expenses and they made me come back to pay an additional 56 cents. They kept charging me more than our negotiated price and again they made me come back to sign another set of paperwork to fix that. Their Negotiation tactics are absolutely uncomfortable. Honda makes good cars, no doubt, but dealerships like this one are a shame for the product

Worst experience with the service team.

One of the things they offer you when you buy a car from their branch is car wash. And every single time I call them to ask about the availability of car wash, they say 2 or more hours. No matter if you call them early morning, or afternoon or towards the end of the day, I always get the same answer. Once I took my car and decided to wait but I was informed upon arrival that sorry the service is closed for the day although I was informed on the phone that the service is available. They simply try to deceive customers by fake offers.

Bought 2 cars from the dealership, purchase experience was pleasant. However, servicing my car there was a mistake.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and had to wait from 3: 30 pm to past 6: 00 pm for such a simple job. Staff was unorganized. After waiting for that long, I approached the lady at the desk to ask whether my car was done yet, and she said it was.turns out the papers were on her desk all along and "there was a mix up" and she forgot to call me up.

Additionally, when I gave the keys to them, I specifically asked them to have me in the car when they do a test drive after the oil change so I can ask about a noise I've been hearing in the car. Not only did they not call me, they unplugged my dash cam which was extremely shady. I have a feeling they took my car and drove it hard. Asked for the service manager after finding out my cam was unplugged and was told the service manager was not available to help.

That was my last time servicing my car there. I will not buy my next car with Wien's. I'll take my business and servicing elsewhere where they respect my time and requests. I suggest you do the same.

If you are looking to buy a car ask for Adi. You will eventually get a car from Honda but customer service is second to none from Adi. Highly recommend him from my personal experience. Adi or Adiyat Kumar is there as a friend more than a salesperson anytime you have any issue with your car.

My worst experience to buy a car, I had done the deal for honda civic 2 week before, agreed upon everything they ask for. Then new thing come up, they had asked the down payment and then I had to wait for the car delivery for ages but the delivery manager doesn't call or receive the calls

Allen Wu from Mississauga Honda contacted me on my private sale ad soliciting me about purchasing my vehicle saying "your vehicle could be a great asset to our used car inventory".
After answering multiple detailed questions, including running down to the street to get my vin number from the car. I never heard back from him.
It's hard enough weeding through the potential buyers on used car sites, I dont need major car dealerships doing this as well.
This is poor customer service from Mississauga Honda.
As i work in the customer service industry.let me tell you its not rocket science.
Might I recommend in the future you:
1. Send a follow up email stating you have received the customers information and are working on your quote.
2. You continue to work on your customers quote and will have more information for them soon.
3. You are no longer interested in your customers vehicle.

Also your generic replies aren't helping you recover any negative feedback from these reviews. I look foward to ignoring the one leave under my review.

If I could recommend avoiding any dealership it would be MH. I bought my car back in 2012 and felt after I purchased it that I was given a good deal-WRONG. After talking to many other Honda owners whom purchased their vehicles from other dealerships around the GTA -I felt swindled. Because I was bound by warranty at the time I decided to get my car serviced at this dealership for oil changes, which usually took one full business day to complete. When I was having issues with my Bluetooth I called and spoke to a service rep who made me feel that he was giving me a deal by having them fix my Bluetooth for free if I were to fill out a survey on his behalf however, after conversing with a friend whom used to work at a Honda dealership (and is a mechanic) I was informed that it WAS covered by warranty which was my initial suspicion. What kind of customer service is that? Who lies to customers to make them feel like your doing them a favour when it’s YOUR JOB? Not to mention a year after purchasing the vehicle I was harassed monthly by phone and email about reselling my car until I called and demanded to be taken off their list. I bought a Honda because they were always reliable cars, but after this experience, and the constant paint recalls I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER HONDA AGAIN and I am a young person whom has many cars to buy in a lifetime none of which will be Honda’s. The ones from the 90s and early 2000s were the best- don’t waste your money on this new junk buy a Toyota. Also, I ask that Britney not respond to this comment about how sorry you are for my experience when nothing will ever be done to rectify it. BUY TOYOTA!

You need to get rid of your secretary. Terribly rude. Hung up on me. She simply cut me off when I called in to get an oil change, as I noticed today I was due, and tried to explain the situation. I didn't know I had to call in the next day, and I'm new to getting oil changes and such since I am a new driver. I told her she was rude and she stated she wasn't that rude and cut me off. Called at around 8: 30. Sometimes customers can be a pain, but that doesn't give you the right to hang up on someone.

Not only did we get a car we also received loyalty and excellent service from Esteban. We will definitely be back to buy our next car from Esteban at a Mississauga Honda.

Got a new vehicle at Mississauga Honda. The after sales support is pathetic. The salesperson Esteban was new and didn’t help us understanding the features. I called up a few times to buy protection package and it’s surprising that neither the dealership nor the salesperson was willing to attend the call or even call back. We were asked to sign that the vehicle would have done a maximum of 90 km at delivery but in reality it was 133 km. When I asked about it, I was suggested to ignore the same. During delivery, I was asked to sign the checklist and feedback before they actual helped me with the so called demo where the sales person couldn’t even show how to get to the third row. A lot of false promises was made during the sales process. Definitely not the right way to make sales or treat your customers

In car dealers I try to find honest people, who will save me all the hassle to get a good deal, The sales rep who assisted me Waleed was a honest person that I recommend working with, the Manager Mohamed was able to make my trip to decision making shorter by being honest with me.this is rare in dealership world.this is my third honda dealer I have business with and I recommend it for the people, everyone was nice to me since I entered, I did not feel the pressure one usually feels when sales people see you as a prospect.
The facility is not in it is best condition because they are rennovating and I was promissed to see the best facility in few months.

The location is in a very good area close to dundas and Winiston Chirchell

Back in April, I had a very bad experience during my service appointment. The guy there was super rude and he threatened that my car warranty will be void if I don't do an extra inspection service which is not in the car manual. Later, another customer service representative contacted me and confirmed the need of this service. I called Honda directly and they confirmed it's NOT needed at this time and that my car will display the relevant maintenance minder service code when it's needed. When I conveyed them Honda's answer, they doubted it - all of this for extra quick bucks:) I didn't mind them to be honest with me without lying about the warranty stuff. Guess what, the minder service code popped up after 6 months from the date of that service. Two days back, i went to another dealership and they were super professional and polite; the service was extraordinary. I believe Mississauga Honda just lost one client.
