My wife and I purchased our first KIA from this dealership. I have got to say, the staff here are just great to work with. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I felt comfortable right away. I was dealing with Ikrma and behind the scenes with Tasos. Both guys are exceptional and we're a pleasure to work with. Ikrma gave me a no nonsense rundown of vehicle features and options. He did not pressure me or try to upsell useless coverage, but did inform me of usefull coverage that was worth while to purchase. Ikrma was the most honest and straight to the point sales person I have ever dealt with while buying cars and I highly recommend you ask for him if your looking at buying a KIA here. Tasos was easy to talk to and made the deal and financing as smooth as it could possibly be. Great job guys! We will be in shortly to purchase our second KIA soon. We happily picked up our new 2024 Telluride 2 days later. Thanks again to Ikrma and Tasos.

I got my first car from this dealership, they are efficient (timely). As a first time car owner, they took the time to explain me everything (credit, installment plans, financing). Had an appointment for 10 am for oil change and winter tire swap and it took them 2.5 hours. They never informed me of the wait at arrival and never checked in with me. Disappointing when it should have taken them 1 hour to do the work.

It was my first time doing my car service at Kia Mississauga location. The job was done as expected; everything was done properly, and my car was delivered washed! The only downside of the service was that the actual cost was a bit higher than the provided quote on the phone. I will update this review when I do other services here.
Update after the third service: They did the oil change and the recalled KSDS software update in less than two hours! The cost for the oil change is reasonable. They double check other services that might be needed when admitting but no pushing at all. After the job was done, they send a link, and I paid the invoice online for a faster check out. They provided me the invoice and delivered the car washed each time!
If any thing changes in future services, I will update my review, but so far I am quite satisfied with their services and I would recommend them to Kia car owners.

Had appointment and they were on time. Did oil change which was way overpriced compared to other dealers. Charged me $45 plus tax to change a brake bulb. I am going to go to another kia dealer.

Pros: Got call back for appointment quickly. Service time was decent (4 hours). Polite and professional on the phone and in person.

Cons: Replaced front rotors & pads when it was done in September 2020 by Kia Trento (I went back to check my repair records).
Seemed to push coolant flush, fuel induction/injector cleaner which I declined. Checked records and this was also done in September. I previously had service at Kia Trento without issue (Kia Trento oil change charge is also cheaper) but moved and work closer to Mississauga Kia now and wanted a closer service center and just wanted to see how they would do usual Oil/Filter change and what, if any, things they would recommend to also do on car to see how much I can trust their suggestions. I felt like unnecessary repairs were suggested and can't recommend them.

As this is an older car (almost 5 years) I'll just find a reputable mechanic in the area moving forward or make the much longer drive to Kia Trento which I don't necessarily want to do anymore.

I had a great experience at this Kia dealership!
Everyone here was super friendly and you can really tell that everyone looks at their clients like family! Harry was an absolute doll to deal with! He helped me every step of they way, gave me regular updates and made sure that I was comfortable with the purchase I was making! I never felt like I was being swindled or being forced to get something I didn't need or spend over what I was looking to spend.
My case was a little more difficult because I drive manual, but Harry searched high and low to make sure I got what I wanted! I have suggested to friends and family to go to this dealership if they are looking for a new car, and to deal with Harry specifically! I was always happy and excited to go into the dealership because it felt like I was going to see an old friend! 10/10 recommend!

Horrible experience they don’t deserve a star as twice my vehicle had both my engine seize and my brakes after a recall was done twice, lady never wore a mask at the desk, kept repeating herself after I stated prior to my keys being given that I’m here for a recall only anything with vehicle I am already aware of damages I can do elsewhere and she denied what I said and kept procrastinating, I’m very disappointed as they were great in the beginning, due to a personal issue I had to cancel out of a vehicle purchase which I believe they are holding a grudge against me, also prior to my recent recall my vehicle sat for 2 hours here and then I was called that why was I here if no part was there for my recall and since then my vehicle has been shifting to the right while driving,

It's been over a month since I've purchased my vehicle and I still have not received my fronts Matt's. Try following up and I don't hear back. Spoke with Francis the CS manager and he's no help. I wasn't even told that they will be on backorder until after the purchase and I was told it would only take 2 weeks. This has become a bad experience with crystelle and Francis

Loyal to the dealership no more. Kia doesn't honour and complete the work. Immediately after, I had to check if things were done and they weren't. Things as basic as topping up fluids and adding tire pressure get dropped but it's part of the service package. At my request they take your car to finish the work. It comes back and it's STILL NOT DONE! And in these covid times, having a stranger inside your car "more" than whats necessary is just unprofessional. And they are very sloooow. Go elsewhere and save your precious time AND money!

Mississauga Kia is the best dealership for Kia in GTA. They provided the best trade-in offer and finance rate despite me having a new comers credit history back in 2015. Recently, they fixed my car when it had a major engine problem and worked out warranty coverages with Kia Canada to keep the costs minimum. Overall very satisfied with both sales and service department at Mississauga Kia. I would like to give out a shout out to Paul Tedesco from the service team who does an excellent job of helping out customers. Keep knocking it out of the park Team Mississauga Kia!

Had an amazing experience buying a car here. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I was speaking mainly to Crystelle Cousineau who explained things very clearly and was very knowledgeable about all the questions we had. Also Dom Andrade in the finance department was very accommodating to a mistake I made with an amount misunderstanding and handled everything for me (He had to redo all the paperwork!)

My wife and I had a bad experience with another dealership who had made some promises but reneged at the last minute leaving us stuck with a very short timeline. In searching for other options we came to Mississauga Kia where we worked closely over a very short amount of time with Richard and Don. Richard and Don were both amazing to deal with and bent over backwards to help us get the exact vehicle we wanted in the timeframe we needed. Update: I had an issue with my Key fob where the buttons broke and I ordered anew key fob shell on Amazon. After changing the shell the key would no longer start the car as it had a security chip that needed coding. Took my key to the dealership and some guy had us wait 45 mins to come out and charge us 80$ and the key still didn't work. He clearly did nothing to the key as I had put it together and could tell the key had not been opened or anything. He definitely knew right away he wouldn't be able to do anything and just had us wait there so he had a reason to charge us for his time. And they still charged us despite the fact that he didn't even do his job or get to working. Then told us it would be 400$ for a new Key Fob. Honestly I knew that dealerships were sketchy and will make up all kinds of BS to take your money but I honestly hoped they would be better than that. Very disappointed. Wouldn't go back to this dealership

I was in a unique situation of having the car I wanted coming to the dealership I wanted to work with. I chose Mississauga Kia based on reviews and a hunch and could not be happier with my decision. I got everything I wanted and the process with the dealership was simple, and quick. Alicia Mory was straight forward, reasonable and easy to work with. After the purchase and driving the car I noticed I had some questions and concerns. I went back and they took care of anything I was worried about. John Langevin the General Manager was very good to me made sure everything went well with the sale and went above and beyond after the fact to make sure I was happy. He always answered my emails in timely faction and I never feel like I need to chase anyone down here. I am glad I chose Mississauga Kia and hope to come back to them for future service and purchase. I had just bought a used Kia Soul and it was my first time at the dealership. I was getting factory recalls done, which was costing me no money. From my first enquire about the process to the moment I got my key after it was all done the service was exceptional. Easy conversation, casual feel made for an unitimidating process. I don’t know much about cars and rely on mechanics and service advisors. There was not a sales style service as with others and it made it easier and want to ask about further services. I had my recalls done and was advised of certain things needing to be looked after. As if a friend was letting you know.
I will continue this relationship I’ve started with Kia. It doesn’t take a lot to be good to people and this dealership gets that. Thank You.

I bought my Kia Rondo here six years ago. They service hours in no way accommodate a person who works 9-5 and trying to get a Saturday appointment is nearly impossible unless you want to wait a few weeks. This spring I decided to start looking for a new car. I sat with a sales person for two hours while he tapped away at his computer assuring me he had the car for me. I kept asking for numbers, he kept wanting to show me interiors and wanted me to go for test drives. I finally, in frustration, walked back to the service area to check on my car which I had brought in for an oil change. I had a 9 am appointment, surely my oil change was almost done. No, my car had just been taken into the bay because they we're short-staffed. Something they had not informed me of when I gave them my keys.

The manager and another employee then came over to try to convince me to come back and buy a new car. They no longer make the Rondo, but could sell me last year's model or a new Nero. Again no one offered me numbers, they wanted me to sit in the car. I had to explain that I am a woman with comfortable shoes and a sensible haircut and I will not be swayed by nice interiors and paint colours. Finally they brought me numbers scribbled on a piece of scrap paper. They also kept telling me that my trade in value would differ based on the car I bought. No gentleman, the value of the trade in car is a constant. How much sweetener you add is dependent on how much slush is built into the price of the new car. The manager confided in me that they attempt to get people with a test drive, and he referred to his sales staff as trained monkeys who he insisted sell cars this one way. I explained that not all customers are alike and his sales methods are assuming that people and his staff are not very bright.

The numbers they brought me for various cars all magically worked out to my desired car payment, but they neglected to point out that the payment schedules we're all different and some were years longer than others. In the end I didn't buy a new car and their service department neglected to tell me that I needed two new tires. I took my repair business elsewhere and while I may buy another Kia, it will not be from this dealership

Happy to say that Mississauga Kia went above and beyond to not only repair my vehicle but also to provide a great customer experience. Must give special kudos to Elmer, who took the time to take a test drive with me, listened to and acknowledged my concerns and then diagnosed and repaired the issue in about half an hour. The service advisor also deserves some credit for clearly stating the steps that would be taken to diagnose the issue and explaining the problem & solution both verbally and pictorially. To top it off I even received a complimentary car wash which was well needed given the time of year. This was in stark contrast to the treatment received at Kia of Brampton, where the car was initially taken to get the problem resolved, as it is where the vehicle was purchased. Not only did they make little effort to find the problem, I was told that I had to purchase equipment at a cost of $1,000+, in order to get the car into a state where they could even begin to diagnose the issue. That was absurd, clearly unnecessary, was not taken kindly and I will not be returning there again. Mississauga Kia has gained a new customer for life.

I am a first time buyer of a new car so I don't know the process. I researched for the perfect car I wanted and ended up getting a Kia Sorento. One time I was browsing my FB and saw an advertisement of no pay until October. I sent a message and the following day I received a response via email. As I was reading the email I saw a very familiar name at the end of the letter and that person happened to be a patient where I work. So I searched for his number and contacted him right away. I explained to Francis Ong about everything and he booked me right away in my convenient time to see Alicia Mory.
First visit at Mississauga Kia is really wonderful. As soon as you stepped in, the receptionist greeted us with a smile and Alicia saw us right away. I am happy with her service. She deserved to be given a 5 star. If there's a rating above that I won' think twice to give her more. Alicia is knowledgable in answering all our inquiries and so patient eventhough we ask it more than twice. She's a sweetheart coz she let you feel comfortable. Finally we arrived to our final decision which car to get and went home satisfied. Got a call from them, thanks a lot for the magic wand of Stephany Yumul, she made everything possible.
It's a wonderful and great experience here in Mississauga Kia. I highly recommend this place to get a new car or trade your car. All the staff are friendly and overall it's a 120% service deluxe.

I went into the Kia dealership looking to test drive and potentially buy my first car. The sales agent, Gerald I believe, was really nice and showed me a couple options that I liked. Prior to seeing these cars, I had given him my keys to the 99 Honda Accord I am currently driving for appraisal. I was told that some manager will take look at the car and give me a quote. So when I got back, finished talking to the sales manager and was about to head out. Gerald comes back and says that they can't find my keys. They have my key chains but the actual key is missing. [Please note, my key was intact, it was not broken in any way nor was the ring that it was in. ] Everyone at the dealership appeared to be walking around looking for my key. I was told that my key was probably broken that's why it fell out. Then I was taken to a nearby Honda dealership to get a new key cut, which didn't work out. I was brought back to the Kia dealership and I waited in my unlocked car while these men in suits walked around my car "looking for my key". The manager that supposedly looked at my car, apparently even turned it on, came out and asked me to come inside the dealership so that they can take some information down for a loaner car. At which point, I told them, I didn't want their car and just wanted my keys back. Surely, within the next 5 minutes, another man (probably another sales agent, completely separate from those involved in this situation) walks out holding a key saying "Does this key look familiar. " Yes, man, it does. Apparently, it was hiding under a bunch of papers.

I don't know what happened. I don't know who was involved. All I'm saying is that there was no way my keys could have fall out. I went into the Kia dealership excited to buy my first car, thanks for ruining that for me.

I am very angry and deeply disappointed with Mississauga KIA Service after my experience on Monday. When I bought my 2013 Forte from them, the salesman Brian (no longer there) convinced me to buy the 5 Star Extended Warranty Plan since my primary concern was incurring big expensive repairs outside my warranty, since I was already stretching my budget for monthly car payments with the car purchase. I signed up for the Plan for the peace of mind I was assured would be mine over the course of the warranty period. When my engine light came on last week I made an appointment to come in for the diagnostic check to determine the cause of the light. Although I was shocked that it would cost over $100 just for that test, I was reassured that my extended warranty would mean the diagnostic would be waived. I was beyond angry to find out from the Service Advisor, who in my opinion, handled the situation very poorly, that not only was the part I needed was NOT covered under my 5-Star Plan and would cost over $500, the diagnostic wasn’t covered either. His lack of care or empathy for me as a long time KIA
customer who found herself in a situation where I felt tricked, hoodwinked, screwed - take your pick - was appalling. I was beyond furious that the Plan I had paid for, to avoid this very thing happening, had happened. And this guy giving me the news could have cared less. So I paid for the oil change and diagnostic, and told John who has known me for years that “I would not be back” and that “KIA has lost me as a customer”. I would have been in the market for a new car next year, but this experience with this dealer had left a bitter taste in my mouth to be sure, so unless the work is done as a “goodwill” gesture which I was told might be a possibility, I will not buy another car from this Dealer and possibly not another KIA period.

Wonderful setup and amazing people! Right from the Service Manager to the Receptionist to the Booking Clerk to the Mechanic... Every individual I encountered was a pleasure to meet... Extremely courteous, polite and understanding. I am 69 and have never met so many nice people present in one place! Keep up the good work.

In my latest visit I had a slightly uncomfortable experience. After the service was complete they showed me a checklist indicating what they had checked and found to be satisfactory or otherwise. The item for lights was marked as "All lights working fine". However, I knew for sure that one of my fog lights was not working for months. I brought it to their attention and sure enough they found the light not working. Apparantely nobody had actually checked the lights and had just marked it all OK. I wonder what else was handled this way! By the way, they did fix the light with just the cost of the lamp and no service/labour charges. I am going lower the rating from 5 to 3.

Recently purchased my very first vehicle from Kia Erin Mills. The sales rep Richard Young was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind and patient throughout the entire process. From testing vehicles out, answering any and all questions to ensuring all the fine details were sorted out he was great. He had a great attitude and he helped me purchase the perfect car. Along with Richard, the other staff whom I dealt with were also very helpful and kind. I will definitely be recommending Kia Erin Mills to friends and family for their future car purchases!

My car under warranty when engine broke down. The service tech discourages me right away. That I have to pay so and so. Only to find out that they have recall on the other type of their vehicle and the same problem to mine. After customer service calls you and inform your problem no call back at all to give incentive at least. If we did not call the Kia office the dealer might get away.after for so many deliveration. The KIA main office did help us. My car was engine replaced, they say its good as new. Again i brought my car just for regular chk up maintenace.immediately they say that its more than milleage without looking if i bought extended warranty.

The lady at front desk was very sarcastic welcoming me and my husband into the dealership. She had us wait in the front standing for about 3 minutes before approaching us because she was answering a phone call which I completely understand but even on the phone he was very rude directing calls and would roll her eyes. We walked into the show room to look at the Sorrento and she finally came off her chair to attend to us and asked if she can get a sales person to help us we said we'd look around and she shrugged with her hands in the air and laughed and said ok very loud and walked back to her desk.made us feel uncomfortable. Think her name was Karen from when I heard the other staff calling her.

I went in to Kia for my very first car, and I was extremely luck to have Alicia Mory help me out! Honestly, I never really take the time to write reviews, but Alicia was absolutely phenomenal. She was very professional and knowledgeable, but still able to connect with me on a personal level to really understand what I needed and wanted in a vehicle. She didn't just look at what I needed presently, but thought about the future, in order to provide me with a car best suitable for me. She was kind, and patient, and genuine, and I felt very comfortable communicating with her. She never pushed me towards the most expensive vehicle, but rather looked out for my best interest. When there was an issue with the insurance rates that were being proposed to me by various insurance companies, Alicia went above and beyond to ensure that I found a reputable insurance company that could give me a reasonable rate. I'm referring her to everyone I know haha! 120% satisfied with the service I received from Alicia!
