The new library Reno is awesome, the library is clean and well kempt however the selection of books is geared mainly for the school kids within the general community.

Library is not large but it has many books, magazines, games for kids, films… the staffs are very kind and helpful. They explain everything to us while other is teaching our kids play a game in the library.

One of the well maintained libraries in Mississauga.
Front desk receptionist Fiona is so kind in nature and very helpful.
Very professional as well. It’s very rare to see people like her nowadays in customer care service.

Worst Service! I dealt with Natasha at the Library branch, she was extremely rude and not helpful. I will never come to this branch again.

It’s a very good library with many interesting books and the graphic novels are the best, especially the Geronimo Stilton series, but there are books for kids and adults as well. The staff who work at the library are very welcoming.

Library and everything is good. It may be smaller than other branches, but there are a lot of places to peacefully and quietly study. There are books (duh), and holds come fairly quickly. There’s a devoted kids “zone” but I feel it’s too small and unprotected, but it’s better than nothing. Restrooms are amazingly clean and the library smells good. There are 6 computers - there’s almost always at least 2 available. This library is rarely crowded except at 11-12 pm on Mondays-Fridays from the high schoolers.

What hindered this review are the staff. If I had to describe them using 1 word, I’ll say “boring”. Sure, they help you with whatever you want, but they don’t feel happy or enthusiastic whatsoever. If they were more happy, inviting, and cooperative with visitors, it would be so much better. Note this is based on my 100+ experiences to this library, it may not be true for everyone else!

Rude staff. Uninviting and cold, with overall bad customs. Tables and books were dirty and dusty. One staff member was very aggressive, instigating problems and lying to managers. Smelled very murky and needs thorough cleaning, maybe annexing. If you like the feeling and stench of wet dog and the backend of a particularly troublesome IBS flare-up, this is the place for you.

A small and quiet library. A little weird that I have to drive through a school front door to get to it

Sufficient parking, helpful staff, decent selection of kids books. Not a huge collection of books, but you can have holds from any library in the Mississauga system delivered here.

Very friendly staff and excellent selection of books. I usually find more artistic books in this library more easily than in other Mississauga Library locations. The place feels quiet, which I like, because it allows me to get lost among books. The staff is very knowledgable and willing to recommend good titles.

Small but well organized. Very helpful staff. Polite and smiling too. Limited International languages collection. Children and youth books are plentiful which would help the school children next door and in the vicinity.

Like the small library (small compared to the central library at square one) staff is friendly.

Staff is oddly cold and uninviting, which is odd for a library.
Small but great selection of toddler/pre-K books.

My family has been coming here for 2 years since we moved to the area. We have always encountered helpful staff. Great children's programs offered, especially during March Break and Summer Break. My daughter loves Tuesday evenings pyjama storytime with Hana. Great selection of children's books and movies. Small but plentiful library.

One of the staff is very nice. But I don’t think it’s a good place for the people who really want to read and study. Every day, a lot of high school students chat loudly in there, and no staff prevents them.

Place is usually not too busy which is nice. The the younger librarians are always very helpful. Make sure to look for the shorter girl with curly hair! Super patient and she didnt mind helping my daughter for extended periods of times. I think she works Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The blonde guy with the curly hair was really helpful and polite to my wife and I. We need more librarians like him. Thanks man

I hope ppl in there can be quite. A lot of high school students were chatting in there after school. It really affects all the others who want to read and study.

There's one lady who works here who is super nice and I went to her and asked if I could use the rooms and she politely asked me to provide ID and I did. She was super nice and the only reason I gave this library a 2 star is because of her uplifting aura.
But then there is another older lady who works here and she is so arrogant for some reason. She had a problem when we moved the chair from the table to another area right next to the tables. She wasn't exactly polite in asking us to put it back. She came another time and sarcastically told me I can not use the silent study rooms unless I have provided them with ID. She was embarrassed when she figured that I had already done that earlier. Would've been better on her part if she asked her colleague if I had left my ID with them prior to confronting me with a tone filled with accusation.
