For my first time experience, I didn’t know what to expect but once I got there, the staff was nice and helpful as well. They were very welcoming and made you feel like you are at home.

My last two visits here were good. The only things to complain about were not the fault of the clinic, (example: motorbikes revving loudly outside and waking me up once or twice).

It was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed talking with the staff who seemed very polite and respectful.

Had my test on Thursday and just waiting for a follow up with the doctor, hopefully soon so we can get my prescription so I can have that better sleep I've been needing.

My only comment is that I was treated very well by all involved. I gave the process a top score. Thank you for being there for me.

Place was very comfortable, a great bed. Technician was kind and helpful. It was a great experience. The doctor I saw AVAD is thorough and clear even with my mother who does not speak such good English but he was patient to make sure she understood the information from him and the next steps and always stopping to ask if she had questions. This is a high level care we don’t often see.

Most pleasant experience during the appointment was for my dad and myself. The staff working here are super nice and professional.

I've been waiting so long for them to send a follow-up after my sleep study; it turns out they wrote my prescription the day after my study and never thought to send it. So painful!

I had a great experience with The Peaksleep Clinic. They were accommodating with availability of appt dates.
The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.

So far, my experience with Peak Sleep Clinic has been a very positive one. The service and hospitality has been exceptional! A very pleasant experience! Staff made me feel very welcome, relaxed, and comfortable. Once I complete my second visit here (which is tonight), I will update my review. But so far, it's a 10/10.

Very pleasant experience! Seta was great, and everyone made everything very easy and made me feel very comfortable and eased my anxiety. Very clean and spacious rooms. Bed was comfy. I had time to unwind and relax before getting hooked up. Also liked that you can get up and move around if need be, you are not stuck, hooked up to a machine. Seta set me up in no time and explained everything.

First time having a sleep study done. I was nervous at first but once I got to the facility and met the staff I felt at ease. The clinic is very clean and inviting and the beds are super comfy. Everything was explained to me and all questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. If I ever need to do another sleep study, I hope I will get to do it at this location.

Quick and friendly service. Clear expectations and directions. Feel like they are quite efficient and knowledgeable. Rooms are kept very clean. Would return to this location for my next sleep study.

This was my first time doing a sleep test so I was unsure about what was going to happen but the staff were knowledgeable and made me at ease. The receptionist was really nice, sweet and welcoming and my technician, Seta was great describing everything

Great experience over all. First time sleep study so I was a bit nervous and doubtful I would be able to fall asleep at all but my technician, David was very helpful and patient when helping me get settled in. He explained everything being done step by step when setting up the equipment (very small unit with small wires and is completely portable, which was nice when i had to use the bathroom in the night). The receptionist was also very polite and friendly and was a joy to deal with. One issue I had with the whole process is that there are no sleep study slots that cater to people that work afternoon or night shifts (Only in the range of 9pm-5am are available) which is a category that I fall into so it was quite a bit harder to try and set it up in a way that I'd hopefully be sleepy at a time that I'm normally still at work. The second issue I had was that I had a bit of a time trying to find their lobby as i couldn't see any outside markings, and was initially standing in front of their sister building, across the parking lot. I tried to call the office twice to get clarification, but both times there was no one to answer the phone according to the automated machine and then it would just hang up on me.

Fabiola, the receptionist, has great interpersonal skills and was helpful in setting up my sleep study. She is always willing to help. Seta, the technician, was very supportive and attentive. The facility was very clean and the staff followed COVID safety measures. The bed was very firm which led to me having to book a second sleep study. The followup process with the doctor was not good. There were clerical errors in my reports on two occasions which caused delays. Read over your reports carefully. Also, the doctor refused to change a word that has a negative connotation and said this is how she writes all her reports. I know this terminology is not used all the time because I received reports from medical doctors over the years. Overall, treat people as individuals. What may be okay for some, may not be okay for all.

Efficient and straightforward staff. Very helpful and will take care of you through your tests. Very professional and just an all around trustworthy clinic. I came by referral and was pleased to see that there's a reason as to why they're so highly recommended. It is a bit inconvenient that you have to pay for parking though. They offer a discounted price, but if im going there just to pick up my results, it's a bit bothersome to have to pay even if just a couple dollars. Other than that, highly recommended!

I frequently refer patients here and have found the staff very professional, and my patients have been able to get a sleep evaluation promptly. Most of all, they are very happy with the service and facilitates.

This clinic is brand new and by far the nicest clinic i have seen in my 10 years of sleep apnea treatment. Considering how uncomfortable an experience it can be this stood out

The sleep clinic and Dr. Awad made my visit and consult very comfortable and easy for me. The clinic is very clean and brand new, I would highly recommend for anyone that needs a sleep test.
