I ordered a hitch for my Santa Cruz through Mike in the parts dept. Mike was easy to talk to and personally followed up to schedule the install when the hitch came in. Very fast and smooth experience!

I recently went in and booked Elantra with Deepak, sales executive and he provides us the car within one week. He really gave us the best customer service experience I've EVER had at a car dealership. I am so happy about my experience here. I got a great deal and was provided with excellent service by Hammad and Nav. They are very friendly and kind. I chose the Santa Cruz and I am so happy with everything. I highly recommend getting a Hyundai vehicle because of the safety features and especially because it is a very durable car.

Unprofessional customer service from Harpreet, When I complained about their service, his answer was: "If you do not like our service, do not come again, why you are coming, ". He is unpolite and disrespectful. After 6 years of maintaining 2 cars with them, this is the result.

Worst hyundai ever!
Went in for warranty work on my transmission, without a diagnose and service rep recommendation. Was charged 300 dollars and when I got upset because my concerns weren't address and refused to pay for a service I didn't ask for but as they said I paid.they let me go with threat of a mechanical lien, also had their paper say it was a internal issue but dumped mt fluid on a duel clutch vehicle. After having to go to another hyundai to finally be helped I had to return to this hyundai for a new transmission and the 2nd time went as well as the first time.another argument to where I lost my temper as my child and myself were at risk. With no regards from this dealership and making multiple complaints as I'm standing my favorite hyundai as they clean up the mess from the replacement transmission they just did a week ago. Great

**UPDATE 7-18-2023** After leaving my review, I was asked to contact the general manager as I did and its been a month since I emailed and no response. This hyundai is the worst and need to hire a new team. This ones runned down and doesn't help in anyway.

***Beware of Mississauga Hyundai's Service Center: Unauthorized Repairs and Attempted Charges for a Recall Issue***

I feel compelled to share my recent experiences at Mississauga Hyundai's service center to warn others about the concerning practices I encountered. It is crucial to be cautious when dealing with this establishment, as my encounters involved unauthorized repairs and an attempt to charge for a well-publicized engine recall.

During a routine service visit, the technicians at Mississauga Hyundai's service center noticed additional repair needs and proceeded to perform them without obtaining my permission on two separate occasions. As a result, I was unexpectedly charged a couple of thousand dollars more than the initial quote, leaving me feeling taken advantage of and financially burdened.

The most distressing incident occurred when I brought my car to the service center for an engine light issue and associated problems. Initially, the service center representative proposed a fee of $150 to diagnose the problem. However, through my own research, I discovered that this issue was a known recall for the 2015 Hyundai Elantra, which should have been handled at no cost.

A few hours later, the service center representative contacted me to confirm that they also believed it to be a recall issue. However, they attempted to charge an additional $450 to participate in the ongoing recall process, despite it being a well-publicized matter. This attempt to charge for a recall issue raised serious concerns about the integrity and transparency of Mississauga Hyundai's service center.

Frustrated by this turn of events, I escalated the matter to the manager and was informed that providing records of my oil changes and a copy of the bill of sale would be sufficient to address the recall. Fortunately, I had always gone to a reputable dealership, Dixie/401 Hyundai, for my oil changes, and they promptly provided me with the required documentation within 24 hours.

After submitting the necessary records to Hyundai Canada, the recall was approved, and my engine was replaced with a new one, as it should have been from the beginning. However, the entire ordeal could have been avoided if Mississauga Hyundai's service center had acted responsibly and honoured the recall without attempting to charge me unjustly.

Considering these experiences, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Mississauga Hyundai's service center. It is important to research alternative options and seek out service centers with a reputation for transparency, honesty, and ethical practices.

My hope is that by sharing this review, Mississauga Hyundai will recognize the need for improvement, address their practices, and prioritize customer satisfaction. It is essential for customers to be aware of these issues and make informed decisions about where to entrust their vehicle for servicing and repairs.

Their customer service is some of the worst I've dealt with. Since day 1 of leasing I've had issues with the customer service. Deeply disappointed and after my lease is over I won't be going here. If you want to lease a car I really don't suggest this place. If you go here, expect rude staff and lack of follow up calls/responses.

We received outstanding service from Parshant. He was always on time for our appointments, and did a great job explaining the features of the car. He promptly responded to questions by email or phone and on delivery day, gave a thorough walk through of the car. He was patient and polite at all times. The dealership is bright and clean and staff were friendly. Parshant was so good to us, we recommended another family member to him and they also placed an order with him.
