Been training BJJ here since January 2017. Excellent and meticulous instruction by Lotfi. Great teacher! And the team mates are also a great bunch.

Hands down this place is an excellent environment for both adults and kids to become a better version of themselves. The coach has a great personality and very skilled and passionate about what he does.
I joined my nephew into the bjj ontario classes and he's loving it! He's become confident and more disciplined thanks to the training programs.
I had taken my nephew to some karate places before and neither of us were satisfied with the programs or coaches that would charge crazy fees for just a stripe on the belt.

Lotfi is an amazing coach! I have learned lots from him and he breaks down everything to keep it as simple as possible. If you are looking into Combat Sports/Exercise, I would highly recommend checking him out. Amazing workout without even knowing it
